This tool can be used in various ways, each being effective and offering immense benefit.
WHOLE SESSION
For a deep dive, you can choose to sit through the entire 1-hour 44-minute session to allow a contiguous flow of clearing and aligning, from your 1st root chakra through to your 7th crown chakra.
PARTIAL SESSIONS
You can choose to sit through one 15-minute
Chakra session at a time, at whatever pace feels good to you. The original program involves daily meditations. You can also choose a daily program, or you may choose to experience several in a day or perhaps even one a week. In any case, you will want to begin with the 1st chakra and end with the 7th chakra. After initially moving through them as a whole progression - 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th - you may wish to select one meditation to address a chakra
point especially activated for you or you may wish to repeat meditations over time on sensitive chakra points. These are intended to be accessed anytime and in whatever way you need.
Each chakra session is approximately
15 minutes in length. Deepak offers information, guidance and the mantra before each 10-minute quiet sitting session.
