A stunt coordinator, usually an experienced stunt performer, is hired by a TV, film or theatre director or production company for stunt casting that is to arrange the casting (stunt players and stunt doubles) and performance of stunts for a film, television programme or a live audience.
Where the film requires a stunt, and involves the use of stunt performers, the Stunt Coordinator will arrange the casting and performance of the stunt, working closely with the Director.
In many cases, the stunt coordinator budgets, designs and choreographs the stunt sequence to suit the script and the director's vision.
There are two Primetime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Stunt Coordination—one for Outstanding Stunt Coordination for a Drama Series, Miniseries or Movie and another for Outstanding Stunt Coordination for a Comedy Series or Variety Program.
Vanity Fair may refer to:
John Wick is a 2014 American neo-noir action thriller film directed by Chad Stahelski and David Leitch, and starring Keanu Reeves, Michael Nyqvist, Alfie Allen, Adrianne Palicki, Bridget Moynahan, Dean Winters, Ian McShane, John Leguizamo, and Willem Dafoe. The film stars Reeves as John Wick, a retired hitman seeking vengeance for the theft of his vintage car and the brutal killing of his puppy, a gift from his recently deceased wife. Stahelski and Leitch, both of 87Eleven Productions, directed the film together, though Leitch was uncredited.
The film was written by Derek Kolstad, who completed the screenplay in 2012 and further developed it for Thunder Road Pictures. The film was produced by Basil Iwanyk of Thunder Road Pictures, Leitch, Eva Longoria and Michael Witherill. It marks Stahelski and Leitch's directorial debut as a team after multiple separate credits as second unit directors and stunt coordinators. They previously worked with Reeves as stunt doubles on The Matrix trilogy.
John Wick 2 is an upcoming American action thriller film directed by Chad Stahelski and written by Derek Kolstad. It is a sequel to 2014 film John Wick. The film stars Keanu Reeves, Common, Bridget Moynahan, Ian McShane, and John Leguizamo. Principal photography began on October 26, 2015, in New York City.
In February 2015, directors Chad Stahelski and David Leitch revealed that a John Wick sequel was currently in development. The same month, CEO of Lionsgate Jon Feltheimer made an announcement during a conference call, stating "We see John Wick as a multiple-title action franchise". Additionally, it was reported that Kolstad will return to write the screenplay. In May 2015, it was confirmed that the sequel was greenlit and Lionsgate would be selling the film at the upcoming Cannes Film Festival. It was announced that Keanu Reeves, Leitch, and Stahelski would return to the film with filming set to begin in late 2015. In October 2015, Common joined the film to play the head of security for a female crime lord, and Ian McShane was confirmed to return as Winston, the owner of the Continental Hotel. In November 2015, Bridget Moynahan, John Leguizamo, Thomas Sadoski, and Lance Reddick were confirmed to return, while Ruby Rose, Riccardo Scamarcio, and Peter Stormare were added to the cast.

Also discussed is Star Wars mania, how fans loved the movie, collected the merchandise and danced the disco music. Also shown are behind-the-scenes looks at the movie, as well as how difficult each effect was in doing since they didn't have the convenience of computer animation back then.

"Furious 7" Stunt coordinator Jack Gill interview. April 6, 2015.
By request here's the rest of the fight inside Angel's mansion. I didn't include it before because Sophia felt they were tired and hesitated too much between blows and she didn't like it. I think it worked well though - so here it is. (I talked her into letting me show it) The very first time Buffy and Faith squared off was originally supposed to be only two hits. Once again I whined until they let me make it longer. I felt it was important considering the characters' relationship. The only way to fit in all the other work that day and still shoot the fight was to have Sophia Crawford and Karen Sheperd perform the whole thing from start to finish. Here is something very rare specifically for the hardcore SENTAI / POWER RANGER fans: My behind-the-scenes of Gosei Sentai Dairanger home video - 2 hours worth to be exact. (Sorry for the poor quality) When we started the original MIGHTY MORPHIN' POWER RANGERS my producers wanted me to duplicate the economical shooting methods used by the Japanese film makers back then for the fight scenes while still using standard Hollywood coverage for the acting scenes. That is precisely what I did by employing some of the techniques seen in this video - although with a better camera and a much smaller crew. In this video you can see some of the Zord footage we used to splice into our show as it is being shot as well as the Japanese stunt team and actors at work. The voice is that of my prod...
