Santa Maria Val Müstair

Santa Maria Val Müstair (Romansh: Soncha Maria) is a village in the Val Müstair municipality in the district of Inn in the Swiss canton of Graubünden. In 2009 Santa Maria Val Müstair merged with Lü, Müstair, Fuldera, Tschierv and Valchava to form the municipality of Val Müstair.

History

Sta. Maria Val Müstair is first mentioned in 1167-70 as die Kapelle Sancte Mariae in Silvaplana.

Geography

Sta. Maria Val Müstair has an area, as of 2006, of 41.6 km² (16.1 sq mi). Of this area, 31.9% is used for agricultural purposes, while 24.7% is forested. Of the rest of the land, 1.2% is settled (buildings or roads) and the remainder (42.1%) is non-productive (rivers, glaciers or mountains).

The village is located in the Val Müstair sub-district (now Val Müstair municipality) of the Inn district. It is along the Umbrail pass road. It consists of the cross-shaped village of Sta. Maria Val Müstair and the alpine settlements of Craistas, Büglios and Pütschai as well as the hamlet of Sielva which includes the hospital. Until 1995 Sta. Maria Val Müstair was known as Santa Maria im Münstertal.

Jodi Santamaria

Jodi Chrissie Garcia Santamaria (born June 16, 1982), better known by her screen name, Jodi Sta. Maria (sometimes credited previously as Jodie Santamaria and Jodi Santa Maria), is a Filipina actress. Lauded as one of the Philippine’s most talented actresses, she is under ABS-CBN's circle of homegrown talents named Star Magic, part of the Star Magic Batch 7 alumna. She found immediate success as a teenager with the popular show Tabing Ilog.

Personal Life

The youngest of two children, Sta. Maria and her brother was raised by their single mother. She was active in school curriculars - particularly the volleyball varsity team and debate team. She attended Philippine Pasay Chung Hua Academy and was an honor student. She married politician, Panfilo Lacson Jr., to whom she is now separated from. They had a son born on 2005.

Sta. Maria attended De La Salle University and studied Medical Biology as a pre-cursor to Medicine. She left after a year due to the sudden success of her serial Be Careful With My Heart, which was extended from its intended run of 3 months to 2 1/2 years.

Richard Yap

Richard Edison Uy Yap (born May 18, 1967) is a Filipino actor and businessman, best known for his role as "Papa Chen" in My Binondo Girl and in the television drama Be Careful With My Heart as Richard "Sir Chief" Lim.

Personal life

Yap was born and raised in Cebu City. He graduated from Sacred Heart School and De La Salle University. Coming from a family who loves to cook, Richard aspired to be full-blooded chef in his younger years.

Career

In 2011, Yap launched his career in ABS-CBN via My Binondo Girl where he played Kim Chiu's father, Chen Sy. Little did he know that through this role he would gain wide recognition from fans of the series.

In 2012, Yap made several appearances in the network. He played a recurring character in Walang Hanggan as Henry de Dios. From 2012-2014, he played the lead role in the morning teleserye Be Careful With My Heart Richard "Sir Chief" Lim alongside Jodi Sta. Maria as Maya dela-rosa Lim.
