Hoda Kotb tells us about her new book, "Where We Belong" and reveals if there will be wedding bells in her future.
Kathie Lee and Hoda warned you to hide your kids during Friday's chat, and they were not messing around. When the ladies took a look at a post on The Frisky about grooming "down there," things got a wee bit hairy.
KLG, was of course, very subdued on the topic.
"How did anybody get pregnant before there was vajazzling?" she wondered, before adding that nobody used to wax. She then made a lawnmower sound, pushing Hoda into a deep blush. "We've been on this planet for 6 billion years, some people liked it down there with nothing going on!"
Then, Kathie Lee bemoaned the idea of "landing strip"-style grooming. "Is a guy supposed to make a noise?" she asked, imitating an airplane.
KLG said she does "only what's necessary" when it comes to her grooming habits, and then prodded Hoda for details. When Hoda finally admitted she was a "landing strip" kind of lady, the studio erupted in applause.
"Seen any 747s recently?!" screamed KLG.
Hoda tried to change the subject, but of course, KLG was not having it. "You think you know somebody!" she said, then pointed out that Hoda's admission would live forever — especially if she had anything to do with it. KLG brought it up approximately 300 times throughout the rest of the show, before harassing Sara and Bobbie about their preferred grooming.
"Please go away," sighed Bobbie.
"This chat is not usable," said Hoda hopefully, burying her head in her hands. Oh, if only she was right. Look forward to hearing about this for the next 600 or so Fourth Hours.

Hoda Kotb (
/ˈhoʊdə ˈkɒtbiː/; Arabic: هدى قطب Hudā Quṭb; born August 9, 1964) is an Egyptian-American television news anchor and TV host known as the co-host of the fourth hour of Today with Kathie Lee Gifford.
Kotb was born in Norman, Oklahoma, but grew up in Morgantown, West Virginia. Her parents are from Egypt. Kotb and her family lived in Egypt for a year, as well as Nigeria. In Arabic, the name "Hoda" means "guidance", and is very popular among Arab women. The surname "Kotb" means "the pole", as in North or South Pole, and is a common surname among Egyptians. The name is usually pronounced [ˈkutub]. For a period during her career, she spelled her surname Kotbe to aid in pronunciation; she has since reverted to using the original form, Kotb.
In 1986, she graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Arts in broadcast journalism. She is a member of the Delta Delta Delta sorority.
She was the keynote speaker at her alma mater for the 2008 Virginia Tech graduation, where she played Metallica's "Enter Sandman" over her iPod.

Whitney Cummings (born September 4, 1982) is an American comedian and actress. She was formerly a cast member of the MTV television show Punk'd and currently stars in the NBC sitcom Whitney.
Cummings was born September 4th, 1982 and raised in Georgetown, Washington, D.C. Her mother Patti is a PR executive and her father is a venture capitalist. She went to Holy Trinity School and then to high school at St. Andrew's Episcopal School in Potomac, Maryland, graduating in 2000. She interned at the local NBC news as a journalist. She began college at the University of North Carolina before subsequently transferring to the University of Pennsylvania. She graduated magna cum laude from Penn in three years in 2004, with a degree in communications and film. She was a model before becoming an actress.
Cummings moved to Los Angeles after college and worked on Punk'd on MTV in 2004 and the same year starred in a low-budget thriller, EMR, which was screened at Cannes. She began performing stand-up in 2004.Variety named Cummings one of 10 Comics to Watch in 2007. She appeared in the San Francisco audition for Last Comic Standing in 2008, though she didn't pass the showcase. Since then, Cummings has performed on The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien, HBO's Down and Dirty with Jim Norton, NBC's Last Call with Carson Daly, Comics Unleashed, and NESN's Comedy All-Stars. She co-starred on The Tony Rock Project and appeared in the 2008 movie Made of Honor. She has also made several appearances on the E! show Chelsea Lately on its round table. She hosted the 2008 Sundance Film Festival Dailies. She was named one of 12 Rising Stars of Comedy by Entertainment Weekly in 2008.

"This chat is not usable," said Hoda hopefully, burying her head in her hands. Oh, if only she was right. Look forward to hearing about this for the next 600 or so Fourth Hours.
