La Morra is an Italian town of 2,758 inhabitants in the province of Cuneo, in Piedmont. At the dawn of the second millennium the city of Alba Pompeia began to plow the surrounding hills, it was then that was born the village of Murra on the hilltop (Murra means fence for sheep). In 1340 he came under the rule of the family Falletti; in 1402 it gave its statutes in which they are mentioned for the first time in the area the grape Nebbiolo (Nebiolium), from which derives the Barolo wine, and Pignolo (Pignolium), has disappeared from the territory of La Morra. In 1435 he handed over to the Duke of Milan. After various events in France and Spain, in 1631 he passed to the Savoy. The bell tower (1710), built with the remains of the castle demolished in 1544, is just a few steps from the bronze monument to the grower of Italy (Antonio Munciguerra, 1972) and the marble bust of Giuseppe Gabetti, nineteenth-century composer of the Royal March, the first hymn of Italy, in Piazza Castello, sculpted by Giuseppe Realini. The square is closed on one side of the building of the Elementary Schools (1914). Not far away you find the Cantina Comunale, built in 1973 by the winemakers of La Morra and made on the premises of the eighteenth-century Palazzo dei Marchesi di Barolo. A few steps away stands the parish church of San Martino (Michelangelo Garove, 1699: inside, a remarkable is the altarpiece depicting the Madonna and Child with Saints Martin and Crispin (Giovanni Carlo Aliberti, 1715). To close the square with horse chestnut they think the church of the Confraternity of San Rocco (1749; altarpiece by an anonymous painter of Mondovi and frescoed dome by Pietro Paolo Operti) and the Town Hall (facade of 1765). In the middle of Via Umberto stands the Church of the Brotherhood of St. Sebastian (1700) with the airy brick bell tower (1766) in the building of the former Hospital via Hospital (1829) and home Boffa (XV century), in Via XX Settembre the palace Falletti-Cordero ; on the south side of the village there are the ramparts, medieval city walls. Nearby, the small church of Santa Brigida with frescoes in the apse of the XV century. At the end of Via Richieri stands the chapel dedicated to Saint Lucia with shovel nineteenth century. In the hamlet Annunziata you can visit the Romanesque-baroque complex of the former Benedictine monastery of St. Martin of Marcenasco, now Church of the Annunciation: cellar and apse of the XV century; facade of Michelangelo Garove of 1684; interior painted in different periods and with Roman. In the cellars of the former convent is the Museum Ratti Wines of Alba. The population of Santa Maria is the nineteenth-century parish church of Santa Maria in Plaustra. Today La Morra has become a very rich country thanks to the great value taken by gold red, Barolo wine, of which the country bases its economy. In recent decades, tourism in La Morra has increased a lot, turning the country in all respects. Tourists from all over the world will come to taste wine, delicious food and enjoy the beautiful landscape and for what they were born many bed & breakfast and farm where host visitors. The new association Events & Tourism seeks to coordinate the flow of tourists with completely new initiatives as "Cantine be visited" coordinated by the Tourist Office site in Martyrs Square, in the small forward, where are vision and sale the new guide "Living La Morra ". We must not forget, however, the internal life of the country that is always in motion. For example, there are many associations that are active in the area: La Morra Pro, AVIS, Civil Protection, Group volunteers Relief Workers' Association, Caritas, Association Alpini, Corale San Martino all occupy an important role in the country thanks to their numerous initiatives for charity. The production of wines in La Morra is the main activity in the country. The most valuable and most widely grown grape in the hills of La Morra is the Nebbiolo, from which it derives the Langhe Nebbiolo and especially the Barolo. They are also cultivated Dolcetto, Barbera, Freisa, the Favorita, the Nascetta and other international varieties. The wines of 70 producers of La Morra can be purchased at the Cantina Comunale di La Morra, who often organizes themed tastings and food and wine events. In less exposed hillsides and therefore less suited to viticulture, or in the valley, for the past 20 years it has spread the cultivation of hazelnut trefoil, that here boasts the IGP. This high-quality fruit is used for a variety of confectionery products and fine pastry.

