Ford Grand C-Max is a 7-seater compact minivan. I would like to apologise for criticising the way Volkswagen Touran looks. It may look like Rowan Atkinson, but Grand C-Max is like Steve Buscemi. It may not look that bad in the pictures, but up close and personal it’s hideous, especially from the back. On the plus side this ugly backside packs two additional seats, and slightly bigger cargo space - around 450 litres, with the third row folded. Sliding doors are probably the biggest advantage of this car, because there’s no problem with packing those pests in the back even in a tight parking space. Ford Grand C-Max is relatively comfortable. With a 2-litre 170 hp diesel engine here’s enough grunt to overtake, and the 6-speed double clutch automatic is fast enough.

The Ford Grand C-MAX and the Ford Compact C-MAX are identical apart from the way the rear doors operate. Euro NCAP tested the heavier Grand C-MAX.
Euro NCAP Frontal Impact takes place at 64 Km/h, 40% of the width of the car striking a deformable barrier. In the Full Width test, 100% of the width of the car impacts a rigid barrier at 50 Km/h. In the side impact, a mobile deformable barrier impacts the driver's door at 50 km/h. In the pole test, the car tested is propelled sideways at 32 km/h into a rigid pole.

Ford Grand C-Max to 7-miejscowy kompaktowy minivan. Przepraszam Volkswagena, że kiedykolwiek przez myśl przeszła mi krytyka designu Tourana. Tak, wygląda jak Rowan Atkinson, ale Grand C-Max to przy nim Steve Buscemi. Na zdjęciach nawet nie wygląda źle, ale z bliska, na żywo tył jest jakoś zdeformowany. Plus jest taki, że ten zdeformowany tył kryje dwa dodatkowe miejsca i nieco większą przestrzeń bagażową. Około 450 litrów dla wersji 7-miejscowej, przy złożonym trzecim rzedzie siedzeń. Przesuwane drzwi to chyba największa zaleta tego samochodu, bo nie ma problemu z pakowaniem twojej ukochanej hordy szkodników. Ford Grand C-Max jest relatywnie komfortowy. W wersji z dwulitrowym, 170-konnym dieslem nie ma większych problemów z wyprzedzaniem, a 6-stopniowa dwusprzęgłowa automatyczna skrzynia biegów szybko zmienia przełożenia.

2345 Grand
2345 Grand (formerly the IBM Plaza, IBM Building and Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Company Building) is a skyscraper in Kansas City Missouri. It is listed on many sites as being the work of Mies van der Rohe, however, he died in 1969 before the 1977 opening. The work was done by Fujikawa Conterato Lohan & Associates. The International style building is a smaller version of the IBM Plaza in Chicago that is also attributed to Mies.
The building was originally built to be both the western headquarters of now defunct Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Company and an IBM office. At the time, it was called both the Mutual Benefit Building and the IBM Building.
It was acquired by the Shorenstein Company, who sold the building for $49.5 million in 2004 to Hines Interests LP and GE Real Estate. They in turn sold the building for $75 million in December 2007 to Franklin Street Properties Corp.
The current principal tenant in the building is the law firm of Lathrop & Gage, which occupies nine floors of the building. It also houses Missouri's Federal Immigration Court.

925 Grand is the former headquarters of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City and was the oldest building in active use of any Federal Reserve Bank. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2007.
In 1913 Kansas City and St. Louis had a fierce rivalry over which city was to get a headquarters, but in the end, both cities received one. (Missouri is the only state to have multiple headquarters). Among the reasons noted for the award was that former Kansas City mayor James A. Reed, who was on the Senate Banking Committee, broke the deadlock to permit passage of the Federal Reserve Act.
The first bank building was in the R.A. Long Building at 928 Grand which opened on November 16, 1914 until a new $4.3 million building could be built across the street at 925 Grand which formally opened in November 1921 in Downtown Kansas City. Shortly after it was established the bank rented space to outside tenants.
The building, designed by Chicago Wrigley Building architect Graham, Anderson, Probst & White was Missouri's tallest building from 1921 to 1926 and Kansas City's tallest building from 1921 to 1929.

801 Grand, also known as the Principal Building, is a skyscraper in Des Moines, Iowa, United States. It is named after its street address, being located along Grand Avenue in the downtown area of the city between 8th and 9th Streets, with High Street the northern border. Completed in 1991 and standing at 630 feet (190 m), it is currently the tallest building in the state of Iowa, and the tallest building from Chicago to Omaha and from Minneapolis to Tulsa.
The building consists mainly of office space, which is largely occupied by its owner, Principal Financial Group. The lower three floors contain retail and restaurant space, including the 801 Steak & Chop House, and provide a connection to Des Moines' skywalk system. Other tenants include the law firms of McKee, Voorhees, & Sease; Bradshaw, Fowler, Proctor & Fairgrave; and Faegre Baker Daniels.
801 Grand's roof is made out of copper sheeting that was designed to form a green coating of verdigris over time, much like the Statue of Liberty. However, unlike New York City, the air salt content in Des Moines was so low that the desired oxidation process failed. The result was the copper turned a dark brown. Discussions on possible removal of the top layer of copper that would allow crews to purposely cause the oxidation process to create verdigris resulted in the decision to leave the roof as is.

