We caught the ferry over to Savaii to spend a few days. We stayed at Tanu Beach Fales and they provided a mattress and mosquito net and we slept right by the waters edge and went to sleep with the sound of the water lapping up on the sand.
There is a lot to explore on this huge island and we visit the Saleaula Lava Field, swim with turtles at Satoalepai, throw coconuts in to the blow holes, cross the swinging bridge at Falealupo Canopy Walkway and hang out with some of the locals.
You can find beautiful romantic resorts in Savaii and we stayed at Le Lagoto Resort with a elegant mix of traditional and modern decor. As soon as you walk in to this resort you know you are in a tropical paradise.
A wonderful experience not to missed is their Sunday church service. Being a highly Christian country, there are churches of every denomination and Sunday is their day of church, family and rest. See the locals in their beautiful Sunday best and singing from the heart with their angelic voices.
And at the end of the day we head to Falealupo Beach which is at the western most point of Samoa to see the first sunset in the world. Take a picnic and enjoy your stunning surrounds.

The East Side Gallery is the longest remaining strip of the of the former dividing wall between East and West Berlin. Today the 1.3 kilometer long wall stands as a memorial to freedom and it is covered in art and graffiti. Right now we're visiting Brandenburg Gate. This gate dates back to the 18th Century. We're here at Tiergarten, one of the biggest parks in the city. MauerPark is a hipster hangout. Every Sunday people flock to this park and spend the day barbecuing, listening to music, enjoying a few beers, and simply having a good time. There's a popular flea market where you can pick up old vinyls and clothes, and if you head over to the Bear Pit you can catch some karaoke and musical performances. If you want to spot some cool street art, then head over to Friedrichshain. You can't come to Berlin and not eat a Currywurst! This is the city's most popular fast food snack. The sausage is served with a ketchup and curry powder concoction. Up next we're at the Reichstag building which has a pretty cool glass dome on top. This dome is actually open to visitors and it offers 360 degree views of the city. Today we're visiting Tempelhof, a re-purposed airport here in Berlin for leisure activities and sports. If you enjoy museums and art galleries you'll want to visit Berlin's Museum Island. They actually have five different museums here and if you get a daily pass for 18 Euros you get access to all five. We are now visiting the Holocaust Memorial in Berlin. It is also known as the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe. Charlottenburg Palace is the largest palace in Berlin and the only surviving royal residence in the city. Checkpoint Charlie was one of the crossing points between East Berlin and West Berlin during the Cold War. Located near Alexanderplatz, The Berlin TV Tower offers a great lookout over the city. Chocolate! Ritter Sport is a chocolate brand that is sold all over Germany, and while in Berlin we couldn't resist sampling a few of the different varieties. Berlin Cathedral is located on Museum Island and it's one of the most beautiful churches in the city. If Currywurst is to your liking, you'll want to check out this quirky museum devoted to Berlin's favorite sausage. Renting a bike is a great way to get around the city. Most places will rent out bikes at 10 Euros per day. For a leisurely afternoon, hop on a boat and enjoy a tour down the River Spree. Of course, you cannot come to Berlin and not eat a Wurst or a sausage. The Friedrichshain flea market takes place every Sunday and it's a great place for people watching and a little browsing. The Germans sure know how to enjoy a hearty breakfast, and we recommend you try it too. Breakfast usually offers a wide sampling of loafs and bread rolls, accompanied with various deli cuts and cheese.
We couldn't resist visiting yet another cat cafe while we were in Berlin.
While in Berlin we enjoyed a hearty meal of Schnitzel. This thin strip of meat is coated in flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs, before being deep-fried. You can order it with a side of mashed potatoes or German noodles known as Spaetzle. It's quite easy to get around Berlin using the U-bahn and S-bahn system. In Berlin, there is a big Turkish population and that means there is awesome Turkish street food. And that's Berlin for you! A city that has risen from the ashes of the war, which is now bursting with art, music, and life.

