Cool Breeze is a well-known colloquial phrase from the 1970s, especially within the city. The following artists make reference:
Keith Jarrett (born May 8, 1945) is an American pianist and composer who performs both jazz and classical music.
Jarrett started his career with Art Blakey, moving on to play with Charles Lloyd and Miles Davis. Since the early 1970s he has enjoyed a great deal of success as a group leader and a solo performer in jazz, jazz fusion, and classical music. His improvisations draw from the traditions of jazz and other genres, especially Western classical music, gospel, blues, and ethnic folk music.
In 2003, Jarrett received the Polar Music Prize, the first (and to this day only) recipient not to share the prize with a co-recipient, and in 2004 he received the Léonie Sonning Music Prize.
In 2008, he was inducted into the Down Beat Hall of Fame in the magazine's 73rd Annual Readers' Poll.
Keith Jarrett was born on May 8, 1945, in Allentown, Pennsylvania, to a mother of Slovenian descent and a father of either French or Scots-Irish descent. He grew up in suburban Allentown with significant early exposure to music. Jarrett possesses absolute pitch, and he displayed prodigious musical talents as a young child. He began piano lessons just before his third birthday, and at age five he appeared on a TV talent program hosted by the swing bandleader Paul Whiteman. Jarrett gave his first formal piano recital at the age of seven, playing works by composers including Mozart, Bach, Beethoven, and Saint-Saëns, and ending with two of his own compositions. Encouraged especially by his mother, Jarrett took intensive classical piano lessons with a series of teachers, including Eleanor Sokoloff of the Curtis Institute.

John Birks "Dizzy" Gillespie (/ɡᵻˈlɛspi/; October 21, 1917 – January 6, 1993) was an American jazz trumpeter, bandleader, composer and occasional singer.
AllMusic's Scott Yanow wrote, "Dizzy Gillespie's contributions to jazz were huge. One of the greatest jazz trumpeters of all time (some would say the best), Gillespie was such a complex player that his contemporaries ended up copying Miles Davis and Fats Navarro instead, and it was not until Jon Faddis's emergence in the 1970s that Dizzy's style was successfully recreated [...] Arguably Gillespie is remembered, by both critics and fans alike, as one of the greatest jazz trumpeters of all time."
Gillespie was a trumpet virtuoso and improviser, building on the virtuoso style of Roy Eldridge but adding layers of harmonic complexity previously unheard in jazz. His beret and horn-rimmed spectacles, his scat singing, his bent horn, pouched cheeks and his light-hearted personality were essential in popularizing bebop.

I walked through the hailstones and the merciless wind
To where the island disappears and the sea begins
It was new year's eve at the mountainside
On the winding road that slopes down to where Frankie lies
I stood still and stared down at the clay
Waiting for sorrow I started to pray
Ah but Errigal was wrapped up in brilliant white snow
Smoke rose from the turf fires of Bunbeg bungalows
I stood before the mountain waiting for sorrow
But the waves kept time and I let go
Go..... go.....
Go..... go..... to where the cool breeze sighs
Go..... go..... to where your flute tones rise
Go..... go..... to where Errigal's in your eyes
We hear your grace notes they fill our nights
We miss you too much but it's all right
It's all right, it's all right
We know you're all right now, Frankie
I waited for darkness to torture my mind
But the Atlantic waves banged out a rhythm behind
I saw his fresh face with that killer smile
The flute up to his lips and in his own style
Eyes closed he took me to his wonderland
And the waves kept time on the Donegal strand
I stood before the mountain waiting for sorrow
But the waves kept time and I let go
We know you're all right now, Frankie
I walked through the hailstones and the merciless wind
