During the Mexican revolution mine owner Colonel Alfonso Garcia (Eduardo Fajardo) hires Sergei Kowalski (Franco Nero) a Polish mercenary to protect seven tonnes of silver being transported to the US. Kowalski arrives only to discover the repressed peasant workers, led by Paco Roman (Tony Musante), have taken control of the mine by force. Always eager to make good his losses Kowalski persuades Roman, now in a tight spot with Garcia's army bearing down on him, to hire his services. A sadistic homosexual mercenary called Curly (Jack Palance), wanting the silver himself tries to ambush Kowalski, but Roman thwarts his plans and Curly's men are killed. Kowalski renews his partnership with Roman and after liberating a town the bandits are joined by Columba (Giovanna Ralli) an idealist who's farther was hung for being a revolutionary. With the promise of making Roman as famous as Pancho Villa and all the gang rich in exchange for a hefty daily fee plus expenses, under Kowalski's guidance Roman earns the reputation of a great revolutionary liberator. Garcia's army still desperate to capture the bandits are joined by Curly in their search. Kowalski's financial demands for guidance increase but Roman now married to Columbia sees the true importance of the revolution to the Mexican people. Realising his responsibility for his fellow countrymen Roman reneges on the deal and takes all Kowalski's money for the great cause. The bandits keep Kowalski tied up as a prisoner, but in a devastating attack by Garcia's army he escapes. Kowalski tracks Roman to a rodeo where he is in hiding working as a clown, Curly also trails him there and the scene is set for the final showdown.

I hate.
Two things you non-PS4-Hitman-players need to know to understand this hell:
1. The target detects 47 remotely if he's nearby, regardless of disguise, hiding place, blending in status or amount of walls in between. He just knows. He can't actually see through disguises or blending in status, he just knows the exact spot 47 is and will repeatedly send his guards there to automatically follow 47. The guards home in on 47 as long as he's in range, there's no "switching hiding spots" because they don't know where you were, they only ever know where you ARE. If 47 is hidden in plain sight, say, as the scarecrow for example, they turn around and walk away only to come back seconds later, repeating this until the target is too far away to detect 47. To make it clear, there is NO chance to ever sneak close to the target.
He also has an increased range to detection when you're in certain locations. His detecting 47 far away causes him to freeze and stare at wherever 47 is for a long time.
2. Apart from the path between the bridge-side entrance and the clock workshop (or whatever it is) that he walks fairly regularly, the target's pathing is random. Only time it isn't random is when he detects 47 and homes in. There is no trick to have him walk under the haybale normally, other than possibly using a disguise that allows you to stand at the barn entrance in plain sight (as the target would still dectect 47 and be attracted to the location).
Sad thing about this video is that I easily did it in practice with considerably less time spent, but kept failing in recording. The first successful recording ended with a guard spotting me during the escape animation.
The saddest thing is, after all this bullshit and having done the kill several times, the game still didn't unlock the Haymaker challenge (killing the Mercenary by dropping the haybale on him). Bummer.
I must be an idiot to have spent hours on this.

