I like this song because it is very meaningful and touching, and because it's how I feel toward my Father.
I lost my father last Sept. 26, 2012, due to cardiac arrest and I had played this song at his funeral. I am so grateful I had the chance to tell that I love him, and how proud I am to call him father before he died. I am very verrry proud of him..! I am proud to say that my Papa was just a street child; Yes.. he was just adopted at DSWD, but because of his dedication, diligence and strong faith to God, He became successful and had given us good life which is the reason why Papa is such a pious man; he didn't forget to give thanks to God for every blessing we've received.. he didn't forget God because he knew that God is the one who guided him when he was just a street child.. homeless.. no food to eat.. no family because his parents died when he was a kid.. Perhaps, his story made him also a strong man.. he didn't give up on every obstacle he had experienced; he always turn to God whenever he feels down. Moreover, his story taught him to be humble since he came from nothing when he was just a street child., he always told me to keep my feet on the ground; he always told me to be humble in everything I would achieve in life because arrogance and pride will pull you down. He told me that we have nothing to brag about because we will all die and we cannot bring all luxuries and fame in second life. And lastly, Papa is a great comedian :)) He always made us laugh; He is my clown, he made me smile and laugh even I'm in a bad mood.
Now Papa is gone.. I am scared that Mama would left me because when that happens, I would be alone in my life since I have no siblings.. yes I am just their only child.. I am scared to be alone unless I would start to find my better half but I am too young to think about it.
Too young :( ....
I'm too young to lose a "happy family" which everybody wants.

A few things that are central to Dr. Baker's values, that are important for doctors of chiropractic and students to move towards in terms of success is that he determined early, when he looked around the profession, there wasn't as much happiness, health, passive income, net worth, and light at the end of the tunnel, as he wanted to see.
Too often, chiropractors were working where they didn't have any freedom, they couldn't take vacation time, they couldn't be out of the office and they basically didn't have a business, they were self-employed people with jobs that were tied to their practice. We all love serving and seeing people's lives change through chiropractic, however when you're delivering the greatest healing art on the planet, it would be great to see you thriving as well as the people you're taking care of.
As we discussed in this interview, to move your chiropractic practice to a business, his vision is you have to be able to leave the practice for six months, and it still run without you. A significant contributor to numerous charities, within and outside of chiropractic, Dr. Baker is making an impact on the better in the world, and when you hear about his project he's working on with X Ray corrective changes, you're going to find it very exciting.

As we discussed in this interview, to move your chiropractic practice to a business, his vision is you have to be able to leave the practice for six months, and it still run without you. A significant contributor to numerous charities, within and outside of chiropractic, Dr. Baker is making an impact on the better in the world, and when you hear about his project he's working on with X Ray corrective changes, you're going to find it very exciting.

Chet Baker er en helt egen bokstav. Du så det fra det øyeblikk han kom inn på scenen, med trompeten i handa, satte seg ned på en pinnestol, lukket øynene og gav seg til å spille. Hornet nært til mikrofonen, ryggen lett krumbøyd, venstre kne lagt over det høyre – med turnskoa slo han takten. Eller, om øyet ikke var lukket, så festet et sted langt inne i ham – eller bortenfor oss – den horisonten all hans musikk syntes å strekke seg mot. Det var vakker musikk, det var intens musikk – og samtidig intim, fortrolig, en varm stemme som snakket til oss. Vi trodde på den. Den fortalte at livet er en mørk vandring, vakker musikk lyset på ferden. Og alt som er varig vakkert har sin pris. Chet Bakers magre, furede ansikt kunne minne om en gammel indianers.
Han mintes indianerne, fra sitt barndoms Oklahoma, hvor ille de ble behandlet. Hans bestefar hadde kommet over fra Norge: ”Mosier I think his last name was – I’ll have to ask my mother about that.” Hans preferanse var Europa: “I just feel freer there, that’s all”, svarte han en som spurte. Men gjør et unntak for parisiske drosjesjåfører med blodhund i sidesetet ”I don’t see why they have to be so rude. Do you?”
Innspillingene gikk lett, utrolig lett. All nervøsitet omkring fremmøte, spillehumør, personkjemi – så er det den norske trioen som ankommer Studio Sysmo langt over tiden, etter å ha ventet på en taxi som var stor nok til å romme en kontrabass med plastfutteral! Randi Hultin og Jon Larsen hadde sittet med Chet Baker og Philip Catherine på kafeen over gata en time, drukket kaffe og hygget seg.
Ja, Philip Catherine, flybåren fra Bryssel, gudbenådet gitarist med Django Reinhardt og Jim Hall i fingrene, universitetseksamen i filosofi og økonomi på baklomma, mangeårig samarbeid med Chet Baker i fartsboka – selv om dette var første treff på lenge, de skulle spille fire kvelder sammen på jazzklubben New Morning – godmodige, nyfikne Philip ble med i studio av bare farta!
I full fart pr. bil over norske fjell var Terje Venaas kommet tidligere, budsendt fra Sognefjorden, for å gå inn som bassist på en one-nighter i Sandvika. Bare et lærervikariat vestpå forhindret ham fra å fortsette på turné direkte videre. Venaas hadde spilt med Chet Baker i Norge tidligere (LP: The Improviser, 1983).
Egil Kapstad hadde håndhilst på Chet Baker tidligere, men – merkelig nok – ikke spilt med ham. Sammen med undertegnede hadde Kapstad funnet fram til et antall melodier å velge blant i Paris: jazz-standards, egne komposisjoner – og øverst i bunken ”Blåmann, Blåmann”, den kjære sangen fra vår barndom, så telemarksk vakker at guttungen bare en sjelden kveld ville høre den: ”Den er så trist, pappa!”
”That tune sure gets you at once!” sa Chet – resten av arbeidet I studio gikk som en drøm. Jeg sa noe om innholdet i diktene til Chet og Philip, hastige oversettelser fantes til en del av tekstene, kombinasjonen av tekst og melodi var i enkelte tilfeller prøvet ut med andre musikere. Vi gjør 6 melodier første dagen (Blåmann, Body And Soul, If You Could See Me Now, I går ja, Love For Sale, Alice in Wonderland), 8 neste dag – klarer oss med et eller to opptak, en sjelden gang tre.
