That's according to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, which last month informed the landfill that the delay in clean up may hinder the DEP's approval of a proposed landfill expansion. The status of the clean up was the subject of the first DEP comment in a lengthy environmental assessment of the landfill's expansion application ...
