Can you help me see the pain of losing a League of Legends game?
You might enjoy this video if you want to win more games of
League of Legends and be free of the pain that comes when losing a game. This video features a win with me playing Volibear in season 6 ranked in
Silver 1. What makes this video worth watching is the discussion of how the pain of losing is related to the pleasure of winning and that freedom plus an increase in skill comes from breaking out of that cycle. My hope is that you can even apply this to everything else in your life today because this is what I have done and work to do every day.
What I would love to know is how it feels for you when losing a game of League of Legends? Do you find yourself cussing at
Riot Games and sad to not rank up? I used to do this and felt a lot of shame and frustration with every loss. This kept me stuck in the cycle of fearing a loss and then getting loss after loss. The pain of losing was so great even the games that were wins often felt unsatisfying.
If you tell me how it feels when you lose a game of League of Legends, you might be able to see it and be free of it for your next loss. You then will also be likely to get a lot more wins!

With millions of people following online and thousands commenting every day, it is challenging for me to see what you have to say unless you share it while
I am live streaming. The easiest way to get me to notice your comment is to chat with me on whichever live stream is the least popular! For example, if
500 people are watching on Facebook,
100 on YouTube, and 10 on Twitch, the Twitch comments will be the place to get me to see what you have to say and to respond to you with a shout out or answer to your question.
If you want to learn how to do what I am doing online which is making videos and live streaming full time from my bedroom, try taking a few of my HD video courses on my website at https://jerrybanfield.com. It took me years to find a streaming setup and business system that consistently works online. You can see what I use in my business system at https://jerrybanfield.com/resources. You can read my books on
Amazon and Kindle at http://amazon.com/author/jerrybanfield. You can schedule a
1 on 1 call with me via Skype or phone anytime at https://jerrybanfield.com/call.
What else do I do outside of this? My roles in this life are a husband, father, family member, friend, and dog owner.
I go to a 12 step recovery group every day. I start my day off in prayer, I continue asking a higher power for help throughout the day, and finish my day with watching Netflix,
HBO, or
Amazon prime video with my wife followed by meditation before bed. The books I have found most helpful are on my website at https://jerrybanfield.com/books.
I appreciate you reading this and hope to see you on the next live stream!
Sincerely,
Jerry Banfield
