“CLEVELAND, Ohio – Guards strapped Terrance Debose to a chair in a small cell tucked away in the Cuyahoga County Jail where no one else could see him.
Corrections Cpl. Nicholas Evans stood next to the chair. He flipped his body camera off and pummeled the face of the 47-year-old inmate who suffers from an undiagnosed mental illness. Debose could not move his arms to defend himself from the onslaught.
Cuyahoga County released surveillance video to cleveland.com Thursday of the March 22 incident after months of delays and denials.
The video showed Timothy Dugan, another corrections officer, punch Debose in the face one last time. The two now-indicted guards left Dubose strapped in the chair for two hours as his face bled.
The beating takes 13 seconds and is among the shortest of the videos released by Cuyahoga County of corrections officers accused of abuse and violating the civil-rights of jail inmates. But it’s also among the most brutal in its depiction of violence.
Debose suffered a concussion as a result of the attack.”

Cuyahoga County corrections officers Nicholas Evans and Timothy Dugan are both seen on video recording striking a HANDCUFFED and BLINDFOLDED male victim, Terrance Debose. Terrance was placed in full restraints and seated in a restraint chair. You see Evans speaking with the inmate before appearing to switch off the body camera attached to his chest. The origin of Dum Dum Dugan is pretty straightforward.
Dum Dum Dugan was created by comic book legends, Jack Kirby and Stan Lee. He first appeared inside the pages of Sargent Fury and His Howling Commandos #1 back in 1963. While he has appeared in various forms of media and been a member of numerous organizations, he is most often associated with the Howling Commandos.
Timothy “Dum Dum Dugan” hails from Boston, Massachusetts. During the Second World War, Dugan sought out employment from a local circus. Seeing his considerable size, the circus hired him as their resident strongman. While working for the circus, Dum Dum Dugan gave aid to Sam “Happy” Sawyer and Nick Fury, both of whom had been trying to escape from a group of Nazi’s.
Their encounter inspired Dugan and shortly after his inspiration, joined the British Army. After a short stint with the British Army, Dugan was enlisted by the newly formed Howling Commandos. Now a member of the Howling Commandos, Dugan transferred to the United States Army and became Nick Fury’s Second in Command.

Troubling security videos released from Ohio’s Cuyahoga County Jail are raising serious questions about the way inmates are treated there.
One video, released this week but taken in March of 2018, appears to show two corrections officers repeatedly punching an inmate who is restrained.
In the video, officers Nicholas Evans and Timothy Dugan remove Terrance Debose from a cell and place him in isolation.
The reasons are unknown, and Debose appears to be restrained to a wheelchair.
Words appear to then be exchanged, before Evans appears to turn off his body camera and strike Debose again and again.
Dugan next enters and appears and hits him too.
The actions are so severe, Debose suffered a concussion.
Earlier this month, video showed corrections officers pepper-spraying inmate Chantelle Glass while she was restrained.
On Tuesday, new video showed inmate Joseph Arquillo collapse from an overdose at the jail, only to be ignored for more than two hours.
He later died at the hospital.
The videos raise questions on jail oversight, while a dozen former jail employees have already been indicted.

Timothy-grass
Timothy-grass (Phleum pratense), is an abundant perennial grass native to most of Europe except for the Mediterranean region. It is also known simply as timothy, or as meadow cat's-tail or common cat's tail. It is one of the Phleum genus, consisting of about 15 species of annual and perennial grasses.
It is probably named after Timothy Hanson, a U.S. farmer and agriculturalist said to have introduced it from New England to the southern states in the early 18th century. Upon his recommendation it became a major source of hay and cattle fodder to British farmers in the mid-18th century.
Timothy-grass can be confused with Meadow Foxtail (Alopecurus pratensis) and Purple-stem Cat's-tail (Phleum phleoides).
Description
It grows to 19–59 inches tall, with leaves up to 17 inches long and ½ inch broad. The leaves are hairless,rolled rather than folded, and the lower sheaths turn dark brown.
It has no stolons or rhizomes, and no auricles.
The flowerhead is 2¾–6 inches long and ¼–½ inches broad, with densely packed spikelets. It flowers from June until September. The stamen are pink.

The origin of Dum Dum Dugan is pretty straightforward.
Dum Dum Dugan was created by comic book legends, Jack Kirby and Stan Lee. He first appeared inside the pages of Sargent Fury and His Howling Commandos #1 back in 1963. While he has appeared in various forms of media and been a member of numerous organizations, he is most often associated with the Howling Commandos.
Timothy “Dum Dum Dugan” hails from Boston, Massachusetts. During the Second World War, Dugan sought out employment from a local circus. Seeing his considerable size, the circus hired him as their resident strongman. While working for the circus, Dum Dum Dugan gave aid to Sam “Happy” Sawyer and Nick Fury, both of whom had been trying to escape from a group of Nazi’s.
Their encounter inspired Dugan and shortly after his inspiration, joined the British Army. After a short stint with the British Army, Dugan was enlisted by the newly formed Howling Commandos. Now a member of the Howling Commandos, Dugan transferred to the United States Army and became Nick Fury’s Second in Command.

Troubling security videos released from Ohio’s Cuyahoga County Jail are raising serious questions about the way inmates are treated there.
One video, released this week but taken in March of 2018, appears to show two corrections officers repeatedly punching an inmate who is restrained.
In the video, officers Nicholas Evans and Timothy Dugan remove Terrance Debose from a cell and place him in isolation.
The reasons are unknown, and Debose appears to be restrained to a wheelchair.
Words appear to then be exchanged, before Evans appears to turn off his body camera and strike Debose again and again.
Dugan next enters and appears and hits him too.
The actions are so severe, Debose suffered a concussion.
Earlier this month, video showed corrections officers pepper-spraying inmate Chantelle Glass while she was restrained.
On Tuesday, new video showed inmate Joseph Arquillo collapse from an overdose at the jail, only to be ignored for more than two hours.
He later died at the hospital.
The videos raise questions on jail oversight, while a dozen former jail employees have already been indicted.

“CLEVELAND, Ohio – Guards strapped Terrance Debose to a chair in a small cell tucked away in the Cuyahoga County Jail where no one else could see him.
Corrections Cpl. Nicholas Evans stood next to the chair. He flipped his body camera off and pummeled the face of the 47-year-old inmate who suffers from an undiagnosed mental illness. Debose could not move his arms to defend himself from the onslaught.
Cuyahoga County released surveillance video to cleveland.com Thursday of the March 22 incident after months of delays and denials.
The video showed Timothy Dugan, another corrections officer, punch Debose in the face one last time. The two now-indicted guards left Dubose strapped in the chair for two hours as his face bled.
The beating takes 13 seconds and is among the shortest of the videos released by Cuyahoga County of corrections officers accused of abuse and violating the civil-rights of jail inmates. But it’s also among the most brutal in its depiction of violence.
Debose suffered a concussion as a result of the attack.”

You are witnessing an attack by criminals wearing law enforcement uniforms! Cuyahoga County corrections officers Nicholas Evans and Timothy Dugan are both seen on video recording striking a HANDCUFFED and BLINDFOLDED male victim, Terrance Debose. Terrance was placed in full restraints and seated in a restraint chair. You see Evans speaking with the inmate before appearing to switch off the body camera attached to his chest. Both officers are seen repeatedly punching the victim. Terrance was struck so severely that he suffered a concussion.
A grand jury indicted both officers on several charges of felonious assault, unlawful restraint and interfering with civil rights for the incident. Evans was additionally charged with tampering with evidence. Now let’s see our bad officer supporters try and justify this.
