The room on the 22nd floor is spacious and would be good for families or people spending an extended amount of time in the area. The area has a lot of street food and after touring the hotel room, Dwight explores Suan Phlu around lunch time to find something to eat. Dwight finally ends up on Suan Phlu Soi 8, which is directly across from Suan Phlu Market. The small street has a flurry of restaurants open on both sides of the street for lunch. We visit Baan Bai Phlu which is a vegetarian restaurant about 7 years old. The restaurant opens at about 5:30am and when we show up around lunch, many of the items have already sold out. The restaurant is frequented by Thais and foreigners in the area alike, so go early.