Here are some Things to do in NYC :) This 1st of a "Things to do in NYC" is the BASICS. I will do more in depth videos on neighborhoods like Harlem, Brooklyn, Lower East Side which will include shopping, entertainment, eating, all that :) But for now I hope you find this helpful and excited about exploring NYC. I didn't "forget" to list anything. This is just the first video and trust their are a million things to do. Sorry for not including Brooklyn. I rarely go out there and didn't have footage to include in this video. But here goes!
As for the things I listed check them out here:
Statue of Liberty, is located on Ellis Island. It's since been reopened
http://www.statuecruises.com/choose_tickets.aspx
Central Park is cliche and a MUST! Check out the Boat House this summer and rent a paddle boat for $12/hr. Cash only and a $20 deposit is required
http://www.thecentralparkboathouse.com
Magnolia Bakery has an amazing to die for Banana Pudding that used to be so secret which is now another MUST HAVE while in town
http://www.magnoliabakery.com
Katz Deli is a historical landmark that happens to be famous for their sandwiches. Try the pastrami if you're into that...I'm not :/ Yes this is a tourist destination but it's a part of NYC's history hence a MUST!
http://katzsdelicatessen.com
Patricia Field is a NYC fashion fixture! Made famous for her costume designing in The Devil Wears Prada and Sex and the City: the Movie and sequel, her boutique is another MUST. I love playing dressup here and splurging on accessories!
http://www.patriciafield.com
Need to get around? Rent a bike! I have yet to try this but it seems fabulous! Save your feet and cover more ground. These bikes and bike spots are all over the city. A perfect way to burn calories and see more of the city faster.
http://citibikenyc.com
Caracas! This happens to be a fav spot of mine! It's uber small and the lines can be long but I love the food. Yes it's fried and oh so good! I've never had an Arepa until I came here and the prices are perfect for us budget minded peeps Try it! just read their yelp reviews!

Summer in NYC isn't really summer until you get your butt on a rooftop. My pick was Jimmy Rooftop. Sunday's after 3pm are bomb! Amazing music courtesy of DJ Cato. I believe it is doorman discretion, which means, dress your best and don't travel with a bunch of dudes. You get an amazing view of the sun setting over the Hudson River and you get to splash around in the pool if you so choose. I chose this spot because I used to work here and loved it!

Yes! Go to Church! After you party it up Saturday night or Sunday afternoon bring your sinful behind to this awesome church! You don't have to be religious to attend. This is a non-denominal church and people from all over the world come here for the amazing sermons and not to mention the interior. This Church is a converted theatre and a must see. Now go and pray!
http://www.tscnyc.org
My spot! We in my hood now. You MUST go to Orange Beauty Supply! I used to buy all my hair products here when I had hair and you def need to buy a wig here. I take all my gurls here and hook them up with a fabulous synthetic or human hair wig just cause!
Apollo!!! You MUST go here on amateur night! It's historical! You either boo or cheer for the talent on stage. You must have an opinion! Quiet indifference is not tolerated :)
A real life YouTube comment board in live action! I've been here countless times and it's a great way to get the energy up!

When deciding on a base in Southeast Asia we carefully thought about where to go. Soon it became a no brainer that Chiang Mai would be the perfect fit. Considering how affordable it is to live there in tandem with the amazing dining options certainly won us offer. Moreover, the Chiang Mai offers numerous top attractions and things to do. In our latest travel guide we attempt to highlight as many of our favorite attractions in Chiang Mai as possible:
1) Chiang Mai is famous for its night markets. We suggest starting off at the Sunday Night Market which is best explored from Thapea Gate. From handicrafts to silverware and from souvenirs to silks, you'll shop until you drop. In my opinion, an even better thing to do at the market is to indulge in as much Thai street food as possible.
2) Elephant tourism runs rampant in and around Chiang Mai. Unfortunately, the well being of the elephants is rarely a consideration. Visiting the Elephant Nature Park, known as an elephant sanctuary and rehabilitation center, is somewhere you can go to interact with elephants knowing full well they are being taken care of and not exploited. A trip to the park is a memorable experience that is both incredibly fun and extremely education.
3) From the roof of our apartment building we had often had unobstructed views of Doi Suthep. It was only a matter of time before we decide to take a Songthaew up to explore it on foot. Although it is very touristy, it is still well worth a visit - especially for the views of Chiang Mai!
4) Few cuisines are more famous around the world than Thai food. While you're in Chiang Mai be sure to take a cooking class to learn how to make all of your favorite Thai dishes. An even better idea is to go to the countryside where you can have a more authentic and rural cooking experience.
5) Although I love the Sunday Night Market my favorite night market in Chiang Mai happens on Saturday. Possibly because it is only a stone throw away from where we lived in Chiang Mai, I just enjoyed wandering through the maze of people and shops to eat as much Thai street food as possible.
6) You can't visit Chiang Mai without trying its most famous Northern Thai dish - Khao Soi. Crispy and soft noodles float around in a coconut milk base with various vegetables. It's delicious and one of the cheapest meal options in the city!
7) When you have time - and a friend to go with - reserve a table at a restaurant that specializes in Khantoke sets. Served with sticky rice and a plethora of small dishes you'll get a real sense of what Northern Thai food is all about.
8) Wander around the neighborhoods outside of the city center. A big part of why Chiang Mai is so charming has to do with its various neighborhoods. Get off the beaten path and just go explore around. Here we show you our neighborhood, which is not far from Chiang Mai South Gate.

