Terror (album)

Terror ~Hakuri~ (剥離) is the 18th studio album by the Japanese band Loudness. It was released only in Japan, in January 2004. The album is one of the heaviest released by the band, and was created with a theme of horror and terror. This theme is also reflected in the album artwork. The band display influences from Black Sabbath, and the album overall has a doom metal type sound.

Terror (Bottom)

"Terror" is the second episode of the third series of British television sitcom, Bottom. It was first broadcast on 13 January 1995.

Synopsis

The episode begins in the flat's kitchen, where Richie is at the stove cooking a sausage that is on fire as Eddie brings in the morning paper. They both are disappointed to learn that they didn't win the paper's "Spot the Ball" competition, and Richie mistakes Eddie's questions about breakfast for sexual innuendo ("How's your sausage?" "Maybe we should eat our flakes." "Can I drink your juice?"). Eddie then goes to answer a knock at the front door, and is greeted by three boys dressed in devil costumes playing trick or treat. When he fails to give them any sweets, they "trick" him by ramming a toy trident into his crotch. Realising that it is Halloween, Richie forms a plan; he and Eddie will go trick-or-treating to raise money for a party which will feature, in Richie's words "lots of booze and drugged-up babes, shaggy-shaggy-shag!" They go down to the local costume shop, and Richie returns wearing a woman's devil outfit, while Eddie ends up dressed up in a giant banana costume. To make sure that people give them money, Richie asks Eddie to bring along an electric cattle prod which they have somehow obtained; unfortunately, when he tries to use it the electricity arcs back and causes Richie's bowels to loosen, ruining one of his three pairs of tights.

Terror (demo)

Terror (also referred to as Evil Dead '94 because of the insert) is an independently released EP cassette by Evildead. It contains demos that Evildead recorded in 1994 for the album that was intended to follow 1991's The Underworld. However, the new album was unfinished and never released as Evildead decided to call it quits. All three songs from this EP were re-recorded by the band members' post-Evildead project Terror for their only album Hijos de los Cometas (1997). This release marked the debut of singer Steve Nelson (who replaced founding member Phil Flores in 1993 and rejoined again in 2010) and the band's first with bassist Mel Sanchez since their 1989 debut Annihilation of Civilization as well as their only release with then-future and now-former Slayer drummer Jon Dette. This would also be their final release with guitarist Dan Flores.

Bastards is an upcoming American comedy film directed by Lawrence Sher and written by Justin Malen. The film stars Owen Wilson, Ed Helms, J. K. Simmons, Terry Bradshaw, Ving Rhames, and Glenn Close. Principal photography began on October 5, 2015 in Atlanta. The film is scheduled for an November 4, 2016 release. Sher is making his directorial debut with the film.

On June 14, 2011, it was announced that Paramount Pictures had acquired the rights to the comedy spec script Bastards written by Justin Malen, about two brothers who believe that their father died when they were young, but later they discover that is a lie.The Montecito Picture Company would produce the film. On August 7, 2014, Alcon Entertainment came on board to produce and finance the film for Warner Bros. after Paramount left the project, while cinematographer Lawrence Sher was attached to make his directorial debut.Ivan Reitman, Tom Pollock, and Ali Bell would produce the film through Montecito. On July 15, 2015, Owen Wilson and Ed Helms joined the lead cast of the film to play the brothers, while Broderick Johnson and Andrew Kosove would also produce the film through Alcon.J. K. Simmons and Terry Bradshaw also joined the cast on August 13, 2015, where both would play the lead characters' biological fathers. Bradshaw would play the role of himself. On August 18, 2015, Ving Rhames signed on to play Rod Hamilton, friend and the ex-teammate of football player Bradshaw. On September 11, 2015, Katt Williams joined the cast of the film. On September 17, 2015, Glenn Close was in final negotiations to join the film. On October 7, 2015, Katie Aselton was also in final talks to sign on. On October 22, 2015, Zachary Haven also joined the cast.

Synopsis

In the Soviet Union, 1943, a group of teenage convicts are secretly trained for a guerrilla mission to stop the actions of a German army group called "Edelweiss".

Plot summary

A "Hitler Jugend" kind of story, set in the Soviet Union during the Second World War. Year 1943. Colonel Vishnevetskiy is released from prison to organize a school of military training for saboteurs. Students come from prisons and correction colonies; these are 14–15 years old criminals who nobody will even look for. After severe training they are sent to destroy a German oil depot deep in the Carpathians. Being lost high in the mountains and being on the edge of life and death, you still can make a choice: to remain a bastard or become a hero for a country that doesn't want you.

Controversy

The film's release caused massive controversy in Russia, where some deemed it "state-supported anti-Soviet propaganda". The plot for the film, written by Kunin, involved a story of teenagers with a criminal background who were caught by the NKVD during the Great Patriotic war, then trained as saboteurs in special schools and thrown into the German rear to face a certain death.
