Jordan Nathaniel Marcel Knight (born May 17, 1970) is an American singer-songwriter best known as the lead singer in the boy band New Kids on the Block (NKOTB), and as an actor, who rose to fame in the 1980s and 1990s. He is best known for his distinctive falsetto style of singing, influenced by The Stylistics. After New Kids on the Block split, he launched a solo career. Jordan's first solo album, released in 1999, and his latest solo album, released in 2011, reached the Top 50 on the US Billboard 200. As of 2011, he released four Top 40 singles; the most well known being "Give It to You" in 1999. He has released three studio albums, one remix album and one EP. On May 31, 2011, he released the studio album, Unfinished. Knight has sold over 1.5 million records worldwide as a solo artist. In 2015, Boston City Council declared February 7 "Jordan Knight Day."
Knight was born in Worcester, Massachusetts. He is the youngest of 6 children: Allison, Sharon, David, Christopher, and Jonathan. Both his parents are Episcopal priests. He was close to 14 in 1984 when he joined New Kids on the Block, a band assembled in Boston by producer Maurice Starr. His fellow members included his brother, Jonathan Knight, as well as Joey McIntyre, Donnie Wahlberg, and Danny Wood. Over the next few years he began teaching himself piano and keyboard instruments, and writing songs. Starr, who wrote much of the New Kids material, was reluctant to add his work to the band's repertoire.
Jordan Knight is the eponymous debut album from former New Kids on the Block member, Jordan Knight. Jordan Knight co-produced 8 of the 11 tracks on the disc with help from Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis and a soon-to-be-known artist, Robin Thicke. The album sold over 500,000 copies in the US alone and reached #29 in the Billboard 200.
The album was released in 1999 at the height of MTV pop culture. The first single, "Give It to You" received heavy radio airplay and rotation in MTV. The album was certified Gold months after its release.
In Asia, Knight and boyband 98 Degrees headlined a tour in support of their albums.

"Let's Go Higher" is the first single from Jordan Knight's third studio album Unfinished, scheduled to be released in May 31, 2011. It was released in March 1, 2011 on iTunes. This is Jordan Knight's first solo single in over 5 years, the last one being "Say Goodbye" (2006).
Jordan Knight's single "Let's Go Higher" was released on March 1, 2011. The single is available as a digital download on iTunes.
The song was written by Jordan Knight and Mauli B and produced by onetime Lady Gaga collaborator Colby O'Donis. "I had a track and I really liked this track. I needed a writer to see if they could put some good idea over it," Knight said of another song he had been working on. "I was always talking about Colby O'Donis. He's got a great vibe," he recalled.
The video was filmed April 2011. About the music video, Knight said: "Fans can expect the video to be a mix between cool, sexy and fun" - though the process wasn't easy.
The official music video for "Let's Go Higher" was premiered on E! Online on April 21, 2011 and was uploaded on YouTube on April 23. The video features Jordan Knight dazzled by disco lights, singing and dancing in a night club being surrounded by ladies on the dance floor, along with the infectious beats and grooves, guiding the song with his dreamy voice. This is Jordan Knight's first solo music video in almost 12 years, the last one being for "I Could Never Take the Place of Your Man" (1999). Of the music video he said, "It was a lot of work because the song is happy and upbeat, but sometimes it's harder to translate that into video. I'm not 14. I can't jump around and do that kind of thing, but you still want it to be happy and fun", he added.
Jordan is a village in the town of Waterford, Connecticut, and the historic center of the town. It was named from the Jordan River. The village was listed on the National Register of Historic Places as Jordan Village Historic District in 1990. The district includes 58 contributing buildings and one other contributing site over an area of 57 acres (23 ha). It includes examples of Greek Revival and Queen Anne architectural styles.
Jordan Village is located on land known historically as Jordan Plain, a flat land area at the head of Jordan Cove, an estuary off Long Island Sound. The historic district surrounds the intersection of Rope Ferry Road and North Road.
Jordan (died in 982 or 984) was the first Bishop of Poland from 968 with his seat, most probably, in Poznań. He was an Italian or German.
Most evidence shows that he was missionary bishop subordinate directly to the Pope. He arrived in Poland, probably from Italy or the Rhineland, in 966 with Doubravka of Bohemia to baptise Mieszko I of Poland. After the death of Jordan until 992 the throne of the Bishop of Poland was vacant, or there was a bishop of unknown name (the first theory is more probable). His successor, from 992, was Unger.
The Jordan 198 was the car with which the Jordan Formula One team used to compete in the 1998 Formula One season. It was driven by 1996 World Champion Damon Hill, who had moved from Arrows, and Ralf Schumacher, who was in his second season with the team.
After a dismal start which saw the team fail to score a single championship point in the first half of the season, numerous improvements to the car and tyre development by Goodyear enabled Jordan to climb back into the top teams. At the 1998 Belgian Grand Prix, the team scored a historic first victory with Hill, with Schumacher finishing behind him in second place. The team finished fourth in the Constructors' Championship, one ahead of Benetton.

We...
We... go!
We...
Gotta go!
We gotta go higher!
High, kiss me in the night
Feel me and we'll fly
I'll take you much higher than you've ever been
Your body in my hands
Together we're gonna reach the stars!
Pump to the music,
We gotta go higher!
Go higher!
Pump to the music,
We gotta go higher, wooah!
We gotta go higher...
Gotta go!
You, the beat of my heart,
The beat of the drums,
We just keep on pumping, baby, never stop
We can't break away
Together we're gonna reach the stars!
Pump to the music,
We gotta go higher!
Go higher!
Pump to the music,
We gotta go higher, wooah!
We gotta go higher...
