Plot: A couple of college students known only as the Girl and the Guy are traveling home to Delaware the day before Christmas Eve. They're on a frozen road that the Guy is convinced is a scenic short-cut. In the middle of nowhere in below freezing conditions they are run off the road by a hit and runner. They soon realize they're caught in a supernatural bubble where a crime from 1953 is doomed to repeat itself, year after year threatening new victims. The Guy attempts to walk back to the last petrol station but his wounds from the crash are worse than he let on.

Plot: Our story starts off where the first one ended. The murder of Margaret Ray was not just a random killing but part of a large local government conspiracy. His only proof is in a coma and dying. He finds out the Margaret Ray was not a random murder but instead killed because she knew something about certain town officials. Officials who have enough power to destroy anyone they want. To create a cover-up that is flawless. What they don't realize is that someone is on to them and lurks in the forest waiting for the right time to expose them. Time is delicate and life is too short. If this case isn't solved quickly a lot of people will end up dead.

The case just gets more bizarre by the minute. Meanwhile Margaret Ray, who has no self control, finds herself sleeping around town. Three of these men she would develop a strong relationship with. One of these men, unknown to her, is full of pure evil and would kill her without a second thought! Mayor Tubby Wilson has a secret of his own. He is involved in a big drug cartel that involves top town officials and a US Senator! The mayor is only a puppet though. A puppet for a mysterious person who only appears in dark shadows never revealing their identity. When this person's identity is finally revealed it will be shocking.