Barolo is a red Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita (DOCG) wine produced in the northern Italian region of Piedmont. It is made from the Nebbiolo grape and is often described as one of Italy's greatest wines. The zone of production extends into the communes of Barolo, Castiglione Falletto, Serralunga d'Alba and parts of the communes of Cherasco, Diano d'Alba, Grinzane Cavour, La Morra, Monforte d'Alba, Novello, Roddi, Verduno, all in the province of Cuneo, south-west of Alba. Only vineyards planted in primarily calcareous-clay soils in the hills with suitable slopes and orientations are considered suitable for Barolo production. Barolo is often described as having the aromas of tar and roses, and the wines are noted for their ability to age and usually take on a rust red tinge as they mature. When subjected to aging of at least five years before release, the wine can be labeled a Riserva.
In the past, Barolo wines tended to be rich in tannin. It could take more than 10 years for the wine to soften and become ready for drinking. Fermenting wine sat on the grape skins for at least three weeks extracting huge amounts of tannins and was then aged in large, wooden casks for years. In order to appeal to more modern international tastes, those that prefer fruitier, earlier drinking wine styles, several producers began to cut fermentation times to a maximum of ten days and age the wine in new French oak barriques (small barrels). "Traditionalists" have argued that the wines produced in this way are not recognizable as Barolo and taste more of new oak than of wine. The controversies between traditionalists and modernists have been called the "Barolo wars"., as depicted in Barolo Boys. The Story of a Revolution, a documentary film released in 2014. Prior to the mid-19th century, Barolo was a sweet wine. The fact that the Nebbiolo grape ripens late in October meant that temperatures would be steadily dropping by harvest. By November and December, temperatures in the Piedmont region would be cold enough to halt fermentation, leaving a significant amount of residual sugar left in the wine. In the mid-19th century, Camillo Benso, conte di Cavour, the mayor of Grinzane Cavour invited the French enologist Louis Oudart to the Barolo region to improve the winemaking techniques of the local producers. Using techniques focusing on improving the hygiene of the cellar, Oudart was able to ferment the Nebbiolo must completely dry, making the first modern Barolo. This new, "dry" red wine soon became a favorite among the nobility of Turin and the ruling House of Savoy, giving rise to the popular description of Barolo as '"the wine of kings, the king of wines". By the mid-20th century, wine production in the Barolo zone was dominated by large negociants who purchased grapes and wines from across the zone and blended it into a house style. In the 1960s, individual proprietors began estate bottling and producing single vineyard wines from their holdings. By the 1980s, a wide range of single vineyard bottlings were available, which led to a discussion among the region's producers about the prospect of developing a Cru classification for the area's vineyards. The cataloging of Barolo's vineyards has a long history dating back to the work of Lorenzo Fantini in the late 19th century to Renato Ratti and Luigi Veronelli in the late 20th century, but as of 2009 there is still no official classification within the region. However, in 1980 the region as a whole was elevated to DOCG status. Along with Barbaresco and Brunello di Montalcino, Barolo was one of the first Italian wine regions to attain this designation. The Barolo zone is located 3 kilometres (1.9 mi) southwest of the Barbaresco zone with only the vineyards of Diano d'Alba planted with Dolcetto between the two Nebbiolo strongholds. Compared to the Barbaresco zone, the Barolo zone is cooler and located on higher elevations, rising nearly 50 metres (160 ft) above Barbaresco. The harvest of the late ripening Nebbiolo grape usually takes place in early to mid-October though some producers are experimenting with viticultural techniques that allow for an earlier harvest in late September. At harvest time, rains and downy mildew are two of the main hazards to worry about, along with early spring hail damage earlier in the growing season. Like most of south central and southeastern Piedmont, the zone experiences a continental climate tempered by the Tanaro river and its tributaries - the Tallòria dell'Annunziata and Tallòria di Castiglione - that split the region into three main zones. To the west of the Tallòria dell'Annunziata is the commune of Barolo and La Morra. To the east of the Tallòria di Castiglione is the commune of Serralunga d'Alba located on one of the highest hilltops in the Barolo zone. Separated by a narrow valley to the west is the commune Monforte d'Alba located in the Monforte hills.

