Happy holidays to all Vocaloid fans! My spirits were really lifted by this beautiful nostalgic song and I wanted to share my translation. DixieFlatline has created an excellently tuned song here with a great story, one which describes how Miku began with producers working hard in their homes and eventually led to Miku becoming the famous idol we know today. I hope you also enjoy the beautiful illustrations (and original concept) by Haruyo (はるよ) (Note: REALLY SORRY FOR THE TWO TYPOS, will upload a downloadable version with corrected text soon to mediafire or something. Here we have August Enna's "Fairy Tale (Symphonic Pictures)" Although it is not made explicit in the title, Enna was fascinated with Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tales, and this piece is meant to be a musical representation of them.

August Enna (13 May 1859 -- 3 August 1939) was a Danish composer, known mainly for his operas.
Enna was born in Denmark, but his ethnic origins lay in the town of Enna in Sicily. His first major success as a composer was The Witch (1892), which was followed by several popular operas, songs, two symphonies (in D minor and C minor), and a violin concerto. Strongly influenced by Wagner's music, he would himself be an influence on Danish composers such as Carl Nielsen.

Heaven
Heaven, the heavens or seven heavens, is a common religious, cosmological, or transcendent place where heavenly beings such as gods, angels, jinn, saints, or venerated ancestors are said to originate, be enthroned, or to live. According to the beliefs of some religions, heavenly beings can descend to earth or incarnate, and earthly beings can ascend to Heaven in the afterlife, or in exceptional cases enter Heaven alive.
Heaven is often described as a "higher place", the holiest place, a Paradise, in contrast to Hell or the Underworld or the "low places", and universally or conditionally accessible by earthly beings according to various standards of divinity, goodness, piety, faith, or other virtues or right beliefs or simply the will of God. Some believe in the possibility of a Heaven on Earth in a World to Come.
Another belief is in an axis mundi or world tree which connects the heavens, the terrestrial world, and the underworld. In Indian religions, Heaven is considered as Svarga loka, and the soul is again subjected to rebirth in different living forms according to its karma. This cycle can be broken after a soul achieves Moksha or Nirvana. Any place of existence, either of humans, souls or deities, outside the tangible world (Heaven, Hell, or other) is referred to as otherworld.

Tempo
In musical terminology, tempo [ˈtɛmpo] ("time" in Italian; plural: tempi [ˈtɛmpi]) is the speed or pace of a given piece or subsection thereof.
Measuring tempo
A piece of music's tempo is typically written at the start of the score, and in modern Western music is usually indicated in beats per minute (BPM). This means that a particular note value (for example, a quarter note, or crotchet) is specified as the beat, and that the amount of time between successive beats is a specified fraction of a minute. The greater the number of beats per minute, the smaller the amount of time between successive beats, and thus faster a piece must be played. For example, a tempo of 60 beats per minute signifies one beat per second, while a tempo of 120 beats per minute is twice as rapid, signifying one beat every 0.5 seconds. Mathematical tempo markings of this kind became increasingly popular during the first half of the 19th century, after the metronome had been invented by Johann Nepomuk Maelzel, although early metronomes were somewhat inconsistent. Here we have August Enna's "Fairy Tale (Symphonic Pictures)" Although it is not made explicit in the title, Enna was fascinated with Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tales, and this piece is meant to be a musical representation of them. From Wikipedia: August Enna (13 May 1859 -- 3 August 1939) was a Danish composer, known mainly for his operas. Enna was born in Denmark, but his ethnic origins lay in the town of Enna in Sicily. His first major success as a composer was The Witch (1892), which was followed by several popular operas, songs, two symphonies (in D minor and C minor), and a violin concerto. Strongly influenced by Wagner's music, he would himself be an influence on Danish composers such as Carl Nielsen.
