Mirror Cake Ingredients:
-8" Vanilla cake (https://youtu.be/XaNELscDtms)
-8" Jello round (red and blue)
-White chocolate mousse (https://youtu.be/BaDEtXa5QgU top layer only)
-Mirror Cake glaze (recipe below)
-Edible gelatin bubbles (https://youtu.be/-x7bfKyYzzg)
-Blue and white candies, dragees, gum balls
Glaze Ingredients:
-200 grams sweetened condensed milk
-300 grams granulated sugar
-150 grams water
-350 grams white chocolate chips
-19 grams gelatin (+ 1/2 cup water to bloom)
Glaze Procedure:
1. Bloom gelatin with 1/2 cup of water and set aside for 5 minutes.
2. Heat milk, sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Place chocolate chips in a large heat proof bowl.
3. Stir in bloomed gelatin until it's dissolved.
4. Pour hot mixture over chocolate and let sit for 5 minutes. Once chocolate has softened, use an immersion blender to smooth mixture. Pour mixture through a sieve to remove any remaining lumps.
5. Allow glaze to cool to 33C before pouring.
Cake assembly
1. Place cake in the bottom of a spring-form pan. Cover cake with a couple of cups of mousse. Place jello round on top of the cake/mousse, Pour remaining mousse on top of the Jello and smooth mousse flat with an offset spatula. Place cake in the freezer to solidify.
2. Once the cake is chilled, the glaze can be applied.
3. Position cake on a pedestal over a bowl/pan that is larger than the cake. Start the pour of the glaze around the outside of the cake, working towards the center. Make sure that the glaze covers the sides of the cake, right down to the base.
4. Let the glaze drip for 5 minutes, cut the drips off from under the cake plate, and place onto a serving plate.
5. Serve immediately.
I'm sharing with you how to make a Mirror Cake. You don't need any special equipment and it's not too difficult to make.

MIRROR GLAZE RECIPE
1 1/2 Cups | 300g Granulated Sugar
2/3 Cup | 200g Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 Cup + 1 Tablespoon | 150 ml Water
2 Tablespoons | 20g Gelatin Powder
1/2 Cup | 125 ml Water
2 Cups | 350g White Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup | 125ml Water
Gel Food Coloring
Frozen Cake
Add the sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and water to a medium sized saucepan and heat over medium low heat, stirring occasionally.
Pour the water into the powdered gelatin and mix with a spoon. Leave to swell for a few minutes.
When the sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and water begins to simmer remove from the heat and add the swelled gelatin. Stir until the gelatin has dissolved.
Pour the hot liquid on top of the chocolate chips and leave to sit for 5 minutes to melt.
Use a whisk to stir the glaze until the chocolate has completely melted.
Add the gel food coloring and stir until well mixed. Leave the glaze to cool.
Once the glaze has cooled to 37C | 90F pour it over the frozen cake which is on top of a cup sitting on a tray to catch the drips.
Leave the glaze to set for 15 minutes before using a spatula to remove the drips.
Transfer the cake to the fridge to set for a few hours before serving.

Methd Cake Decorating mirror glaze Spider
Ingrédients
Crème fleurette UHT 35% 600g
Sucre semoule 900 g
Eau pure 125g
Glucose 30g
Cacao poudre extra Barry 300g
Gélatine F150 à 200 blooms 35g = 15F
Nappage neutre 200G
Huile d’olive vierge 125 g
Cuire les ingrédients ci-dessus à 103°C. puis ajouter le cacao poudre,Porter à ébullition 2 mn. puis hors du feu ajouter la gélatine ramollie à l’eau froideAjouter le nappage neutre et l’huile d’oliveMixer 3 mn. filtrer et réserver à + 4°C. pendant 24 heures.
Utilisation entre 27°C. à 32°C.

This doesn't take many ingredients at all to make, the secret is not to add too much milk, if you add too much milk you may make it extremely difficult to bring it back when you add powdered sugar.

