Orlando police have positively identified Christina Grimmie's murderer, not even a full day after the musician was so tragically and publicly murdered after a performance in the central Florida city. Police are confident in saying the man's name is Kevin James Loibl. They believe he drove from his home in St. Petersburg to the event Friday night in Orlando while making plans to return to St. Petersburg after the show. Obviously, that's a sign that at least at some point in the process, he felt like he was going to get away with the crime. She was billed as performing at the venue with boy band Before You Exit, Witnesses say the shooting occurred during a meet, and greet with the performer, with many teens and children in attendance, while other members of the audience were leaving the theater. The gunman reportedly opened fire on Grimmie, before being tackled by her brother. As many as five gunshots were fired, After being taken down the attacker turned the gun on himself. It's not clear yet if he knew Grimmie. The singer, who finished third in the 2014 season of The Voice, was in an unknown condition Friday night. Witnesses told that a woman who appeared to be badly hurt, was seen being taken to an ambulance. Fans were sending messages of support, and good wishes on social media using the hashtag pray for christina. Grimmie is known for covers of pop songs including Nelly's 'I have a dream.