During our time backpacking and traveling around Asia we spent more time in Thailand than any other country in SE Asia and for good reason. Unlike most tourists who visit Thailand, we decided to skip most of the beaches located in the southern regions of the country and instead focus most of our time in Northern Thailand. Chiang Mai, our home away from home, became our base for several months and by the time we left we promised ourselves we'd return again in the near future. What makes Chiang Mai such a great base for foreigners? Firstly, it's cheap. You can find high quality serviced apartments for under $500 (some are less than $300) that offer modern amenities and are in located in close proximity to the old square of the city. Secondly, the food – both Thai and International – offers as much diverse selection as any city I've ever visited. If you want to gormandize on authentic Thai delights you'll have no shortage of options ranging from Thai street food to high class Thai restaurants. For the culture vulture, no shortage of opportunities exist to explore temples such as Doi Suthep, markets such as the Saturday night market or interact with animals such as at the Elephant Nature Park. When you get tired of Chiang Mai, the sleepy hillside town of Pai awaits where the pace is slower and you feel more like you're out in the countryside. Whether you love it or hate it, most journeys in Thailand begin and end in Bangkok. This steamy chaotic city offers some incredible temples to explore (such as Wat Arun and the Temple of the Mount) along with great shopping and nightlife. The following is a top attractions travel guide offering a snapshot of the best things to do in Thailand during your next vacation to Land of Smiles:

Having now visited Quebec City in both the summer and winter I'm officially naming it our favorite city in Canada. I've never visited a city where I felt such a radical difference between seasons. Coming back here in the winter felt like falling in love and rediscovering Quebec City all over again. We bundled up early on a Sunday morning to wander around the Old City before the masses converged. We ended up walking (or should I say sliding/skating) down Petit Champlain marveling at all of the festive and Christmas decorations before warming up next to a fire and then grabbing a hot chocolate, Nanaimo bar and cookies. Later we wandered down to the Saint Lawrence where we could see massive chunks of ice floating down the river. Finally, we checked out a few different vantage points where we could admire some of the best city views and snap photos of the Château Frontenac.
Winter in Quebec City Travel Guide Video Transcript:
Faster, horses! Faster!
And how is the ice princess this morning?
Doing very well. This morning we are heading in to the Old City. We're going to do a bit of a walking tour on our own. Let's head into town and check it out.
We are about to enter the old city.
There are real benefits to waking up early on a Sunday morning. We've practically got the old part of the city to ourselves. And what a different feel. In the summer it had a totally different vibe and now in the winter it's like an entirely new city to explore.
So I just noticed there are railings all along the street and I think it is because it is so steep and it gets so icy in the wintertime that if they didn't have these babies people would just be sliding all the way down. Well, we've been sliding a lot anyways. Yes.
So it is kind of cool being here in the winter because even though it is February it still feels like Christmas never left. Like we still have Christmas trees, Christmas lights, lots of red. So it feels very festive. Absolutely.
We found a little place where to warm up. There is a little outdoor fireplace. It is our own personal fire place.
And we really need it after all that walking. Put your legs up by the fire.
It's a dragon! It's a snow dragon! A fire breathing dragon.
Alright, it is time to warm up. Let's go for a hot chocolate and maybe even a cupcake. Yum yum. Lead the way.
How is that hot chocolate? Mmmm. That is so good after that really really cold walk. Alright, it's time to lick your lips. You've got cream all over your face. There you go.
That's some kind of classic Canadian food. Here we've got Nanaimo bars. Audrey is digging in. Very Canadian. Let's have that first bite. Mmmm. Sweet enough for you?
It's such a nice breakfast.
And I've got fudge and Bonhomme de Carnaval. And this guy has been really nice to me but unfortunately I'm going to have to take a bite out of his head. Sorry, Bonhomme.
Does he taste good? He does.
What do you have over there? And the last indulgence of the day - we've got pure maple sugar fudge.
I'm not surprised you would go for that. You're always looking for fudge wherever we go. I don't have anything to say - it's just pure bliss.
Now if you can believe it we were bonkers enough to be doing ice canoeing out in the Saint Lawrence with those massive chunks of ice. It was just one of the craziest things we've ever done. We can't wait to show you that video as well.
So now we're working our way up to the Chateau Frontenac. That means climbing a lot of steps. I'm already out of breath. We still have a few more to go.
Lead the way.
It's a little steep and slippery over here. I almost feel like I could go snowboarding.
Do it. Do it.
And the concludes our walking tour of Old Quebec. Now we're going to head back to our hotel, warm up a little bit and get ready to do some more exploring in the afternoon.
This is part of our Travel in Canada series. We're making a series of videos showcasing Canadian culture, Canadian arts, Canadian foods, Canadian religion, Canadian cuisine and Canadian people.