-Mirror Cake glaze (recipe below)
-Edible gelatin bubbles (https://youtu.be/-x7bfKyYzzg)
-Blue and white candies, dragees, gum balls
Glaze Ingredients:
-200 grams sweetened condensed milk
-300 grams granulated sugar
-150 grams water
-350 grams white chocolate chips
-19 grams gelatin (+ 1/2 cup water to bloom)
Glaze Procedure:
1. Bloom gelatin with 1/2 cup of water and set aside for 5 minutes.
2. Heat milk, sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Place chocolate chips in a large heat proof bowl.
3. Stir in bloomed gelatin until it's dissolved.
4. Pour hot mixture over chocolate and let sit for 5 minutes. Once chocolate has softened, use an immersion blender to smooth mixture. Pour mixture through a sieve to remove any remaining lumps.
5. Allow glaze to cool to 33C before pouring.
Cake assembly
1. Place cake in the bottom of a spring-form pan. Cover cake with a couple of cups of mousse. Place jello round on top of the cake/mousse, Pour remaining mousse on top of the Jello and smooth mousse flat with an offset spatula. Place cake in the freezer to solidify.
2. Once the cake is chilled, the glaze can be applied.
3. Position cake on a pedestal over a bowl/pan that is larger than the cake. Start the pour of the glaze around the outside of the cake, working towards the center. Make sure that the glaze covers the sides of the cake, right down to the base.
4. Let the glaze drip for 5 minutes, cut the drips off from under the cake plate, and place onto a serving plate.
5. Serve immediately.

MIRROR GLAZE RECIPE
1 1/2 Cups | 300g Granulated Sugar
2/3 Cup | 200g Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 Cup + 1 Tablespoon | 150 ml Water
2 Tablespoons | 20g Gelatin Powder
1/2 Cup | 125 ml Water
2 Cups | 350g White Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup | 125ml Water
Gel Food Coloring
Frozen Cake
Add the sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and water to a medium sized saucepan and heat over medium low heat, stirring occasionally.
Pour the water into the powdered gelatin and mix with a spoon. Leave to swell for a few minutes.
When the sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and water begins to simmer remove from the heat and add the swelled gelatin. Stir until the gelatin has dissolved.
Pour the hot liquid on top of the chocolate chips and leave to sit for 5 minutes to melt.
Use a whisk to stir the glaze until the chocolate has completely melted.
Add the gel food coloring and stir until well mixed. Leave the glaze to cool.
Once the glaze has cooled to 37C | 90F pour it over the frozen cake which is on top of a cup sitting on a tray to catch the drips.
Leave the glaze to set for 15 minutes before using a spatula to remove the drips.
Transfer the cake to the fridge to set for a few hours before serving.

MIRROR GLAZE RECIPE
1 1/2 Cups | 300g Granulated Sugar
2/3 Cup | 200g Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 Cup + 1 Tablespoon | 150 ml Water
2 Tablespoons | 20g Gelatin Powder
1/2 Cup | 125 ml Water
2 Cups | 350g White Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup | 125ml Water
Gel Food Coloring
Frozen Cake
Add the sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and water to a medium sized saucepan and heat over medium low heat, stirring occasionally.
Pour the water into the powdered gelatin and mix with a spoon. Leave to swell for a few minutes.
When the sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and water begins to simmer remove from the heat and add the swelled gelatin. Stir until the gelatin has dissolved.
Pour the hot liquid on top of the chocolate chips and leave to sit for 5 minutes to melt.
Use a whisk to stir the glaze until the chocolate has completely melted.
Add the gel food coloring and stir until well mixed. Leave the glaze to cool.
Once the glaze has cooled to 37C | 90F pour it over the frozen cake which is on top of a cup sitting on a tray to catch the drips.
Leave the glaze to set for 15 minutes before using a spatula to remove the drips.
Transfer the cake to the fridge to set for a few hours before serving.

Huile d’olive vierge 125 g
Cuire les ingrédients ci-dessus à 103°C. puis ajouter le cacao poudre,Porter à ébullition 2 mn. puis hors du feu ajouter la gélatine ramollie à l’eau froideAjouter le nappage neutre et l’huile d’oliveMixer 3 mn. filtrer et réserver à + 4°C. pendant 24 heures.
Utilisation entre 27°C. à 32°C.

1 teaspoon melted butter
If the end result is too runny, add a few tablespoons more of powdered sugar until desired thickness.

LOCKHART, Texas (AP) — Federal officials say a hot air balloon carrying at least 16 people caught on fire and crashed in Central Texas, and it is unclear whether there are injuries or deaths. A hot air balloon carrying at least 16 people caught on fire and crashed in Central Texas on Saturday, and there did not appear to be any survivors, authorities said. Authorities would not confirm the exact number of deaths, but Lynn Lunsford with the Federal Aviation Administration said the balloon was carrying at least 16 people and the Caldwell County Sheriff's Office said in a statement that it didn't look like anyone survived ... ....
