The Danish journalist Jes Stein Pedersen participates in Arctic Imagination - an artistic brainstorm across the Atlantic about the disappearing ice and rising temperatures.
In only 100 years, the Arctic and the North Pole have been transformed from highly dangerous and mysterious peripheral areas into regions that need our protection and sense of responsibility. In 2017, six major libraries in New York, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo and Nuuk are combining in Arctic Imagination in a unique collaboration across the Atlantic, in which a number of high-profile artistic and creative voices will contribute to a global brainstorming within this area.

The Project Society - DR2 - Deadline
Danish philosopher Anders Fogh Jensen, in an interview with Jes Stein Pedersen on Danish TV, explains what it means to live in the Project Society. They discuss the consequences of our intermittent organizing and loose relationships, and why we find projects everywhere.
Is power still the most relevant concept when analyzing society? What other tools are available to analyze a society of for instance singles and "Sex and the City"?
Ultimately, Anders Fogh Jensen also talks about the expectations that individuals place upon themselves and the subsequent risks of breaking down. Stated briefly, Anders presents his idea about the Project Society based on his books, "The Project Society" and "Project People".