Iron Maiden
Iron Maiden are an English heavy metal band formed in Leyton, east London, in 1975 by bassist and primary songwriter Steve Harris. The band's discography has grown to thirty-eight albums, including sixteen studio albums, eleven live albums, four EPs, and seven compilations.
Pioneers of the New Wave of British Heavy Metal, Iron Maiden achieved initial success during the early 1980s. After several line-up changes, the band went on to release a series of UK and US platinum and gold albums, including 1982's The Number of the Beast, 1983's Piece of Mind, 1984's Powerslave, 1985's live release Live After Death, 1986's Somewhere in Time and 1988's Seventh Son of a Seventh Son. Pulp Fiction
Pulp Fiction is a 1994 American black comedy crime film written and directed by Quentin Tarantino, from a story by Tarantino and Roger Avary. Tarantino's second feature film, it is iconic for its eclectic dialogue, ironic mix of humor and violence, nonlinear storyline, and a host of cinematic allusions and pop culture references. The film was nominated for seven Oscars, including Best Picture; Tarantino and Avary won for Best Original Screenplay. It was also awarded the Palme d'Or at the 1994 Cannes Film Festival. Directed in a highly stylized manner, Pulp Fiction connects the intersecting storylines of Los Angeles mobsters, fringe players, small-time criminals, and a mysterious briefcase. Considerable screen time is devoted to monologues and casual conversations that reveal the characters' senses of humor and perspectives on life. The film's title refers to the pulp magazines and hardboiled crime novels popular during the mid-20th century, known for their graphic violence and punchy dialogue. Pulp Fiction is self-referential from its opening moments, beginning with a title card that gives two dictionary definitions of "pulp". The plot, as in many of Tarantino's other works, is presented out of chronological sequence.

Always eager to make good his losses Kowalski persuades Roman, now in a tight spot with Garcia's army bearing down on him, to hire his services. A sadistic homosexual mercenary called Curly (Jack Palance), wanting the silver himself tries to ambush Kowalski, but Roman thwarts his plans and Curly's men are killed. Kowalski renews his partnership with Roman and after liberating a town the bandits are joined by Columba (Giovanna Ralli) an idealist who's farther was hung for being a revolutionary. With the promise of making Roman as famous as Pancho Villa and all the gang rich in exchange for a hefty daily fee plus expenses, under Kowalski's guidance Roman earns the reputation of a great revolutionary liberator. Garcia's army still desperate to capture the bandits are joined by Curly in their search. Kowalski's financial demands for guidance increase but Roman now married to Columbia sees the true importance of the revolution to the Mexican people. Realising his responsibility for his fellow countrymen Roman reneges on the deal and takes all Kowalski's money for the great cause. The bandits keep Kowalski tied up as a prisoner, but in a devastating attack by Garcia's army he escapes. Kowalski tracks Roman to a rodeo where he is in hiding working as a clown, Curly also trails him there and the scene is set for the final showdown.

Two things you non-PS4-Hitman-players need to know to understand this hell:
1. The target detects 47 remotely if he's nearby, regardless of disguise, hiding place, blending in status or amount of walls in between. He just knows. He can't actually see through disguises or blending in status, he just knows the exact spot 47 is and will repeatedly send his guards there to automatically follow 47. The guards home in on 47 as long as he's in range, there's no "switching hiding spots" because they don't know where you were, they only ever know where you ARE. If 47 is hidden in plain sight, say, as the scarecrow for example, they turn around and walk away only to come back seconds later, repeating this until the target is too far away to detect 47. To make it clear, there is NO chance to ever sneak close to the target.
He also has an increased range to detection when you're in certain locations. His detecting 47 far away causes him to freeze and stare at wherever 47 is for a long time.
2. Apart from the path between the bridge-side entrance and the clock workshop (or whatever it is) that he walks fairly regularly, the target's pathing is random. Only time it isn't random is when he detects 47 and homes in. There is no trick to have him walk under the haybale normally, other than possibly using a disguise that allows you to stand at the barn entrance in plain sight (as the target would still dectect 47 and be attracted to the location).
Sad thing about this video is that I easily did it in practice with considerably less time spent, but kept failing in recording. The first successful recording ended with a guard spotting me during the escape animation.
The saddest thing is, after all this bullshit and having done the kill several times, the game still didn't unlock the Haymaker challenge (killing the Mercenary by dropping the haybale on him). Bummer.
I must be an idiot to have spent hours on this.

Caspian de Looze is Australia's premier Posca artist, he was commissioned by Warner Music Australia to create 4 custom illustrations for the Red Hot Chili Peppers in recognitions of over 3 million record sales in Australia. I created this video to share the process and experience of being in s small room with an eccentric artist for 3 long days. I will never be the same again, but the resulting video is pretty R.A.D.
