Jordan Nathaniel Marcel Knight (born May 17, 1970) is an American singer-songwriter best known as the lead singer in the boy band New Kids on the Block (NKOTB), and as an actor, who rose to fame in the 1980s and 1990s. He is best known for his distinctive falsetto style of singing, influenced by The Stylistics. After New Kids on the Block split, he launched a solo career. Jordan's first solo album, released in 1999, and his latest solo album, released in 2011, reached the Top 50 on the US Billboard 200. As of 2011, he released four Top 40 singles; the most well known being "Give It to You" in 1999. He has released three studio albums, one remix album and one EP. On May 31, 2011, he released the studio album, Unfinished. Knight has sold over 1.5 million records worldwide as a solo artist. In 2015, Boston City Council declared February 7 "Jordan Knight Day."
Knight was born in Worcester, Massachusetts. He is the youngest of 6 children: Allison, Sharon, David, Christopher, and Jonathan. Both his parents are Episcopal priests. He was close to 14 in 1984 when he joined New Kids on the Block, a band assembled in Boston by producer Maurice Starr. His fellow members included his brother, Jonathan Knight, as well as Joey McIntyre, Donnie Wahlberg, and Danny Wood. Over the next few years he began teaching himself piano and keyboard instruments, and writing songs. Starr, who wrote much of the New Kids material, was reluctant to add his work to the band's repertoire.
Jordan Knight is the eponymous debut album from former New Kids on the Block member, Jordan Knight. Jordan Knight co-produced 8 of the 11 tracks on the disc with help from Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis and a soon-to-be-known artist, Robin Thicke. The album sold over 500,000 copies in the US alone and reached #29 in the Billboard 200.
The album was released in 1999 at the height of MTV pop culture. The first single, "Give It to You" received heavy radio airplay and rotation in MTV. The album was certified Gold months after its release.
In Asia, Knight and boyband 98 Degrees headlined a tour in support of their albums.
"One More Night" is a song performed by American pop rock band Maroon 5. The song was released on June 19, 2012, as the second single from their fourth studio album, Overexposed (2012). It was written by Adam Levine, Shellback, Max Martin and Savan Kotecha, while production was handled by Shellback and Martin. It is a reggae-influenced pop song. Lyrically, it talks about not getting along with someone and hoping he only stays with her just "one more night". It is built upon the idea that the heart, mind and body usually want opposing things.
The song received mixed to positive reviews from music critics. Most of them complimented the reggae influence on the track, Levine's vocals and labeled it a "summer catchy song". However, some critics perceived a lack of identity and criticized the song's melody. The song spent nine consecutive weeks at number one on the Billboard Hot 100. The song has also been a success on the Australian Singles Chart and on the Canadian Hot 100, reaching number two and topping the New Zealand Singles Chart and the South Korean Gaon International Chart. The song has sold 6.9 million copies, becoming the 8th best selling song worldwide in 2012.
Nashville Skyline is the ninth studio album by American singer-songwriter Bob Dylan, released on April 9, 1969, by Columbia Records.
Building on the rustic style he experimented with on John Wesley Harding, Nashville Skyline displayed a complete immersion into country music. Along with the more basic lyrical themes, simple songwriting structures, and charming domestic feel, it introduced audiences to a radically new singing voice from Dylan—a soft, affected country croon.
The result received a generally positive reaction from critics, and was a commercial success. Reaching number 3 in the U.S., the album also scored Dylan his fourth UK No. 1 album.
By the time Nashville Skyline was recorded, the political climate in the United States had grown more polarized. In 1968, civil rights leader Martin Luther King, Jr. and Senator Robert Kennedy (a leading candidate for the presidency) were both assassinated. Riots had broken out in several major cities, including a major one surrounding the Democratic National Convention in Chicago and a number of racially motivated riots spurred by King's assassination. A new President, Richard Nixon, was sworn into office in January 1969, but the U.S. engagement in Southeast Asia, particularly the Vietnam War, would continue for several more years. Protests over a wide range of political topics became more frequent. Dylan had been a leading cultural figure, noted for his political and social commentary throughout the 1960s. Even as he moved away from topical songs, he never lost his cultural status. However, as Clinton Heylin would write about Nashville Skyline, "if Dylan was concerned about retaining a hold on the rock constituency, making albums with Johnny Cash in Nashville was tantamount to abdication in many eyes."
"One More Night" is a song written and performed by Cascada, which was first released as part of an EP in 2004 and later released as a Maxi-single (in e-Single format) in 2007 in Canada only. The 3-track e-Single features 2 remixes by Wild Ace and the original album version. The Wild Ace Club Mix is also found on a mixed-compilation CD called "HitMix 2007" sponsored by a Toronto (Canada) radio station called Z103.5 and mixed by DJ Danny D. As with most electronic music, there are many remixes. Due to the remix package leaking online, many unofficial mixes were made in addition to the official mixes. Finally, all of the official mixes can be found on promo-series CDs worldwide.
Jordan is a village in the town of Waterford, Connecticut, and the historic center of the town. It was named from the Jordan River. The village was listed on the National Register of Historic Places as Jordan Village Historic District in 1990. The district includes 58 contributing buildings and one other contributing site over an area of 57 acres (23 ha). It includes examples of Greek Revival and Queen Anne architectural styles.
Jordan Village is located on land known historically as Jordan Plain, a flat land area at the head of Jordan Cove, an estuary off Long Island Sound. The historic district surrounds the intersection of Rope Ferry Road and North Road.
Jordan (died in 982 or 984) was the first Bishop of Poland from 968 with his seat, most probably, in Poznań. He was an Italian or German.
Most evidence shows that he was missionary bishop subordinate directly to the Pope. He arrived in Poland, probably from Italy or the Rhineland, in 966 with Doubravka of Bohemia to baptise Mieszko I of Poland. After the death of Jordan until 992 the throne of the Bishop of Poland was vacant, or there was a bishop of unknown name (the first theory is more probable). His successor, from 992, was Unger.

Hey! Oh, Oh, Oh, Oh
Spoken: I think tonight's gonna be that night
You're body is smooth as a baby, baby
Your fire is cool to the touch
You're damn near drivin' me crazy, crazy
And Oo girl I love it so much
Take you to the line,
Keep you hangin' on
Let me take my time,
I know right where I'm goin'
You're showin' me them signs,
You're gettin' turned on
And I, And I, I know that you want it girl
It's ok, to show me that O-Face
Nobody needs to know it babe
What's between me and you, Stays between me and you
Baby show me that Oo, Oo, Oh
Show me that Oo, Oo, Oh
Baby show me that Oo, Oo, Oh
Show me that Oo, Oo, Oh
Ice cubes between your lips girl
Hot wax drippin' down(that's when I know that I gotcha)
I'm gonna give you you're fix girl
When nobody else is around, nobody (I'm gonna)
Take you to the line,
Keep you hangin' on
Let me take my time,
I know right when I'm goin'
You're showin' me them signs,
You're gettin' turned on
And I,(I know), And I,(I know)that you want it girl
It's ok,(Oh, it's ok) to show me that O-Face(you can show me girl)

Oh No shades, lights on(lights on)
Look over your shoulder, I wanna see you lookin' at me
I wanna see, what's goin' on
While I'm takin' your body over (Oh!)
Girl it's ok,(you know it's ok) to show me that O-Face(I wanna see you're O-Face
Nobody needs to know it babe,(nobody, nobody, nobody)
Whats between me and you
