Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) Meaning:
The 1st Ray of "Will and Power" is associated with this chakra symbol. This chakra is located at the top of the head and spins very quickly as a 1000 petal lotus...our direct connection to God. Guidance comes directly to us from the divine and is received through this chakra.
The life force from the creator penetrates into our energy system through the crown, and moves down through the other energy centers to the root chakra. From here we are inspired by God, and filled with Grace, because we have a strong connection to a power greater than ourselves. We live in present time and our spirits live in the now in harmony with our form and Will.
Blocks in this chakra cause confusion, depression, senility, fear of success and lack of inspiration. The flow of spiritual energy is blocked in both directions. When this happens spiritual addiction and over intellectualizing occurs, as well as dissociation with the body.
Healthy Issues: Migraines, brain tumors, coma, amnesia, nervous system and muscular system disorders, mental issues, and skin disorders.

Crown Chakra Opening Symptoms:
When this chakra is stimulated and opens up, you may feel like your head is being operated on - like someone is sticking needles or rods in your skull (or pulling them out). You might have migraines headaches - signs that energy blocks are being worked on. When stuck energies are released, you may have tingling sensations and or heat in your body (especially in your spine, head, hands and feet). There may be shooting sensations of electricity running through your spinal cord, and bursts and explosions of inner lights. Intuitions may come easily without having to think - you just know what's "True".

Sleep Meditation music for the Crown chakra, balance and healing during sleep
CROWN CHAKRA (Sahasrara) – No Zodiac sign
This Chakra is located at the top of the head and it's symbol is associated with the 1st Ray of "will and power". According to Sandra Weaver, it is our direct connection to God and guidance comes directly to us through this chakra.
Our energy system is penetrated by the life force trough the Crown descending to the other energy centers to the Root Chakra. The author also refers the healthy issues associated with this Chakra: Migraines, brain tumors, coma, amnesia, nervous system and muscular system disorders, mental issues, and skin disorders.
So you can meditate on this chakra Sandra Weaver suggests you ask yourself the following questions:
Can you feel a higher power governing your life?
Do you feel inspired, and open to new ideas?

Do you pray to God, thanking Him for all that you are, and show gratefulness for what you have?
Are you always complaining to God about your unhappiness?
If your answers are mostly negative, or you are not sure, this could be a sign that you have a blockage on this Chakra.

Binaural Beats
Binaural beats, or binaural tones, are auditory processing artifacts, or apparent sounds, caused by specific physical stimuli. Sahasrara or crown chakra is generally considered to be the state of pure consciousness; Nirvana, within which there is neither object nor subject. When the Kundalini energy rises to this point, it unites with the male Shiva energy, and a state of liberating samadhi is attained. Sahasrara involves inner wisdom.
Its role may be envisioned somewhat similarly to that of the pituitary gland, which secretes hormones to communicate to the rest of the endocrine system and also connects to the central nervous system via the hypothalamus. According to Gary Osborn, the thalamus is thought to have a key role in the physical basis of consciousness and is the 'Bridal Chamber' mentioned in the Gnostic scriptures. Sahasrara's inner aspect deals with the release of karma, physical action with meditation, mental action with universal consciousness and unity, and emotional action with "beingness."
It is of primary importance in the performance of phowa, or consciousness projection after death, in order to obtain rebirth in a Pure Land. Within this state is contained the White drop, or Bodhicitta, which is the essence of masculine energy.
Corresponding deity for material element of this state is Dhruva.

How to Meditate for Awakening Crown Chakra?
To meditate on the crown chakra follow the usual relaxing technique below:
sit comfortably, and make sure not to be disturbed for at least ten minutes. Start breathing slowly, and deeply. Feel your body parts relax as you breathe, let your feet relax, let your legs, your hips, and torso relax. Let this wave of relaxation move up your spinal cord relaxing all muscle groups in your back, feel the relaxation wave move your abdomen area, and then slowly going up your chest relaxing all muscles, and organs in that area. Allow the wave of relaxation to slowly move to your shoulders, neck, and head, then feel it on your face, let it relax all muscles on your face, feel this wave of relaxation taking over your whole body until you are completely relaxed.

Endocrine Gland: Pineal Gland
Sense: Sense of empathy, unity, experiencing another person's experience as if you were inside them, being them.
Consciousness: The Crown Chakra represents that part of our consciousness concerned with perceptions of unity or separation. Just as the Root Chakra showed our connection with Mother Earth, this chakra shows our relationship with Our Father in Heaven. It represents our connection with our biological father, which becomes the model for our relationship with authority, and ultimately, with God. It's the level of the soul.
When one experiences a sense of separation from their father, they close the crown chakra, and experience a sense of isolation and aloneness, as if they are in a shell, and having difficulty with feeling contact with those around them. Thought processes tend to justify and maintain the sense of aloneness.
The view from this chakra includes seeing one's Self as the single consciousness creating all, and paradoxically, thus connected to all, like a dreamer dreaming a dream and realizing that all that is perceived is just an extension of their own consciousness.
Element: Inner Light, which is what one experiences when they are in the deepest part of their being, as a point of consciousness glowing with intelligence.
Also called White Light. Metaphysically, this is considered the most subtle element of which the entire physical universe is created.