Max was a German language magazine published in Hamburg, Germany, from 1991 to 2008.
History
Max was first published in 1991 and appeared monthly until the final issue which was a double issue for the months January and February 2008. It described itself as a photo and pop culture and lifestyle magazine.
The magazine was owned by MAX Verlag GmbH & Co. KG, part of the publishing group Verlagsgruppe Milchstraße, which has been 100% owned by Hubert Burda Media since 2004.
The circulation became continually lower according to the IVW figures. In the third quarter 2005, it had a circulation of 250,393, and in the third quarter 2006 220,333. During the same period, the number of subscriptions fell from 19,958 to 13,534.
In March 2006, the magazine started to publish multi-paged features of the best photos found on Flickr in the Flickr-Portfolio, which covered approximately 6 pages. This was controversial, because the Flickr photographers received no money.
On 11 January 2008, Hubert Burda Medien announced that they would stop publishing the magazine. The name of the magazine was to be kept for the publication of city guides. In 2011, a special "one shot" issue was published. Editors were the former chief editors of the magazine who chronicled their work, collected feedback and other input on a Facebook-fanpage, an idea they called "Gläserne Redaktion" (glass editorial office). After a moderate success, Hubert Burda Medien decided on publishing another special issue in 2012. This time, the editorial department was outsourced to the Storyboard GmbH in Munich. As for winter 2012, it is not decided yet, whether the special issues are to become an annual event.

Max (2015 film)
Max is a 2015 American adventure drama film directed by Boaz Yakin, and co-written with Sheldon Lettich. The film stars Josh Wiggins, Mia Xitlali, Dejon LaQuake, Thomas Haden Church, Robbie Amell, Lauren Graham, Luke Kleintank, and Jay Hernandez. The film was released by Warner Bros. on June 26, 2015.
Plot
Max, a Belgian Malinois used to help U.S. Marines in Afghanistan, is handled by Kyle Wincott. Kyle is questioned when weapons seized by his squad go missing. Realizing his friend Tyler Harne is among those involved with the shady dealings, he warns Tyler that he cannot cover for him. The two then go into the battlefield with their squad, with Max on point. While advancing on a suicide bomber, Max is injured by an explosion. In the ensuing gunfight, Kyle is shot and killed.
Kyle's younger brother Justin, who makes money pirating video games, their mother Pamela and their father Ray are informed of his death. After Kyle's body is brought home for burial, the other Marines notice that Max is only calm when he is around Justin, apparently sensing that he is Kyle's brother. The family adopts the dog, who would otherwise be euthanized for his disturbed behavior. Justin initially wants little to do with Max but eventually warms up to him. While meeting up with his friend Chuy, Justin meets Chuy's cousin Carmen, who offers to go to his house and show him some handling tricks for Max. Little by little, Max's behavior improves around other people.

Euro NCAP Crash Test of Ford Grand C-MAX
The Ford Grand C-MAX and the Ford Compact C-MAX are identical apart from the way the rear doors operate. Euro NCAP tested the heavier Grand C-MAX. Euro NCAP Frontal Impact takes place at 64 Km/h, 40% of the width of the car striking a deformable barrier. In the Full Width test, 100% of the width of the car impacts a rigid barrier at 50 Km/h. In the side impact, a mobile deformable barrier impacts the driver's door at 50 km/h. In the pole test, the car tested is propelled sideways at 32 km/h into a rigid pole. Umów przegląd swojego Forda! https://goo.gl/CZ2ACK Ford Grand C-Max to 7-miejscowy kompaktowy minivan. Przepraszam Volkswagena, że kiedykolwiek przez myśl przeszła mi krytyka designu Tourana. Tak, wygląda jak Rowan Atkinson, ale Grand C-Max to przy nim Steve Buscemi. Na zdjęciach nawet nie wygląda źle, ale z bliska, na żywo tył jest jakoś zdeformowany. Plus jest taki, że ten zdeformowany tył kryje dwa dodatkowe miejsca i nieco większą przestrzeń bagażową. Około 450 litrów dla wersji 7-miejscowej, przy złożonym trzecim rzedzie siedzeń. Przesuwane drzwi to chyba największa zaleta tego samochodu, bo nie ma problemu z pakowaniem twojej ukochanej hordy szkodników. Ford Grand C-Max jest relatywnie komfortowy. W wersji z dwulitrowym, 170-konnym dieslem nie ma większych problemów z wyprzedzaniem,...

