Easy No-fuss Returns
We want you to be one hundred percent happy with your top3 experience. If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with a purchase, you can return it for an exchange, store credit or a full refund (provided the items are in their original packaging and are in perfect saleable condition). No returns on sale items or special orders.
In order to receive store credit from an item due to a change of mind, simply return the item within 60 days of purchase, with this returns document enclosed to ensure we can handle it promptly upon receipt in our warehouse. Please ensure the item is in ‘as new’ condition, including packaging. If you would like to exchange your purchase it is a good idea to contact us in advance of the return so that we can hold the item for you.