Travel Videos - Australia : Byron Bay (pop. 6130)
It seems every backpacker must make the pilgrimage to Byron Bay. Once the centre for peace, love and alternative lifestyles, now home of a growing number of baby boomer 'seachangers' from capital cities down south. With this new mix, Byron is evolving, (and the real estate prices are going through the roof).
Arrived in Byron Sunday night. Byron attracts creative types and also has a huge collection of practitioners of alternative health therapies. To try and capture this I am interviewing John Dahlsen an artist. John makes a daily trip to the beach where he collects plastic waste washed up the night before. From this waste he creates art pieces. I found his art to be like a double edged sword, I was both astounded by the beauty of his art, and repelled by the thought it was all collected from our beaches.

Hanoi Vacation Travel Guide - Travel Vietnam 2015
Hanoi, Vietnam Tourist Attraction
According to TripIndex by TripAdvisor, for the period between June 1 and August 31, 2012 Hanoi was the cheapest city in the world for a one-night stay for two in a four-star hotel. This included cocktails, a two-course dinner with a bottle of wine, and taxi transport (two return journeys of about 3.2 km (2.0 mi) each). It cost $141.12; about 27 percent of the cost in the most expensive city, London, which cost $518.01.
In 2014, Hanoi ranked #8 in TripAdvisor's list of World Best Destinations (by Travellers' Choice).
Landmarks Hanoi - Vietnam
===================
As the capital of Vietnam for almost a thousand years, Hanoi is considered one of the main cultural centres of Vietnam, where most Vietnamese dynasties have left their imprint. Even though some relics have not survived through wars and time, the city still has many interesting cultural and historic monuments for visitors and residents alike. Even when the nation's capital moved to Huế under the Nguyễn Dynasty in 1802, the city of Hanoi continued to flourish, especially after the French took control in 1888 and modeled the city's architecture to their tastes, lending an important aesthetic to the city's rich stylistic heritage. The city hosts more cultural sites than any city in Vietnam, and boasts more than 1,000 years of history, and that of the past few hundred years has been well preserved.
Old Quarter
==========
The Old Quarter, near Hoàn Kiếm Lake, has the original street layout and architecture of old Hanoi. At the beginning of the 20th century the city consisted of only about 36 streets, most of which are now part of the old quarter. Each street then had merchants and households specialised in a particular trade, such as silk traders, jewellery, etc. The street names nowadays still reflect these specializations, although few of them remain exclusively in their original commerce.[18] The area is famous for its small artisans and merchants, including many silk shops. Local cuisine specialties as well as several clubs and bars can be found here also. A night market (near Đồng Xuân Market) in the heart of the district opens for business every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evening with a variety of clothing, souvenirs and food.
Some others prominent places are: The Temple of Literature (Văn Miếu), site of the oldest university in Vietnam 1010; One Pillar Pagoda (Chùa Một Cột); Flag Tower of Hanoi (Cột cờ Hà Nội). In 2004, a massive part of the 900 year old Hanoi Citadel was discovered in central Hanoi, near the site of Ba Đình Square
Lakes
=======
A city between the rivers, built from lowland, Hanoi has many scenic lakes and it is sometimes called "city of lakes". Among its lakes, the most famous are Hoàn Kiếm Lake, West Lake, Halais Lake (Hồ Thiền Quang in Vietnamese), and Bay Mau Lake. Hoan Kiem Lake, also known as Sword Lake, is the historical and cultural center of Hanoi, and is linked to the legend of the magic sword. West Lake (Hồ Tây) is a popular place for people to spend time. It is the largest lake in Hanoi and there are many temples in the area. There are swanboats for hire. The lakeside road in Quang An area is perfect for bicycling, jogging and viewing the cityscape especially in the sunset or enjoying lotus ponds in the summer
Colonial Hanoi
============
Under French rule, as an administrative centre for the French colony of Indochina, the French colonial architecture style became dominant, many examples remain today: the tree-lined boulevards (e.g. Phan Dinh Phung street) and its many villas and mansions, Grand Opera House, State Bank of Vietnam (formerly The Bank of Indochina), Presidential Palace (formerly Palace of the Governor-General of French Indochina), St. Joseph's Cathedral, and the historic Hotel Metropole. Many of the colonial structures are an eclectic mixture of French and traditional Vietnamese architectural styles, such as the National Museum of Vietnamese History, the Vietnam National Museum of Fine Arts and the old Indochina Medical College. Gouveneur-Général Paul Doumer (1898-1902) played a crucial in colonial Hanoi's urban planning. Under his tenure there was a major construction boom.
Critical historians of empire have noted that French colonial rule imposed a system of white supremacy on the city. Vietnamese subjects supplied labor and tax revenue but the privileges and comforts of the city went to the white population. French efforts at rat eradication revealed some of the colonial city's racial double-standards.

