Nel mese di dicembre 2015 , prima che David Bowie ci lasciasse, la cantautrice Camilla Fascina ha realizzato il video di “Time” con la partecipazione straordinaria di Lindsay Kemp, maestro di Kate Bush, Peter Gabriel e, soprattutto, David Bowie. Il brano, cover di Bowie riarrangiata per voce, pianoforte e violino, è inserito nell’ep "Camilla Fascinated by Bowie", mentre il video è girato da Mattia Ottaviani con la coreografia di Lucia Salgarollo. Dal giorno della morte di Bowie, il 10 gennaio, quel lavoro ha assunto un significato magico: contiene una coincidenza troppo forte per essere ignorata, una magica sintonia tra Lindsay e David. Lindsay, nel video, fissa infatti una candela che si consuma, pensando alla vita che si consuma per tutti noi, mentre Bowie contemporaneamente apre il suo ultimo album “Blackstar” con queste parole: “In the villa of Ormen stands a solitary candle in the centre of it all”.

After the unexpected death of David Bowie, this video reveals a remarkable story of synchronicity and it has turned into a last embrace to David Bowie.
As a matter of fact, after the 10th January, the video unveils a meaningful coincidence, a surprising synchronicity between Lindsay and David Bowie's feelings.
In the video, Lindsay stares at a candle consuming itself as a symbol of our time which is inexorably running out, while David Bowie opens “Blackstar” with the following lyrics “In the villa of Ormen stands a solitary candle in the centre of it all”.

Ma le mani di Kemp sempre tengono l'energia, i piedi tengono la terra, 'sciando' come nel teatro Noh, la testa ovale irradia consapevolezza. Il prana emanato conferisce la magia del movimento che sempre fluisce senz'angoli e in ogni direzione.
Kemp è il dolce eroe della non-parola (mai), dell'arcaico "sorriso degli dei" (Genet). Qui il suo canto inudibile è un inno nello strazio del cigno che affonda (Nuria Moreno), il volo d'Icaro (Nijinskij che vuol essere dio), o l'Angelo dalle immense ali che brucia (come le rovine contemplate dall'Angelo di Benjamin) e lentamente si riconsegna alla terra.
Una drammaturgia fastosa attorno (bravissimi attori), per uno sviluppo complesso, che giunge fino al cruento omicidio sacrificale. Meglio però che nelle folgorazioni "acefaliche" di Bataille, qui la felice rotondità, da embrione futuro, mostra l'impalpabilità dell'estasi comunque preceduta dal sacrificio del corpo fisiologico.
La musica del brano è di Giuseppe Verdi. L'applauso sarebbe stato senza fine.

Lindsay Kemp
Lindsay Kemp (born Cheshire, England, 3 May 1938) is an English dancer, actor,teacher, mime artist and choreographer.
Life and work
Kemp's father, a seaman, was lost at sea in 1940. According to Kemp, he danced from early childhood: "I'd dance on the kitchen table to entertain the neighbours. I mean, it was a novelty in South Shields to see a little boy in full make-up dancing on pointe. Finally it got a bit too much for my mother, and she decided to send me to boarding school at the age of eight, hoping that it would knock some sense into me."
Kemp's mother moved away from South Shields, and Kemp attended Bearwood College, near Wokingham, a school for the sons of merchant seaman. He and his mother later moved to Bradford, Yorkshire where Kemp attended Bradford Art College before studying dance with Hilde Holger and mime with Marcel Marceau. He played the Player Queen in the BBC's Shakespeare Quatercentenary production of Hamlet filmed at Elsinore castle in 1963, and starring Christopher Plummer.

David Bowie
David Robert Jones (8 January 1947 – 10 January 2016), known as David Bowie (/ˈboʊ.i/), was an English singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, record producer, painter, and actor. He was a figure in popular music for over five decades, and was considered by critics and musicians as an innovator, particularly for his work in the 1970s. His career was marked by reinvention and visual presentation, and his music and stagecraft significantly impacted popular music. During his lifetime, he sold an estimated 140 million records worldwide. In the UK, he was awarded nine platinum album certifications, eleven gold and eight silver, and released eleven number-one albums. In the US, he received five platinum and seven gold certifications. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1996.

Il prana emanato conferisce la magia del movimento che sempre fluisce senz'angoli e in ogni direzione.
Kemp è il dolce eroe della non-parola (mai), dell'arcaico "sorriso degli dei" (Genet). Qui il suo canto inudibile è un inno nello strazio del cigno che affonda (Nuria Moreno), il volo d'Icaro (Nijinskij che vuol essere dio), o l'Angelo dalle immense ali che brucia (come le rovine contemplate dall'Angelo di Benjamin) e lentamente si riconsegna alla terra.
Una drammaturgia fastosa attorno (bravissimi attori), per uno sviluppo complesso, che giunge fino al cruento omicidio sacrificale. Meglio però che nelle folgorazioni "acefaliche" di Bataille, qui la felice rotondità, da embrione futuro, mostra l'impalpabilità dell'estasi comunque preceduta dal sacrificio del corpo fisiologico.
La musica del brano è di Giuseppe Verdi. L'applauso sarebbe stato senza fine.
