Rain and severe weather prevented competitors in the NASCAR Xfinity Series from getting on-track at Richmond (Va.) International Raceway in Friday in preparation for Sunday's ToyotaCare 250 at the track. Two practice sessions scheduled for Friday were the only practice sessions originally scheduled for the series at RIR.
