Taylor Jacks Kinney (born July 15, 1981) is an American actor and model. He is known for playing Mason Lockwood in The Vampire Diaries, U.S. Navy SEAL Jared in Zero Dark Thirty, and Lieutenant Kelly Severide in Chicago Fire, Chicago P.D. and Chicago Med.
Taylor Jacks Kinney was born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, to Pamela (Heisler), who worked as a dental hygienist, and Daniel Kinney, a banker.
Kinney was raised in Neffsville, Pennsylvania, by his mother after his parents divorced. Kinney had three brothers: Adam, Ryan, and Trent. Ryan Kinney died sometime before September 7, 2008.
In 2000, he graduated from Lancaster Mennonite School. Kinney studied Business Management and earned a degree in Business Management at West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia.
Kinney played Luke Gianni on Fashion House (2006) on MyNetworkTV, and played Glenn Morrison on Trauma on NBC.
Kinney had a recurring role on the supernatural drama The Vampire Diaries, joining the cast during season two as Mason Lockwood.
Monica Raymund (born July 26, 1986) is an American actress best known for her roles as Maria "Ria" Torres in the Fox police drama Lie to Me (2009–2011), Dana Lodge in the CBS legal drama The Good Wife (2011–2012) and Gabriela Dawson in the NBC drama Chicago Fire (2012–present).
Raymund was born in St. Petersburg, Florida to Steve Raymund, the board chairman and retired CEO of Tech Data Corp., a Clearwater-based distributor of computer components and software, and Sonia, "a community volunteer [and the] co-founder of the Soulful Arts Dance Academy in St. Petersburg," who hails from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Her father is a "Jewish California native" (his family was from Germany and Eastern Europe). Raymund has a brother, Will, who was a graduate of Berklee College of Music, she was raised Jewish, and celebrated becoming a bat mitzvah. In high school, she participated in the "Broadway Theater Project in Tampa and at the North Carolina School of the Arts in Winston-Salem."
Lauren Christine German (born November 29, 1978) is an American film and television actress. She had her first major role in the 2002 drama film A Walk to Remember, followed by roles in the horror films The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003) and Hostel: Part II (2007). German later had a recurring role as Agent Lori Weston in the CBS police drama Hawaii Five-0, and in the NBC drama Chicago Fire as Leslie Shay from 2012 to 2014. In 2016, she began starring in the Fox fantasy comedy-drama Lucifer.
German was born in Huntington Beach, California. German's father is a vascular surgeon. She attended Los Alamitos High School, and the Orange County High School of the Arts. She later enrolled at the University of Southern California, studying anthropology.
German's first work was on stage in Peter Pan and Oliver. In 2000, she made her feature film debut in the romantic comedy Down to You, where she had a small role as a lovestruck woman.

Chicago Fire is an American action drama television series that airs on NBC and was created by Michael Brandt and Derek Haas with Dick Wolf serving as an executive producer. The series originally premiered on October 10, 2012. The show follows the lives of the firefighters and paramedics working at the Chicago Fire Department at the firehouse of Engine 51, Truck 81, Squad 3, Ambulance 61 and Battalion 25. The pilot episode had an early release at NBC.com, before the series' premiere on television.
On March 27, 2013, NBC announced plans for a possible spin-off of Chicago Fire. NBC greenlit the police procedural spin-off series, under the title Chicago P.D., which premiered on January 8, 2014.
On May 1, 2015, NBC ordered another spin-off of Chicago Fire, a medical drama called Chicago Med, which premiered on November 17, 2015.
On February 5, 2015, NBC renewed the series for a fourth season, which premiered on October 13, 2015, and will contain 23 episodes.
On November 9, 2015, NBC renewed the series for a fifth season.
Jesse Gordon Spencer (born 12 February 1979) is an Australian actor and musician. He is best known for his roles as Billy Kennedy on the Australian soap opera Neighbours (1994-2000, 2005), Dr. Robert Chase on the American medical drama House (2004-2012) and Lt. Matthew Casey on the American drama Chicago Fire (2012–present).
Spencer was born in Melbourne. His parents, Robyn and Rodney Spencer, are the founders of the Australians Against Further Immigration political party; they have run several times as candidates in federal and state elections for that party and for One Nation. Spencer stated in an interview that he did not want to talk about his parents' politics. Growing up, he supported AFL team Western Bulldogs whilst attending Canterbury Primary School, Malvern Central School, and the private Scotch College. While there, he auditioned for the long-running soap opera Neighbours. He completed his VCE and had gained a place at Monash University but deferred to pursue acting.