Barolo is an Italian town of 739 inhabitants of the province of Cuneo, in Piedmont. The country is located on a small plateau, in the form of spur, protected by the surrounding mountains, an amphitheater. It is hitting the town the different positioning of its urban core compared to neighboring countries, placed around the top of a hill or along a ridge. There is no precise information on the birth of Barolo, though the area was inhabited in prehistoric times by Celtic-Ligurian tribes, the first actual settlement on the territory of barbarian origin and dating back to the Middle Ages. During the rule Longobardo depended Gastaldo of Diano, step 'then under the County of Alba and later under the March of Turin. The original core of the castle was built in that period by Berenger I, as a defense against Saracen raids. In 1200 the village is mentioned in Rigestum Comunis Albe with the name of Villa Barogly. In 1250 the family Falletti, acquired all the possessions of Barolo by the city of Alba. The Falletti were a powerful family of bankers, representatives of the new bourgeoisie, which marked the fate of Barolo and the surrounding areas. Around 1300 they came to control up to fifty Piedmontese feuds. In 1486 Barolo became part of the State Monferrino, then moved in 1631 to the Savoy the Treaty of Cherasco. Barolo became Marquis in 1730, the first Marquis was Gerolamo IV. After Gerolamo IV, there were only two other Marchesi: Ottavio Alessandro Falletti and Carlo Tancredi, the latter's death ruled his wife the Marquise Juliette Colbert, who was known for his brilliance and for his actions in favor of the weakest. When he died in 1864 in his will there was the establishment of the Opera Pia Barolo which left the entire family fortune. The charming and imposing structure tells a thousand years of history, full of suggestions and tips. Inside the impressive halls, you can visit the Historical Library ordered by Silvio Pellico and the Country Museum. Frequently they are held important art exhibitions. In the ancient cellars hosts the prestigious Enoteca Regionale del Barolo. Since 2007 he is part of the circuit of 8 castles Castelli Doc. The network of castles include the castles of Grinzane Cavour, Barolo, Serralunga d'Alba, Govone, Magliano Alfieri, Roddi, Mango and Benevello. It is also inserted in the circuit of "Open Castles" Southern Piedmont. The history of the castle is believed to have begun, given the lack of historical documents about his birth, in the tenth century, when Berengar I allowed the local feudal lord to erect an effective defense against the frequent raids of the Hungarians and the Saracens. Of the original structure remains very little: the keep, still visible today, is part of it. The first written record dates back to the '200 in a deed of transfer of property by the Lords of Marcenasco in favor of the town of Alba, who, a few years later, he sold it to the Falletti who renovated it significantly and made it permanent residence of a branch of the house. In 1544, however, it was made by the French governor of plunder neighboring Cherasco, during the long wars of the time. He fell later to Giacomo and Manfredo repair the considerable damage, bringing further modification and improvement. The new, the result of sixteenth-century restorations, remained substantially unchanged until 1864, the year of the death of Juliette Colbert, last Marchioness Falletti. Meanwhile, the castle had become a country residence due to the transfer of the principal residence of the Falletti, which occurred in 1814, at Palazzo Barolo in Turin. Among its illustrious guests during the last era of the Falletti stands undoubtedly Silvio Pellico, presented the Marchioness Cesare Balbo after decades of imprisonment of Spielberg, who later became over the years a close friend, trusted adviser and director of the library Falletti. Pellico and the Marchesa used to spend long days together between the Falletti castle and the castle of Volta, dedicated to reading and conversation. The visit to the Castle Falletti focuses on the first floor, the so-called noble floor, the first room you come across going up the stairs is the Hall of the Four Seasons, spacious and bright room with fine furnishings empire building that owes its name to four paintings surmount many doors and each dedicated to a season of the year. From this room has access to the Hall of coats of arms, whose ceiling is decorated with the emblems of the Falletti is that of the families with whom they are related. Besides the monumental fireplace and its century stucco decoration, this room houses a number of years the meetings of the council.

Of the many places to visit in Italy, an agriturismo in the Piedmont wine region should rank at the top one's travel list. Tricia and I had the phenomenal opportunity to stay at the Agriturismo Tenuta La Romana. Situated amidst the UNESCO-protected Monferrato hills, this agriturismo also features a restaurant onsite, La Riserva del Gusto, that showcases the region's freshest, local ingredients.
In this episode, we dine al fresco and enjoy a multi-course culinary extravaganza, complete with a bubbly red Barbera wine, strawberry risotto, grilled beef, and a delicious fruit dessert. We look forward to getting back to Pastoral Piedmont!