Sahasrara (Sanskrit: सहस्रार, Sahasrāra), or Sahastrara, is the seventh primary chakra, according to Hindu tradition.
Sahasrara is either located at the top of the head in that one area, or a little way above it (see Sahasrara system of minor chakras below).
Sahasrara is described with 1,000 multi-coloured petals which are arranged in 20 layers each of them with 50 petals. The pericarp is golden, and inside of it is a circular moon region, inside of which is a downward pointing triangle.
Sahasrara chakra symbolizes detachment from illusion; an essential element in obtaining supramental higher consciousness of the truth that one is all and all is one.
Often referred as thousand-petaled lotus, it is said to be the most subtle chakra in the system, relating to pure consciousness, and it is from this chakra that all the other chakras emanate. When a yogi is able to raise his or her kundalini, energy of consciousness, up to this point, the state of Samādhi is experienced.
Meditating on this point is said to bring about the siddhis, or occult powers, of transforming into the divine, and being able to do whatever one wishes.

The concept of chakra features in tantric and yogic traditions of Hinduism and Buddhism. Its name derives from the Sanskrit word for "wheel" or "turning" (cakraṃ चक्रं [ˈtʃəkrə̃], pronounced [ˈtʃəkrə] in Hindi; Pali: cakka चक्क, Thai: จักระ, Telugu: చక్రo, Tamil: சக்கரம், Kannada: ಚಕ್ರ, Chinese: 轮, Tibetan: འཁོར་ལོ་; khorlo).
While breath channels (nāḍis) of yogic practices had already been discussed in the classical Upanishads, it was not until Tantric works, such as the eighth-century Buddhist Hevajra Tantra and Caryāgiti, that hierarchies of chakras were introduced. According to traditional Indian medicine, the chakras are a number of wheel-like vortices which exist in the surface of the subtle body of living beings. The chakras are said to be "force centers" or whorls of energy permeating, from a point on the physical body, the layers of the subtle bodies in an ever-increasing fan-shaped formation. Rotating vortices of subtle matter, they are considered focal points for the reception and transmission of energies. Different belief systems posit a varying number of chakras; the best-known system in the West has seven chakras.

Sahasrara or crown chakra is generally considered to be the state of pure consciousness; Nirvana, within which there is neither object nor subject. When the Kundalini energy rises to this point, it unites with the male Shiva energy, and a state of liberating samadhi is attained. Sahasrara involves inner wisdom. Its role may be envisioned somewhat similarly to that of the pituitary gland, which secretes hormones to communicate to the rest of the endocrine system and also connects to the central nervous system via the hypothalamus. According to Gary Osborn, the thalamus is thought to have a key role in the physical basis of consciousness and is the 'Bridal Chamber' mentioned in the Gnostic scriptures. Sahasrara's inner aspect deals with the release of karma, physical action with meditation, mental action with universal consciousness and unity, and emotional action with "beingness." It is of primary importance in the performance of phowa, or consciousness projection after death, in order to obtain rebirth in a Pure Land. Within this state is contained the White drop, or Bodhicitta, which is the essence of masculine energy. Corresponding deity for material element of this state is Dhruva. -

