Wheels for Wellbeing
Wheels for Wellbeing has helped hundreds of people with disabilities in
London to cycle using a wide variety of specially designed bikes. With the backing of National Lottery funding, the charity has grown into the biggest supporter of disability cycling in south London. Wheels for Wellbeing won

Corby is an indoor skate park with a difference. Set up by
Mandy Young and her husband
Paul, Freewheeling is a
Big Lottery Fund project that enables disabled and disadvantaged youths to participate in

Harvest Brighton and Hove
The winner of Best
Environment project at this years awards went to Harvest Brighton and Hove, which aims to help people grow their own food through training, volunteering, and providing more land for community gardens. More details: http://www.harvest-bh.org.uk/
Drumatik
Drumatik is an inclusive community drumming group based in the regeneration area of
West Fife, Scotland. 80 per cent of Drumatik's members have a learning disability but the group supports individual achievement, proving that everyone - regardless of disability - can take part in the arts. More details: http://www.drumatik.com/
Back to Netball
In the sports category, the winning award went to Back to Netball - a project that helps women get fitter, make new friends and have fun. This a remarkable story, especially for
Debbie, for whom the project helped save her life.

The Bogside and
Brandywell Health Forum
The winner of the health category was the
Bogside and Brandywell Health Forum.
Running since
2001, the Health Forum is a healthy living centre in
Northern Ireland, which pioneers community-led health improvement.
Community Space Challenge
The Community Space Challenge is all about offering young people at risk of offending the chance to improve their community through clean-up and make-over events
. This short film looks at the winners of best environment project. With 70 projects around
England, the Community Space Challenge has really helped change young people's lives, as well as altering the perception of the up-and-coming generations. More details: http://www.communityspacechallenge.org/
Jubilee Time After Time
For the last film, we look at the winner of best education project who made use of this fabulous
