5 MIN DAILY STRETCH - a super quick routine for every day / No Equipment I Pamela Reif
works perfectly as a cool down after ANY kind of workout, before bed or in the morning after waking up! ♥︎/ Werbung
To be honest: I don't stretch enough. At the moment I just have 1 or 2 (that's optimistic) relaxed stretching sessions per week.
With this cool down routine, I might change my habits though :D We all have 5min after a workout. And 5min (= 10 exercises) already go a long way.
We stretch the sides of our body, our legs, tummy and work on our spine and hip mobility. No new or fancy exercises - but finally a super quick video we can stick to :D
Let's calm down & give our bodies some love in a different kind of way.

This 15min Routine is perfect to do on a daily basis, to make sure our muscles and joints are not too stiff from sitting all day long or training a lot. This helps to increase your mobility and flexibility :)
We will stretch our hamstrings, thighs, hip flexors, back, work on our spine mobility and so on. It’s a „Full Body“ Session
I’m actually super excited for this, since I really need to step up my stretching skills :D and I’m optimistic that I will stick to this better, if I will have a fix video that I can follow haha. This was definitely missing on my channel!

We stretch our entire body! 6min = 12 exercises. Short but beneficial :)

- tummy
- back & chest
- spine
I learned to love stretching sooooo much! I remember, about 6 months ago I definitely didn't stretch enough. This also impacted by training, since my muscles were feeling stiff and sore for longer, I started getting pain in my knees, etc.
Now, I really look forward to a short stretch after a session. It's so relaxing, the music calms me down and you will quickly see improvements :)

30 MIN FULL BODY STRETCHING - perfect for rest days / No Equipment I Pamela Reif
This 30min Full Body Stretching Routine is perfect for Rest Days or anytime your muscles feel extra stiff or sore. This also helps to increase mobility and flexibility, which then again helps to perform exercises during our other workouts better.
I also like to do this before bed, if I need to calm down my mind and feel like relaxing.
The routine is basically a longer version of the „15min Daily Stretch“ :) We will stretch our entire body: from neck, to hamstrings, thighs, butt, hip flexors, back, spine mobility, hip mobility and so on. I

Why & when do I stretch?
1. Regular training makes us hyped and increases adrenaline. Which is great, I love the after workout feeling! But especially when training in the evening, I make sure to add a slow and relaxing stretching in the end, so my body and mind slows down easier. Super important for good sleep!
2. To make sure my muscles are not getting stiff from squeeeeeezing them all the time. Too much of only one thing is never good :)
3. In order to calm down my thoughts and enjoy some me-time.
4. To get the best out of my training. When I’m not stretching, my muscles stay sore for longer, I start getting pain in my joints, etc.

Was machen die Schultern in der Vorbeuge, wo sind die Hände im Vierfüßler ausgerichtet und wie hieß nochmal der herabschauenden Hund auf Sanskrit… ;)
Das ist nur eine kleiner Impuls meinerseits, denn in meinen Augen bieten uns unterschiedliche Situation nunmal unterschiedlichste Möglichkeiten. Wir müssen nur genau hinschauen und sie wahrnehmen… und annehmen!

This 15min Routine is perfect to do on a daily basis, to make sure our muscles and joints are not too stiff from sitting all day long or training a lot. This helps to increase your mobility and flexibility :)
We will stretch our hamstrings, thighs, hip flexors, back, work on our spine mobility and so on. It’s a „Full Body“ Session
I’m actually super excited for this, since I really need to step up my stretching skills :D and I’m optimistic that I will stick to this better, if I will have a fix video that I can follow haha. This was definitely missing on my channel!

We stretch our entire body! 6min = 12 exercises. Short but beneficial :)
- legs, hips & butt
- tummy
- back & chest
- spine
I learned to love stretching sooooo much! I remember, about 6 months ago I definitely didn't stretch enough. This also impacted by training, since my muscles were feeling stiff and sore for longer, I started getting pain in my knees, etc.
Now, I really look forward to a short stretch after a session. It's so relaxing, the music calms me down and you will quickly see improvements :)
Let's calm down & give our bodies some love in a different kind of way.

Take it slow, listen to beautiful music & give your body some love in a different way ♥︎ / Werbung
Why & when do I stretch?
1. Regular training makes us hyped and increases adrenaline. Which is great, I love the after workout feeling! But especially when training in the evening, I make sure to add a slow and relaxing stretching in the end, so my body and mind slows down easier. Super important for good sleep!
2. To make sure my muscles are not getting stiff from squeeeeeezing them all the time. Too much of only one thing is never good :)
3. In order to calm down my thoughts and enjoy some me-time.
4. To get the best out of my training. When I’m not stretching, my muscles stay sore for longer, I start getting pain in my joints, etc.
This routine includes advanced movements. I'm definitely no jelly lady, but I guess this is not suitable for beginners either :)

Why & when do I stretch?
1. Regular training makes us hyped and increases adrenaline. Which is great, I love the after workout feeling! But especially when training in the evening, I make sure to add a slow and relaxing stretching in the end, so my body and mind slows down easier. Super important for good sleep!
2. To make sure my muscles are not getting stiff from squeeeeeezing them all the time. Too much of only one thing is never good :)
3. In order to calm down my thoughts and enjoy some me-time.
4. To get the best out of my training. When I’m not stretching, my muscles stay sore for longer, I start getting pain in my joints, etc.
This routine includes advanced movements. I'm definitely no jelly lady, but I guess this is not suitable for beginners either :)