Our recent week in New York City was an action-packed one. We decided to set ourselves a challenge to see and do as much as we possibly could, and that gave way to this travel video guide which highlights 50 of the top attractions. In a city like New York this means we barely scratched the surface, but hopefully this video will highlight the cornucopia of possibilities that is the Big Apple.
We try our best to cover all of the top attractions including fine arts, entertainment, festivals, dining, architecture and museums as well as focusing on lesser known off the beaten path attractions to cover all forms of tourism. If you only have time to visit only one city in the United States it ought to be NYC, USA:

Most journeys begin at Penn Station or Grand Central, and if you arrive at the later you'll be wowed by the building. The Meatpacking District was once home to markets, slaughterhouses, and packaging plants, but times have changed. Today you'll find a mixture of trendy restaurants, clubs and boutiques. The Village used to be a bohemian neighborhood that drew artists and musicians, but today you're more likely to find upper middle class families living here. Completed in 1883, Brooklyn Bridge is one of the oldest suspension bridges in the United States. Williamsburg has become popular given its lower rent prices. University students and young professionals have been flocking to this part of town.
You can walk along the riverfront for a great view of the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges and the Manhattan skyline. During the summer months, Bryant Park also becomes a popular hangout spot people looking to relax and even work on their tans. The Staten Island Ferry is free of charge and this makes it really popular with visitors who want to catch a glimpse of the Statue of Liberty from a distance. Battery Park is located on the southern tip of Manhattan. Having both lived in South Korea, we were thrilled to come across Manhattan's own Little Korea. Coney Island is all about good old fashioned fun. You can ride roller coasters, stroll down the boardwalk, enjoy some beach time, and then head over the Nathan's Famous hot dogs. The Cloisters will make you feel like you've travelled over to Europe. Central Park is massive and there are so many places to visit within its boundaries. We managed to visit Belvedere Castle, the Great Lawn, Shakespeare Garden, The Ramble, The Jackie Onassis Reservoir, the Alice in Wonderland Statue, and we still left feeling like we barely scratched the surface. Strawberry Fields is a section of Central Park dedicated to the memory of John Lennon.
And that concludes a look at our very busy week in New York City. I'm still shocked we managed to cover so many attractions, but the great thing about this city is that distances aren't very long and there's always something really cool worth checking out around each corner. Have you been to New York? What are your favorite things about this city? Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments section below.

