The translations into non-official languages come from various sources.
Practice Directions
Practice directions are issued by the President of the Court to provide clarification on aspects of the Court's procedure. They concern:
- Institution of proceedings (Article 34 of the Convention)
- Requests for anonymity
- Just satisfaction claims (Article 41 of the Convention) Other languages
- Secured electronic filing by Governments
- Electronic filing by applicants (This practice direction will become operational on a date to be decided following a test phase)
- Written pleadings
