Greater Cleveland Aquarium - 5 exhibits you should see
The Greater Cleveland Aquarium has added a lot to their exhibits since they first opened. They now have a lot of animals in their collection such as poison dart frogs, Argentine black and white tegus, Curl-crested aracaris, tortoises and frilled lizards among others.
The most talked-about exhibit is probably the Seatube and shark gallery. There's a 175-foot-long tunnel under the water where you can see sand tiger sharks, nurse sharks and sandbar sharks up close.
Another thriller is the Coastal Boardwalk gallery where you can feed and touch the stingrays. Keep an eye out for upside-down jellyfish, Pacific spiny lumpsuckers, and pot-bellied seahorses.
The Tropical Forest gallery underwent a recent renovation. Here you can see the mata mata turtle, which is an ambush predator with a kil...

Greater Cleveland Aquarium: GIANT GOURAMI, DART FROGS, SHARKS and RAYS in OHIO!!!
This trip will have lasting memories for us. The Greater Cleveland Aquarium did not disappoint and we were amazed by the different systems they have. What an incredible experience this video only highlights in comparison to going in person!
At first, I was thinking the Greater Cleveland Aquarium would be like a local aquarium, with maybe some cool displays on freshwater fish, particularly focusing on the Great Lakes and local river basins. That was immediately changed when we first walked in and saw their displays. From the Local Waters exhibit, turtles, the Giant Gouramis, the Dart Frogs, and the Shark and Ray tunnel, I enjoyed it all. If you live in the Ohio area, and greater Upper Midwest region, this aquarium is a must visit!

Greater Cleveland Aquarium Visit
Tina and I recently visited the Greater Cleveland Aquarium. We saw some unusual-looking water creatures and also some with bright colors. A worker told us about tortoises and Tina touched a couple sting rays. We had a great time there, especially seeing sharks swim above us as we walked through a tunnel near the end.

The Tropical Forest gallery underwent a recent renovation. Here you can see the mata mata turtle, which is an ambush predator with a killer head. There are red bellied piranhas too!
Look for Toby the giant gourami in the Asia & Indonesia gallery, along with the archer fish, who spit water out into the air to knock down insects.
One exhibit which was not included in this video was the flashlight fish gallery, because they are kept in complete darkness and my camera was not able to get a clean image. Through the naked eye, however, they are a fascinating site!
In this video you'll see:
1) Asia & Indonesia
2) Tropical Forest
3) Seatube and Shark Gallery
4) Coastal Boardwalk
5) Industry & Habitat