Copacabana beach is a great place in Rio to spend a lazy Sunday. Sun, sea, good fun and a beautiful landscape are all on the menu for a relaxing day.
You can recognize Copacabana by its signature sidewalk pavement that resembles the waves of the sea and was designed by Roberto Burtle Max, a famous Brazilian architect.
On Sunday the Avenida Atlantica on Copacabana beach closes from 7 am until 6 pm for cars Which means pedestrians are free to enjoy this 4 kilometer playground and walk, jog, bike, skate, rent a surrey bike to cruise along the beach or entertain themselves with street acts and some shopping.
On the beach you can racket ball, SUP paddling, swimming or volley until night. If you simply want to relax taking a selfie with the poet Carlos Drumond Andrade statue is a must. It’s the second most visited monument in the city after the Christ statue
On Copacabana beach you’ll always find cool street acts for your entertainment. For only 3 reals this guy let’s you ride this bike and win 50 if you succeed. It might look easy but it’s not. This guy got lucky and won the big prize as everybody was cheering his victory.
Everyday you can buy your souvenirs along Copacabana beach whether you’re looking for Havaianas, beach towels, magnets, bikinis, art or t-shirts with fun portuguese slogans
After a long but fun day at Copacabana beach make sure you cool down using these mists which you’ll find along the beach. Or go fishing with locals at the Caminho dos Pescadores which is in Leme to be exact but right along Copacabana beach.
This part is an excellent spot to admire the sunset and enjoy a refreshing caipirinha. Saude!

Travel to Little Beach on a Sunday while travelling the island of Maui to experience a beach party like no other. Every Sunday for decades people have gathered to this clothing optional beach to have a good time. There is a drum circle, dancing, drinking, jumping in the waves, Hawaiian brownies. It will be a Sunday experience like no other. I am here with The Banana Bungalow hostel which gives free day tours to backpackers. My tour guide for the day was Henry! Henry was awesome. Enjoy the Little Beach Sunday Experience. Thank you for following my travel journey of living on a permanent vacation with 3 weeks work, 1 week off. Elaine Sarantakos, Fabulous Living Coach.

Richard Desmond, whose publishing company owns the Daily and Sunday Express, has donated £1m to UKIP.
Mr Desmond said UKIP was "not run by elitists" and was a party for "good, ordinary British people".
UKIP leader Nigel Farage said the money would help "significantly" in its fight "against the big battalions".
Mr Desmond, owner of Northern and Shell Media Group, donated £300,000 to the party late last year.
As well as the Daily and Sunday Express, the group publishes OK! and Now! magazines, as well as the Daily Star and Daily Star Sunday.
Mr Desmond said UKIP, which campaigns for the UK's exit from the European Union, did not have "a massive party machine or highly paid public relations people" and was "struggling to have a voice".
Explaining his donation on the Express website, Mr Desmond said: "They are human; they are not perfect and they do not pretend to be. But what they believe in is the best for the British people.
"They are the sort of people who will stand up for people who are struggling."
Mr Desmond donated £100,000 to the Labour Party in 2001, around the time of Northern and Shell's takeover of the Express.
However, while the Daily Express has previously backed the Conservatives, in recent months it has repeatedly praised UKIP in editorials.
Wednesday's Express comment described UKIP as a party "that speaks for a large number of ordinary Britons", with a manifesto offering "an attractive package of measures".
Party leader Mr Farage told the newspaper: "This money will make a big difference. We are up against the big battalions; this helps significantly.
"It enables us, particularly with our online presence, to reach bigger and bigger audiences.
"We've been doing very well compared to the big parties already and this will make a big difference."
Asked how he was going to spend the £1m, as he arrived for the BBC's live election debate on Thursday evening, Mr Farage said: "Well it's not mine but it's going to be spent on advertising for the campaign."
Despite a slight dip in some recent polls, UKIP has been polling ahead of the Liberal Democrats and is hoping to add to the two MPs it gained in by-elections following defections from the Conservatives.

