Richard Wayne Penniman (born December 5, 1932), known by his stage name, Little Richard, is an American musician, singer and songwriter.
An influential figure in popular music and culture for more than six decades, Little Richard's most celebrated work dates from the mid-1950s, when his dynamic music and charismatic showmanship laid the foundation for rock and roll. His music also played a key role in the formation of other popular music genres, including soul and funk. Little Richard influenced numerous singers and musicians across musical genres from rock to hip-hop; his music helped shape rhythm and blues for generations to come, and his performances and headline-making thrust his career right into the mix of American popular music.
Little Richard has been honored by many institutions. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as part of its first group of inductees in 1986. He was also inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame. He is the recipient of a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Recording Academy and a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Rhythm and Blues Foundation. Little Richard's "Tutti Frutti" (1955) was included in the National Recording Registry of the Library of Congress in 2010, which stated that his "unique vocalizing over the irresistible beat announced a new era in music." In 2015, the National Museum of African American History and Culture honored Little Richard for his pivotal role in the formation of popular music genres and in helping to shatter the color line on the music charts, changing American culture significantly.

Sesame Street is a long-running American children's television series created by Joan Ganz Cooney and Lloyd Morrisett. The program is known for its educational content, and images communicated through the use of Jim Henson's Muppets, animation, short films, humor, and cultural references. The series premiered on November 10, 1969, to positive reviews, some controversy, and high viewership; it has aired on the U.S.'s national public television provider (PBS) since its debut, with its first run moving to premium channel HBO on January 16, 2016.
The show has undergone significant changes throughout its history. The format of Sesame Street consists of a combination of commercial television production elements and techniques which have evolved to reflect the changes in American culture and the audience's viewing habits. With the creation of Sesame Street, producers and writers of a children's television show used, for the first time, educational goals and a curriculum to shape its content. It was also the first time a show's educational effects were studied.
123 Sesame Street is a syndication package of Sesame Street episodes from 1993–1994 (1999–2003) 1998 (2002–2005) and 2000 (2005) originally airing on Noggin.
The syndication package included seasons 25, 30, and 31 of Sesame Street. It was created as a follow-up to Noggin's first Sesame Street syndication package, Sesame Street Unpaved.
Unlike Sesame Street Unpaved (which featured select episodes from the first twenty seasons), the package included most episodes from the twenty-fifth, thirtieth, and thirty-first seasons of Sesame Street
There have been a variety of Sesame Street video games released for video game platforms, ranging from general Sesame Street titles, to Big Bird titles, to Elmo titles. Most of the Sesame Street video games were published and developed by NewKidCo.
Big Bird's Egg Catch (originally "Grover's Egg Catch") is a 1983 video game for the Atari 2600 developed by Atari and Children's Computer Workshop.
In Big Bird's Egg Catch, the player controls Big Bird of Sesame Street fame as he saves eggs produced by chickens at the top of the screen. These eggs travel down variously contorted chutes to land safely in the basket perched on Big Bird's head. Most eggs count for a single point, but a golden egg will periodically appear that is worth five points. When an egg is dropped, a number of points are lost. At higher levels, the eggs move faster, the chutes become more convoluted, there are more egg-laying hens, and the chutes may even flash invisible. "Turkey in the Straw", the song that plays during the egg-catching, also increases in tempo.
"Rubber Duckie" is a song sung by the Muppet character Ernie (voiced by Jim Henson) on Sesame Street. The song is named after Ernie's toy, a rubber duck affectionately named Rubber Duckie.
The song became a surprise mainstream hit, peaking at #16 on the Hot 100 on 26 September 1970 and nominated for the Best Recording for Children Grammy in 1971 but losing out to the album The Sesame Street Book & Record, which contained the song. The song had follow-ups "Do De Rubber Duck" and "D-U-C-K-I-E" and was the centerpiece of 1988's "Put Down the Duckie", performed by Hoots the Owl but also featuring Ernie.
Little Richard performed a rock-and-roll version of the song as a guest on a 1995 episode of Sesame Street. Jane Krakowski sings the song on her live album The Laziest Gal in Town. The song made a brief appearance in a scene in Three Men and a Little Lady, and during an episode of Whose Line Is It Anyway?.
just enjoy :)
Let it be known--Little Richard is the originator. There is none greater. He was through with it before you knew what to do with it. Long before Kanye, Little Richard was the first extravagant superstar black musician to leave the pop life to make gospel music. And while he no longer performs, he is a true soul survivor who turns 87 years old this coming December 5. Shared for historical purposes. So shut up. #### Little Richard is a 2000 biographical NBC television film written by Bill Kerby and Daniel Taplitz and directed by Robert Townsend. Worm, worm, worm, worm,
Worm, worm, worm, worm,
We're all for worm
And worm for all
Together we will
Squirm or fall
We squiggle together
And wriggle together
Worms up in the sky!
Co-operating
Night and day
To make our spaceship fly!
Worm, worm, worm, worm,
Worm, worm, worm, worm,
We crawl together
We're all together
Flying night to noon
Co-operating worm by worm
So we land on the moon
We're all for worm
And worm for all
Together we will squirm
Fall!