Well, welcome to Italy! This week we're exploring the fashion capital of Europe. We're here in Milan. But of course there is more to do in Milan than just go shopping. So we're going to be showing you 20 attractions around town.
We had 3 days in Milan so we hit the ground running and tried to see and do as much as possible. We made time for major attractions like Il Duomo, Sforza Castle, and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, but we also veered away from the crowds in search of street art and interesting neighborhoods. This being Italy, we also tried to prioritize meals, sampling everything from pizza to risotto, and cappuccinos to aperitivos. The following travel guide will highlight 20 things to do when you visit Milan, Italy
1) Milan Catherdral (Il Duomo - Duomo di Milano - Domm de Milan)
2) Il Duomo Terrace
3) Italian Breakfast - Cappuccino and sweet Italian pastries
4) Sforza Castle - Castello Sforzesco
5) The Galleria - Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II
6) Risotto alla Milanese - Milan style risotto
7) Street Art around Porta Ticinese
8) Colonne di San Lorenzo - Columns of San Lorenzo Roman Ruins
9) Boat tour down the canal (linea traghetti gaggiano milano)
10) Dine along the canal in Milan's Navigli District
11) Aperitivo drinks and buffet - Apéritifs and digestifs
12) Shopping in Milan down Via Torino
13) Visiting Chinatown for some Chinese food
14) Ride a bicycle in Milan like a local
15) Pizza al taglio (pizza al trancio) Italian pizza by the slice
16) Basilica of Sant'Eustorgio containing relics of the 3 Magi
17) Duomo Museum covering the cathedrals history in-depth
18) New City Views with a hop-on-hop-off bus pass
19) Museum of Natural History - Museo Civico di Storia Naturale di Milano
20) Night views of Milan nearby Il Duomo
Our trip to Milan, Lombardy was part of the Blogville project where we stayed in a local apartment and experienced all of the best cultural activities, museums, restaurants, arts and entertainment the city has to offer. This city guide is our best attempt to create a mix of best attractions and off-the-beaten-path activities that you won't necessarily find in a typical Milan tourism brochure.
20 Things to do in Milan, Italy Travel Guide Video Transcript:
Our first stop was Il Duomo, which is the most recognized attraction in the city. The cathedral took nearly six centuries to complete and the exterior is covered in Candoglia marble, which gives it its off-white pinkish colour.
Now we weren't entirely sure what an Italian breakfast looks like so we did a bit of research and asked around and apparently it is just a coffee and anything sweet. So that could be pastries, bread with jam, cake or cookies. So we've sat down at a little cafe and we're going to have our first Italian breakfast with cappuccino and sweet pastries.
Something that surprised us about Milan is that there is a castle right in the middle of the city. Sforza Castle was built in the 15th century by the Duke of Milan, and it then underwent several restorations and expansions in the following centuries. Today it houses several of the city's most prized art possessions, including frescoes by Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo's very last sculpture.
For some upscale designer shopping, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II is the place to be. It is considered one of the world's oldest and most beautiful shopping malls, and its most impressive feature is an arching glass and cast iron roof.
So we just found a local little restaurant and we're going to be trying a traditional dish that is very popular in this city and in the Lombardy region. We are going to have Risotto alla Milanese.
The Colonne di San Lorenzo are the remains of Roman ruins that date back to the 2nd century. They are believed to have been part of a bath house.
Another fun activity to try in Milan is a boat tour of the canals. The city's canals are attributed to Leonardo Da Vinci, who in 1482 was called over by the Duke of Milan to help renovate the city’s canal system.
Milan's Navigli District is one of the liveliest parts of town especially when the sun goes down for dining al fresco.
So we've gone out for our first Italian Aperitivo. Which is kind of like a pre-dinner drinking tradition. Basically, you get yourself a cocktail for about 10 Euros and that gives you access to this massive buffet.
And that's all for our visit to Milan. We hope this video will give you some cool ideas of sights and attractions to check out around town, and if you have any other suggestions for travellers, feel free to add those to the comments below.
This is part of our Travel in Italy series. We're making a series of videos showcasing Italian culture, Italian arts, Italian foods, Italian religion, Italian cuisine and Italian people.