It may not look that bad in the pictures, but up close and personal it’s hideous, especially from the back. On the plus side this ugly backside packs two additional seats, and slightly bigger cargo space - around 450 litres, with the third row folded. Sliding doors are probably the biggest advantage of this car, because there’s no problem with packing those pests in the back even in a tight parking space. Ford Grand C-Max is relatively comfortable. With a 2-litre 170 hp diesel engine here’s enough grunt to overtake, and the 6-speed double clutch automatic is fast enough.

Ford Grand C-Max to 7-miejscowy kompaktowy minivan. Przepraszam Volkswagena, że kiedykolwiek przez myśl przeszła mi krytyka designu Tourana. Tak, wygląda jak Rowan Atkinson, ale Grand C-Max to przy nim Steve Buscemi. Na zdjęciach nawet nie wygląda źle, ale z bliska, na żywo tył jest jakoś zdeformowany. Plus jest taki, że ten zdeformowany tył kryje dwa dodatkowe miejsca i nieco większą przestrzeń bagażową. Około 450 litrów dla wersji 7-miejscowej, przy złożonym trzecim rzedzie siedzeń. Przesuwane drzwi to chyba największa zaleta tego samochodu, bo nie ma problemu z pakowaniem twojej ukochanej hordy szkodników. Ford Grand C-Max jest relatywnie komfortowy. W wersji z dwulitrowym, 170-konnym dieslem nie ma większych problemów z wyprzedzaniem, a 6-stopniowa dwusprzęgłowa automatyczna skrzynia biegów szybko zmienia przełożenia.

Ford Grand C-Max is a 7-seater compact minivan. I would like to apologise for criticising the way Volkswagen Touran looks. It may look like Rowan Atkinson, but Grand C-Max is like Steve Buscemi. It may not look that bad in the pictures, but up close and personal it’s hideous, especially from the back. On the plus side this ugly backside packs two additional seats, and slightly bigger cargo space - around 450 litres, with the third row folded. Sliding doors are probably the biggest advantage of this car, because there’s no problem with packing those pests in the back even in a tight parking space. Ford Grand C-Max is relatively comfortable. With a 2-litre 170 hp diesel engine here’s enough grunt to overtake, and the 6-speed double clutch automatic is fast enough.

The Ford Grand C-MAX and the Ford Compact C-MAX are identical apart from the way the rear doors operate. Euro NCAP tested the heavier Grand C-MAX.
Euro NCAP Frontal Impact takes place at 64 Km/h, 40% of the width of the car striking a deformable barrier. In the Full Width test, 100% of the width of the car impacts a rigid barrier at 50 Km/h. In the side impact, a mobile deformable barrier impacts the driver's door at 50 km/h. In the pole test, the car tested is propelled sideways at 32 km/h into a rigid pole.

Ford Grand C-Max to 7-miejscowy kompaktowy minivan. Przepraszam Volkswagena, że kiedykolwiek przez myśl przeszła mi krytyka designu Tourana. Tak, wygląda jak Rowan Atkinson, ale Grand C-Max to przy nim Steve Buscemi. Na zdjęciach nawet nie wygląda źle, ale z bliska, na żywo tył jest jakoś zdeformowany. Plus jest taki, że ten zdeformowany tył kryje dwa dodatkowe miejsca i nieco większą przestrzeń bagażową. Około 450 litrów dla wersji 7-miejscowej, przy złożonym trzecim rzedzie siedzeń. Przesuwane drzwi to chyba największa zaleta tego samochodu, bo nie ma problemu z pakowaniem twojej ukochanej hordy szkodników. Ford Grand C-Max jest relatywnie komfortowy. W wersji z dwulitrowym, 170-konnym dieslem nie ma większych problemów z wyprzedzaniem, a 6-stopniowa dwusprzęgłowa automatyczna skrzynia biegów szybko zmienia przełożenia.

2345 Grand (formerly the IBM Plaza, IBM Building and Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Company Building) is a skyscraper in Kansas City Missouri. It is listed on many sites as being the work of Mies van der Rohe, however, he died in 1969 before the 1977 opening. The work was done by Fujikawa Conterato Lohan & Associates. The International style building is a smaller version of the IBM Plaza in Chicago that is also attributed to Mies.
The building was originally built to be both the western headquarters of now defunct Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Company and an IBM office. At the time, it was called both the Mutual Benefit Building and the IBM Building.
It was acquired by the Shorenstein Company, who sold the building for $49.5 million in 2004 to Hines Interests LP and GE Real Estate. They in turn sold the building for $75 million in December 2007 to Franklin Street Properties Corp.
The current principal tenant in the building is the law firm of Lathrop & Gage, which occupies nine floors of the building. It also houses Missouri's Federal Immigration Court.
