The Nair (/ˈnɑː.jər/) or Nairs, also known as Nayar ([naːjər]), are a group of Indian castes, described as "not a unitary group but a named category of castes". The Nair include several castes and many subdivisions, not all of whom historically bore the name 'Nair'. These people lived, and continue to live, in the area which is presently the Indian state of Kerala. Their internal caste behaviours and systems are markedly different between the people in the northern and southern sections of the area, although there is not very much reliable information on those inhabiting the north.
Historically, Nairs lived in large family units called tharavads that housed descendants of one common female ancestor. These family units along with their unusual marriage customs, which are no longer practiced, have been much studied. Although the detail varied from one region to the next, the main points of interest to researchers of Nair marriage customs were the existence of two particular rituals - the pre-pubertal thalikettu kalyanam and the later sambandham - and the practice of polygamy in some areas. Some Nair women also practiced hypergamy with Nambudiri Brahmins from the Malabar area.

Max Ian Josef Cream (born August 29, 1987) is an American former professional soccer player who currently plays for English non-league side Bournemouth Poppies. Cream was a full time professional at Scottish Premier League sides Dundee United and Dunfermline Athletic, former German 2. Bundesliga side SV Meppen, League of Ireland side Shelbourne and former USL side Cleveland City Stars in the USA.
Cream was born in Los Angeles, California to a British father and American mother.
Cream began playing competitive football in Southern California at the age of five. At fifteen, he was invited to train with the Los Angeles Galaxy on a non trial basis. At sixteen Cream joined Stoke City on trial but was not offered a contract with the club. Cream began his professional career in Scotland at sixteen, signing for Dundee United before moving to SPL rivals Dunfermline Athletic shortly after.
At nineteen Cream returned to LA joining the Los Angeles Galaxy on trial. Cream played in two official first team friendlies, scoring on his debut against an Iran XI, the assist coming from USA soccer legend Alexi Lalas. Cream was offered a developmental contract with the club, however a management change saw Steve Sampson replaced by Frank Yallop. Yallop having not invited the player in for the trial, decided not to pursue the young striker any further. Cream subsequently returned to Europe.

Plot: After barely making it through their Secondary School Certificate examinations, Ritesh Virani, whose father is a Kabadia, is unable to get admission in any college. He is not the only one though, his pals Pooja Nigam and Nanj Nair are also in the same leaky boat. They attempt in vain to secure admission through the father of their scholarly pal, Vishnu Vardhan. Then Ritesh's father decides to fire his hired help and get his son to do the work, and Pooja's dad decides to get her married, the desperate friends get together and concoct a fake college 'Fakirchand And Lakirchand Trust University', with the help of their money-lender friend, Google Chand. They recruit school-teacher, Baaji Rao, as Principal, whose performance is unacceptable by his school principal due to lewd references to 'Munni's Badnami' and 'Sheila's Jawani'. Google Chand offers them a derelict mansion in Panchgani, which they must renovate, invite their respective parents and show them that they have finally been accepted in college. Things get out of hand when scores of youngsters with poor marks show up, insisting on being admitted. Unable to handle the situation, the group let things ride - but not for long - for soon the police and Mr. Vardhan will get involved - threatening to burst their bubble once and for all.