Hello and Welcome to a Harnetty Railway Special
Coming up we travel on the final steam charter trip out of Liverpool for the 2015 season behind David Smith's 46115 Scots Guardsman hauling Railway Touring Company's The North Wales Coast Express from Liverpool to Holyhead and back.
This tour was originally planned for Chris Beets Jubilee 45690 Leander to haul this trip but sadly her support crew were not available so 46115 stud in.
We start at Liverpool Lime Street were we see 47760 dragging the train from Crewe.
It was hear we board the train the filming for this trip is very different as I was travelling in 1st class in a chocolate and cream Pullman.
During the climb up Edge Hill we have a full 360 look of the interior of the Pullman thanks to the guys at West Coast of restoring the coach to its former glory.
The scot put in a fine performance as we accelerated along The Liverpool to Manchester Railway as far as Earlestown were we diverted to connect to Warrington and the Chester line via Frodsham which is were is our 1st water stop.
We left over 10 mins late following problems with the tanker but soon we were on our way to the final pick up point Chester.
Once on the north wales coast 46115 was given his head and boy the scot shone through the coast to the 2nd water stop Llandudno Junction.
This is were passengers opted to go to Llandudno town leave the train and get the shuttle service to the town down the branch line.
Then the heavens opened not ideal for filming and photographing once I got the shots I re-boarded the train. Soon we were on the move again for the final stop before Holyhead Bangor before the final stretch to our final destination.
On this day it was history in the making as it was the 1st time a member of The Royal Scot Class to have appeared in Holyhead since 1964.
After being turned and serviced we see the scot return from the triangle at Valley ready for the return run.
Soon it was time to go and we left right on time and straight away to a magnificent sound track of the 3 cylinder loco as the scot departed Holyhead the diesel at the rear was not required at all during the climb out of the station.
The sound track of the loco would go on for mile after mile. The return was more than impressive all the way despite the late running.
We were nearly 30 mins late by the time of the departure from the water stop at Llandudno Junction. With superb running along the coast 10 mins was made up by the time chester was reached and the 1st drop of the train.
Soon we press on to Frodsham the final water stop of the trip before we depart for warrington and the fast stretch of The Liverpool to Manchester line back towards Liverpool.
Not much filming was done in the dark and was blurring up.
With brilliant crewmen ship 16 mins was made up by the time Liverpool was reached.
Finally we see 46115 being dragged back to Carnforth Steamtown from Liverpool were we end this video.
Thanks for reading enjoy the film

On-board Iberia Express IB3614 from Palma De Mallorca to London Heathrow, Terminal 5 on Sunday 30th August 2015. PLEASE READ:
After a beautiful weekend on the sunshine island of Majorca, the time quickly came to return back to London. Unbelievably in February 2014 Iberia Express announced they were started direct flights to London from Palma. The introduction prices were extremely cheap, costing us £65 for a flight on Bank Holiday weekend!
Our aircraft, EC-LLE, arrived on schedule from Madrid and parked at a remote stand. We boarded a bus giving us excellent views of the airfield. After boarding through the stairs the doors were closed, engines started & we was airborne a few minutes later! Very quick turnaround.
It was a excellent flight with Iberia Express, quickly passing the Atlantic Coast, Barcelona and Central France before entering UK Airspace. It was very smooth through the flight - with heavy cloud cover covering most of Central Europe. We landed on 9L at London Heathrow and taxied over to T5, the British Airways terminal which Iberia use.
I thank Iberia Express for this sector - I look forward to trying them out again soon! #avgeek

Fashion designer and mogul David Tlale and actress Noluthando Meje joins us on the couch.
Over the past 10 years since he launched his brand in 2003 winning the "Elle New Talent in South Africa, and being noted as the Best Designer by the Sunday Times in South Africa, this award winning designer David Tlale has proven that he is indeed a design force with creations that go far beyond expectations. On today's show, he will showcase some of his latest seasonal designs.
Noluthando ‘Nolly’ Meje is one of South Africa’s most loved and sought after celebrities – having spent over a decade as a leading actress, television presenter, model, singer and songwriter.
She started her career in the limelight from the young age of just 5 years old and has never looked back since. She describes herself as being crazy, funny, incredibly ambitious, focused and very loving. We're hoping to see that first hand as we talk about her career and her new SABC1 reality show the Sing-Off SA.
Also on the show today, tea master Dinesh as we ask what exactly a tea master does, Claire treats us to an Asian delight with a fabulous pork belly braised in coconut water, and our Skip Fashion series continues as Alexis Chaffe Mey and fellow fashion experts Leila Petersen and Jackie Burger share their style advice.