Rising from the waters of Venice Lagoon is the Italian city of Venice, a city like no other.
Begin your visit in the central district of San Marco, and walk upon one of the world’s great squares, St Mark’s Square. The square is surrounded by some of the city’s finest jewels such as St Mark’s Basilica, St Mark’s Campanile and Doge’s Palace.
Just outside stand the Columns of San Marco and San Teodoro. From here, journey along one of the world’s great aquatic thoroughfares, The Grand Canal. Glide past elegant palazzos; once the homes of wealthy merchants, today many of these palaces house important museums and galleries.
Known as The City Of Bridges, Venice has hundreds to explore. The Accademia Bridge links the San Marco district to the Accademia Gallery, and offers some of the Grand Canal’s finest views. The oldest of the Grand Canal’s four crossings is the Rialto Bridge, which today still serves as the gateway to the Rialto Markets. The most famous of all is the Bridge of Sighs, which connects Doge’s Palace to the historic prison.
Venice is a city to get lost in, so put away your map and let her surprise you. Discover waterfront promenades of The Zattere and the sleepy canals and spacious piazzas of Castello. On the tiny island of Murano, glassmakers have been creating works of incredible delicacy and color for over 700 years. Further across the lagoon, the island of Burano is famed for its brightly colored houses and exquisite lace.
Venice has shone her light into the far corners of the world for over one and a half thousand years. Just remember, this city smiles upon those who linger. So stay for a few nights, or stay for a month, and savor every moment she has to offer.

As legend has it, Rome, Italy, was founded by the twin brothers, Romulus and Remus, in 700 B.C. The former Caput Mundi, or Capital of the World, sits beneath Palatine Hill, where the ruins of its original incarnation are open for exploration.
No Rome tour is complete without stopping by the remains of the Temple of Saturn and Arch of Septimus, both located in the Roman Forum. Get in touch with your inner gladiator and stop by the Colosseum, a relic of Roman bloodsports and perhaps the most recognizable element of the city.
Toss a coin into the Trevi Fountain to ensure you’ll return to Rome one day; don’t toss in two coins unless you’re ready to fall in love with a Roman. Continue your Rome sightseeing in St. Peter’s Square, home of St. Peter’s Basilica. The world’s largest church, designed by Michelangelo, is both a remarkable structure and a tribute to faith. You can look down from the famous dome to the Holy Square, which is usually filled with the faithful looking to obtain a blessing from the Pope. After this, it’s just a few steps to restaurants filled with Italian food. Forget coming back to Rome – you’ll never want to leave.

Travel video about destination Roma in Italy.
Roma Aeterna, eternal city and ancient centre of the world.
The Piazza Navona is situated in one of the Italian capital's most beautiful squares in a city that has always been a dream destination for travelers from all over the world. Three large fountains adorn the large oval square that was built above the ruins of a Domitian stadium that dates back to the 3rd century A.D.
The Romans had a special regard for fountains, the most famous of which is the Fontana Di Trevi. It was designed by Nicolo Salvi for the façade of the Palazzo Poli.
The Via Appia Antica was the most important street in ancient Rome. It connected the southern area with the main city and even today, one can walk over its ancient cobblestones.
Pope Gregory XIII had the Palazzo Del Quirinale built as his summer residence but it was not long after that the Italian monarchs acquired it as their Renaissance palace. Today it is the residence of Italy's President and the daily changing of the guards ceremony is still a popular attraction.
The 17th century St. Peter's Square is the most beautiful square in the world and is situated in the centre of the Vatican, an autonomous Church State in the heart of Rome that also contains the imposing and breathtaking Petersdom, the largest Christian church in the world.
The allure of this city lies in its combination of chaos and joie de vivre, elegance and creativity. Rome is a complete work of art!

Sorrento, is a small town in Campania, southern Italy and a popular tourist destination that can be reached easily from Naples and Pompeii by ferry or hydrofoil.
Well-known for the production of limoncello, the city also produces products such as citrus fruits, wine, nuts and olives while wood craftmanship is also developed.
From the port of Sorrento you can venture out on traditional boats, explore the coastline and seabed for organized day and night excursions.
Due to the small roads, driving is not generally advised, so it's better to just walk around town, rent a bike or take the bus.
Historic Italian architecture can be seen in several beautiful churches around town. One of the must-visit places is the Sorrento Cathedral and Belltower, a 15th century Romanesque church containing many paintings from the 18th century.

Vacation travel video about destination Golfo di Napoli in Italy.
The Gulf Of Naples is the cradle of European culture situated in the south of Italy. Naples gave its name to the Gulf and its famous islands. The Centro Storico Monumentale is situated at the harbour with the large Piazza Del Plebi Cito and the Triumph Church that was built following the return of the Bourbons and modelled on the Pantheon of Rome. The island is dominated by a building which in ancient times was the residence of Lucullus, the Castel Dell´Ovo. Early in the morning the first ferries bring passengers, goods and vehicles to various islands in the Gulf of Naples. Measuring four square kilometres, Procida is the smallest island off Naples, is densely populated and has a long history. Ischia is the island of Titan Tiphoios, the largest of the three islands in the Gulf Of Naples, each one now being a popular tourist destination. Both Ischia Porto and Ischia Ponte appear to have developed together with their modest houses, palazzi of the rich and fine Baroque churches. Capri is a magical place, the quintessence of romance and a dream that re-awakes each and every day and Capri Village with its small main square, the ‘Salon Of Europe’, is an enchanting location set within a striking rocky landscape. Vibrant cities, amazing islands and a paradise of nature and ancient worlds, all harmoniously united on the ‘coast of light’ in the truly captivating Gulf Of Naples.

