Step by step procedure for process of how to refill or recycle toner cartridge powder of hp laserjet 1020 , 12a ,88a , canon lbp2900 printer in hindi In this video tutorial i am going to explain you the step by step procedure of refilling toner cartridge or toner cartridge recycling process. we can refill canon , hp , Epson printers . generally most of the models of HP , CANON & EPSON PRINTERS includes 12A model of cartridge . This is 12A cartridge . this is of black & white laser printer . This is toner powder , which we will fill up . For this refilling process we require these equipments - screw driver , cutting player and one pointed wire bend at an angle of 90 degree , this is the most important because it is going to unlock the cartridge . the benefit of refilling is that it is very cost effective , by refilling you can save 90 % of money , don't worry about the print quality , if your printer and cartridge is in proper condition then i can guarantee you for the best prints which you got with a new cartridge . you can recycle toner cartridge many times as the internal movable hardware parts is in good condition . at least 3 - 5 times minimum . The refiling process is a bit difficult , because companies used to lock it in such a manner so that a people can not refill it easily . BUT no need to worry , i am here guys , i had made it really simple , just follow me . First of all there is a spring you need to remove the spring first , use pointed screw driver , i had removed the spring . so now lets go an unscrew the cartridge , there are three screw in this side , lets unscrew .now we will hold this portion and lift up slowly slowly , after that we need to remove the OPC DRUM , rotate the opc drum and pull it your side , be care cull because this is the most sensitive part of the printer and it is responsible for printing the documents , so please handle it with care , don't touch the surface by your hand , after removing keep it in a safe and smooth clean place .now we have to remove the rubber roller , use screwdriver in and press it and pull it your side , this is normally a rubber roll whose function is to press, hold and move the paper ,Now its time to learn the most important thing , ie now we have to unlock this cartridge , unless we don't unlock the cartridge it is not possible to refill , this cartridge is in two part and is jointed by a lock . see this this small pin is responsible for locking , now we have to remove the lock , now remember don't push the pin from up side , if you do you will destroy your cartridge , so insert the pointed hook and push it from inside , yea its now coming out , now we use the cutting player and pull it up . repeat the process for the other side as well yes i had removed the pin from both side, and now our toner cartridge is unlocked , we will separate both parts of cartridge , take that part of cartridge in your hand which contains the toner drum container and a magnetic rod . toner is filled inside this . hold this part , unscrew this screw now remove that portion now remove the magnetic rod and clean it properly , and remove the residue toner powder , now remove the cap now watch in part 2 of this tutorial
