Vibhavari Deshpande

Vibhawari Deshpande is an Indian film actress who works in the Marathi film industry.

Career

Writer and director

Deshpande started her career with acting and off-screen works in college drama. She also attended various courses organised by National School of Drama, Delhi and workshops conducted by noted theatre personality Satyadev Dubey. While working for drama, she mainly worked off-screen in writing department. She has also written dialogues for the Marathi TV serial Agnihotra that aired on [Star Pravaha].

Deshpande is active in theater with an Indo-German group "Grips" that produces plays for children. Along with acting and writing scripts, she has also directed a Kannada play Gumma Banda Gumma.

Acting

Deshpande received her first acting break for a cameo role as a receptionist in the multi-award winning 2004 film Shwaas. Her next role came in Smita Talwalkar's production Saatchya Aat Gharat. Here she played the role of Ketaki, one of the seven college students around whom the story revolved. She also worked in one of the documentaries directed by Dr. Jabbar Patel.

Deshpande derives from the Marathi title dešpande,.Dešpande was formerly a hereditary office, and is ultimately derived from the Sanskrit terms deśa ("country", or "district") and pandita ("learned man"). Deshpande is also said to mean "tax collector" from the historic caste system.

Subodh Bhave

Subodh Bhave (Marathi: सुबोध भावे)  pronunciation , is a Marathi actor and director.

Early Career

Bhave was born in Pune and now residing in Mumbai. He completed his graduation from Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce. He started his career as a salesman in a small IT company called Inika Technologies situated in Koregaon Park (Pune) and moved to acting later.

Career

He has acted in numerous Marathi tele-serials, movies and theatre. He has won applauds from many noted professionals. His noted role includes the role of Bal Gangadhar Tilak in the movie 'Lokmanya-Ek Yug Purush', a biopic on one of the country's biggest social reformer. His role of Balgandharva was also appreciated in the film 'Balgandharva' who was based on artist Narayanrao Rajhans and the book named ‘Gandharva Gatha’.

Bhave directed the play Katyar Kaljat Ghusali and also directed film on the same subject which was released in November 2015.

Kishore Kadam (Marathi: किशोर कदम) (born November 9, 1967) is a Marathi actor who has acted in several Marathi and Hindi movies as well as in some TV serials. He is a veteran Marathi poet, writing with his pseudonym Saumitra (Marathi: सौमित्र) and well known for his poems in the album Garawa with Milind Ingle, all songs revolved on the topic of rain.

Career

Kishor won critical acclaim for his performance in the lead role in Samar directed by Shyam Benegal, the film won the National Film Award for the best film in 1999. He also has acted in Natrang as Pandoba. In 2010 he won the Zee Gaurav Puraskar for best supporting actor and the Nilu Phule Sanman award. His other Hindi ventures include Ek Chalis Ki Last Local, Black Friday' 'And New Film 'BABY(2015)' and Dil Pe Mat Le Yaar among others.

More recently, Kishor played the role of a terrorist leader Ravindran in the Hindi TV series 24. And New Film 'BABY(2015)'