Crown Chakra also called Sahasrara is a bridge to the cosmos. The Crown Chakra is a door of universal energy and conscience; through it you can reach a higher state of awareness. Sahasrara leads you beyond materialism to the true nature of life which is abundant in joy, purpose and curiosity. The guidance begins outside yourself, but during this process you will find inner direction. How to Meditate for Awakening Crown Chakra? To meditate on the crown chakra follow the usual relaxing technique below: sit comfortably, and make sure not to be disturbed for at least ten minutes. Start breathing slowly, and deeply. Feel your body parts relax as you breathe, let your feet relax, let your legs, your hips, and torso relax. Let this wave of relaxation move up your spinal cord relaxing all muscle groups in your back, feel the relaxation wave move your abdomen area, and then slowly going up your chest relaxing all muscles, and organs in that area. Allow the wave of relaxation to slowly move to your shoulders, neck, and head, then feel it on your face, let it relax all muscles on your face, feel this wave of relaxation taking over your whole body until you are completely relaxed. Location: Top of the head Color: Violet Parts of the body: This Chakra is associated with the top of the head, the brain, and the entire nervous system Endocrine Gland: Pineal Gland Sense: Sense of empathy, unity, experiencing another person's experience as if you were inside them, being them. Consciousness: The Crown Chakra represents that part of our consciousness concerned with perceptions of unity or separation. Just as the Root Chakra showed our connection with Mother Earth, this chakra shows our relationship with Our Father in Heaven. It represents our connection with our biological father, which becomes the model for our relationship with authority, and ultimately, with God. It's the level of the soul. When one experiences a sense of separation from their father, they close the crown chakra, and experience a sense of isolation and aloneness, as if they are in a shell, and having difficulty with feeling contact with those around them. Thought processes tend to justify and maintain the sense of aloneness. The view from this chakra includes seeing one's Self as the single consciousness creating all, and paradoxically, thus connected to all, like a dreamer dreaming a dream and realizing that all that is perceived is just an extension of their own consciousness. Element: Inner Light, which is what one experiences when they are in the deepest part of their being, as a point of consciousness glowing with intelligence. Also called White Light. This Chakra is located at the top of the head and it's symbol is associated with the 1st Ray of "will and power". According to Sandra Weaver, it is our direct connection to God and guidance comes directly to us through this chakra.
Our energy system is penetrated by the life force trough the Crown descending to the other energy centers to the Root Chakra. According to the author "From here we are inspired by God, and filled with Grace, because we have a strong connection to a power greater than ourselves. We live in present time and our spirits live in the now in harmony with our form and Will."
In the article "The Seven Chakra Symbols and Their Meaning" Sandra Weaver also explains that "blocks in this chakra cause confusion, depression, senility, fear of success and lack of inspiration. The flow of spiritual energy is blocked in both directions. When this happens spiritual addiction and over intellectualizing occurs, as well as dissociation with the body."
The author also refers the healthy issues associated with this Chakra: Migraines, brain tumors, coma, amnesia, nervous system and muscular system disorders, mental issues, and skin disorders.

Binaural beats, or binaural tones, are auditory processing artifacts, or apparent sounds, caused by specific physical stimuli. This effect earned greater public awareness in the late 20th century based on claims coming from the alternative medicine community that binaural beats could help induce relaxation, meditation, creativity and other desirable mental states. The effect on the brainwaves depends on the difference in frequencies of each tone (in this particular video we use frequencies of the Delta and Theta range which will induce Deep Meditation, relaxation, NREM Sleep, Deep Dreamless Sleep and loss of body awareness).
The brain produces a phenomenon resulting in low-frequency pulsations in the amplitude and sound localization of a perceived sound when two tones at slightly different frequencies are presented separately, one to each of a subject's ears, using stereo headphones. Crown Chakra also called Sahasrara is a bridge to the cosmos. The Crown Chakra is a door of universal energy and conscience; through it you can reach a higher state of awareness. Sahasrara leads you beyond materialism to the true nature of life which is abundant in joy, purpose and curiosity. The guidance begins outside yourself, but during this process you will find inner direction.
How to Meditate for Awakening Crown Chakra?
To meditate on the crown chakra follow the usual relaxing technique below:
sit comfortably, and make sure not to be disturbed for at least ten minutes. Start breathing slowly, and deeply. Feel your body parts relax as you breathe, let your feet relax, let your legs, your hips, and torso relax. Let this wave of relaxation move up your spinal cord relaxing all muscle groups in your back, feel the relaxation wave move your abdomen area, and then slowly going up your chest relaxing all muscles, and organs in that area. Allow the wave of relaxation to slowly move to your shoulders, neck, and head, then feel it on your face, let it relax all muscles on your face, feel this wave of relaxation taking over your whole body until you are completely relaxed.

Color: Violet
Parts of the body: This Chakra is associated with the top of the head, the brain, and the entire nervous system
Endocrine Gland: Pineal Gland
Sense: Sense of empathy, unity, experiencing another person's experience as if you were inside them, being them.
Consciousness: The Crown Chakra represents that part of our consciousness concerned with perceptions of unity or separation. Just as the Root Chakra showed our connection with Mother Earth, this chakra shows our relationship with Our Father in Heaven. It represents our connection with our biological father, which becomes the model for our relationship with authority, and ultimately, with God. It's the level of the soul.
When one experiences a sense of separation from their father, they close the crown chakra, and experience a sense of isolation and aloneness, as if they are in a shell, and having difficulty with feeling contact with those around them. Thought processes tend to justify and maintain the sense of aloneness.
The view from this chakra includes seeing one's Self as the single consciousness creating all, and paradoxically, thus connected to all, like a dreamer dreaming a dream and realizing that all that is perceived is just an extension of their own consciousness.
Element: Inner Light, which is what one experiences when they are in the deepest part of their being, as a point of consciousness glowing with intelligence.
Also called White Light. Metaphysically, this is considered the most subtle element of which the entire physical universe is created.

An ingenious British teenager has programmed a chatbot that has successfully challenged 160,000 parking tickets since its launch last year, BBC News reported Tuesday.Creator Joshua Browder said about 250,000 people have used the free service so far.The bot, named Do Not Pay, currently works in the UK and New York in the U.S. It asks a series of questions to determine the validity of a penalty notice....
