Tower is the twenty-fifth album by the Finnish experimental rock band Circle. It was recorded in collaboration with Mika Rintala, who appears here under the alias Verde.
Members of Circle have been regular guests on Rintala's albums as Verde, often released on Jussi Lehtisalo's Ektro Records imprint. Here Rintala repays the favour on a collection of six keyboard-led instrumentals, occasionally reminiscent of Bitches Brew era Miles Davis. The tracks' names are the surname of a member of the group, including the sound engineer Tuomas Laurila, with the first letter replaced by a G.
The Tower (Hangul: 타워; RR: Tawo; "Tower") is a 2012 South Korean disaster thriller film about a fire that breaks out in a luxury skyscraper in central Seoul on Christmas Eve. The film is directed by Kim Ji-hoon, and stars Sol Kyung-gu, Kim Sang-kyung and Son Ye-jin in the lead roles. It was released in theaters on Christmas Day, December 25, 2012.
In biology, poisons are substances that cause disturbances in organisms, usually by chemical reaction or other activity on the molecular scale, when an organism absorbs a sufficient quantity.
The fields of medicine (particularly veterinary) and zoology often distinguish a poison from a toxin, and from a venom. Toxins are poisons produced by organisms in nature, and venoms are toxins injected by a bite or sting (this is exclusive to animals). The difference between venom and other poisons is the delivery method. Industry, agriculture, and other sectors use poisons for reasons other than their toxicity. Pesticides are one group of substances whose toxicity is their prime purpose.
In 2013, unintentional poisonings caused 98,000 deaths worldwide, down from 120,000 deaths in 1990.
The term "poison" is often used colloquially to describe any harmful substance—particularly corrosive substances, carcinogens, mutagens, teratogens and harmful pollutants, and to exaggerate the dangers of chemicals. Paracelsus (1493–1541), the father of toxicology, once wrote: "Everything is poison, there is poison in everything. Only the dose makes a thing not a poison" (see median lethal dose). The law defines "poison" more strictly. Substances not legally required to carry the label "poison" can also cause a medical condition of poisoning.
Poison is the third mini-album by South Korean girl group Secret. Following their Japanese promotions in 2012, TS Entertainment announced that the group will have its comeback in South Korea after almost a year absence in the South Korean music industry. The mini-album was released on September 13, 2012, and contains five tracks, including the title track of the same name.
In August 2012, TS Entertainment announced that after nearly a year absence in the South Korean music scene, Secret would have a comeback in South Korea sometime in September. The song was described as an "upbeat dance track" and was written and produced by Kang Ji Won and Kim Ki Bum whom they previously worked with their previous hit singles. TS Entertainment stated, "'Poison' will have all the unique characteristics and colors of Secret but will have a change in concept from the cute and friendly image [shown in the past] to a sexy and feminine concept. It will be a new leaping point for Secret." TS Entertainment emphasized that the song is "armed with a fresh, new, musical style and a feminine concept". The agency added it planned to show an upgraded level of the bright and healthy woman image the group has been known for in the past.

I was angry with my friend
I told my wrath, my wrath did end
I was angry with my foe
I told him not, my wrath did grow
And I watered it with fears
Night and morning with my tears
And I sunned it with smiles
And with soft deceitful wiles
And it grew both day and night
Till it bore an apple bright
And my foe beheld its shine
And he knew that it was mine
Into my garden stole
When the night had veiled the pole
Into my garden stole
When the night had veiled the pole
Into my garden stole
When the night had veiled the pole
Into my garden stole
When the night had veiled the pole
He has cast me in shade
Night and morning have I prayed
Even turned their blood in me
Oh, those of little loyalty
I have watered it with fears
Night and morning with my tears
I have sunned it with smiles
And with soft deceitful wiles
With soft deceitful wiles
And it grew both day and night
Till it bore an apple bright
And my foe beheld its shine
And he knew that it was mine
Into my garden stole
When the night had veiled the pole
Into my garden stole
When the night had veiled the pole
Into my garden stole
When the night had veiled the pole
Into my garden stole
When the night had veiled the pole
I was angry with my friend
I told my wrath, my wrath did end
I was angry with my foe
I told him not, my wrath did grow
Into my garden he stole
When the night had veiled the pole
In the morning, glad I see
My foe outstretched beneath the tree
