Beg, Steal or Borrow

"Beg, Steal or Borrow" was the British entry in the Eurovision Song Contest 1972, performed in English by The New Seekers.

The song was composed and written by Tony Cole, Steve Wolfe and Graeme Hall. On the night of the contest, the song was directed by David Mackay.

The theme is a love song to a former lover. The two lovers should be together and one of them will "beg, steal or borrow" in order to "bring" the other love.

At the Contest, it was performed fifth on the night, following Spain's Jaime Morey with "Amanece" and preceding Norway's Grethe Kausland and Benny Borg with "Småting". At the close of voting, it had received 114 points, placing 2nd in a field of 18.

The following year the British entry at the 1973 Contest was "Power to All Our Friends" by Cliff Richard.

Halla Bol

Halla Bol (Raise Your Voice) is a Hindi drama film released on 11 January 2008, and directed by Rajkumar Santoshi. Halla Bol stars Ajay Devgan and Vidya Balan in pivotal roles and a number of celebrities from the Hindi film industry appear as themselves. Produced by Samee Siddiqui, the film's score and soundtrack was composed by Sukhwinder Singh, while Nataraja Subramanian and Steven Bernard were the cinematographer and editor respectively.

The film touches upon the Jessica Lall murder case, Aamir Khan's involvement with the Narmada Bachao Andolan, the Right to Information Act, and public participation in fighting corruption. It also references the theatre group Jan Natya Manch, whose leader, theatre activist Safdar Hashmi, was killed by political rivals while performing a street play by the same name, Halla Bol!, in 1989.

Plot

Ashfaque (Ajay Devgn) is a small town boy aspiring to be a film star in the Hindi film industry. He joins a street theatre group run by a reformed dacoit Sidhu (Pankaj Kapoor), who uses street theatre as a medium to bring about an awakening in the masses. Ashfaque struggles to give a creative vent to the actor in him in order to realise his dreams. Ashfaque's determined struggle pays off and he gets a break in films. He gets a new screen name – Sameer Khan. With the passage of time, he moves up the success ladder in a very short time.

Zindagi Wins (translation: Life Wins) is an Indian soap medical drama series that aired on channel Bindass from 21 February 2015 to 13 June 2015. The show is housed by the same production house Cinevistaas Limited that ran the hit medical series Sanjivani - A Medical Boon and its sequel Dill Mill Gayye.

The show portrays the journey of Dr. Alia, Dr. Malavika and Dr. Ishaan at Lifebeat Hospital and their quest for medical excellence with their different values and ethics and also how they take Lifebeat to greater heights.

Plot

A young intern, Dr.Alia Akhter, joins the Lifebeat hospital. She finds herself at poles with Dr. Malvika due to their differences in the method of treatment. Alia believes in listening to the heart while approaching a treatment, but Dr.Malvika believes in listening to the brain. Due to their differences and Alia's 'listen-to-the-heart-approach', she gets in trouble. Enters Dr. Ishaan, who befriends Alia and helps her out. Alia on knowing that Ishaan and Malvika broke-up but still love each other, decides to help them patch up. During the patch-up period, enters Dr. Veer, who was an ex-army doctor who was an associate to Alia's father.