Florence, Italy, is a bustling Mediterranean city loaded with delicious Italian food and thousands of years of recorded history.
Florence began 59 B.C., when Julius Caesar’s former soldiers settled along the Arno River. The city, initially called Florentia, grew up around these settlements. Today, the old Roman parts of the city are long gone, but the Piazza della Repubblica features a towering monument—the Column of Abundance—where the ancient Roman main streets met.
Explore some additional history at the Centro Storico, the historic center of the city. This area features a number of medieval buildings, like the breathtaking Florence Cathedral. Centro Storico is also where you can meet Il Porcellino, a bronze boar statue that is something of a mascot for Florence. Put a coin in his mouth for good luck—it can’t hurt, right?
Continue your Florence tour by taking in some of the world’s most stunning religious art, much of it created under the Medici family in the 15th and 16th centuries. You’ll find statues in parks and fountains, as well as outside and inside buildings. Stop by the Uffizi Gallery, which spans a full city block, and view paintings by great artists such as Sandro Botticelli. You’ll also want to visit the Gallery of The Academy to see some of Michelangelo’s seminal work.
On the south side of the Arno River is Palazzo Pitti, one of the Medici family’s residences during the Renaissance. It’s now a large set of galleries, where you can view some of the Medici heirlooms and some of their prized artwork, including pieces by Raphael and Correggio.

1: sleep in a typical Tuscan Villa or Middle age like castle in Tuscany like "Villa Pitiana"
2: visit traditional italian cities like "Barberino val de Elsa" and enjoy the dolce vita
3: enjoy the view: like me in San Gimignano, Italy's Towering Hill Town
4: breath in the culture, make a guided tour in Florence (Firenze) and explore the Galleria dell Academia, make a walk on Piazza della Signoria and Palazzo Vecchio, check out the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore with the Baptistery, or discover the view from thr Campanile - Bell Tower. There are so many tourist attractions in Florence...you won't believe your eyes when crossing the Ponte Vecchio bridge. Oh and make sure to visit Boboli Garden and Pitti Palace formal seat of the Medici family. I fall in love with it as you can see in my video
5-6: Taste Tuscany: discover the Tuscan kitchen and delicious italian gastronomy. Tuscany Food and Wine Tours are famous...you should try tuscan receipts and attend a vine testing on the Tuscan hills..
7: Italy is the home of fast sport cars, like Maranello :Ferrari. My boyfriend chose to make a Lamborghini gallardo e-gear test.
8: Visit Pisa and take a photo holding the Pisa tower (Torre di Pisa)
9: Beach is waiting! If you are in Italy make sure to take some days to relax on the beach. We spent some time in Viareggio
10: realize that you need to come back to learn more about the 100 faces of Italy

This former monastery was built around 1200 AD and is now a fully restored comfortable, private home. The property offers peace and tranquility as well as convenience, being only 10-15 minutes from Alba’s buzzing centre. The house is around 430m above sea level so offers beautiful views over vineyards and hills topped with towns.
The house has two levels. The first level has a kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom and bathroom. A lower level at the rear of the house has a wood store.
On the first floor are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The condition of the house is very good, needing no structural works but the property would benefit from a cosmetic makeover. The roof above the garage area can be raised to add a further 75sqm of floors space. No permissions are required for this.
The owners are keen to sell so have dropped the price considerably to achieve a quick sale. For this price it is a genuine bargain, so please don’t wait. It will sell quickly.

The nine Sacri Monti of Piedmont and Lombardi are UNESCO-recognized pilgrimage destinations for Italy’s Catholic followers. And, as you’ll see in this new video produced by filmmaker Claire Lesuradi, they each have something to offer the faithful and nonbelievers alike. Fashioned in typical Italian style, the sites honor the life and death of Christ with beautifully designed chapels, churches, paintings, and statues. What’s more, they make use of the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape to create a breathtaking presentation.
