Even tho I don't live in seven hills I find it stupid that there building things that they don't need. And there pushing wild life out of the area which means more deer for the rest of us .-.

Hills, Ohio
Hills is an unincorporated community in Clermont County, in the U.S. state of Ohio.
History
A variant name was Hills Station. A post office called Hills Station was established in 1870, and remained in operation until 1925. Besides the post office, Hills Station had a country store and a depot on the Cincinnati and Marietta Railroad.

Seven Hills, Ohio
Seven Hills is a city in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, United States. The population was 11,804 at the 2010 census.
Geography
Seven Hills is located at 41°23′16″N 81°40′31″W / 41.38778°N 81.67528°W / 41.38778; -81.67528 (41.387703, -81.675350).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 4.92 square miles (12.74 km2), of which 4.91 square miles (12.72 km2) is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 km2) is water.
Demographics
2010 census
As of the census of 2010, there were 11,804 people, 4,989 households, and 3,586 families residing in the city. The population density was 2,404.1 inhabitants per square mile (928.2/km2). There were 5,167 housing units at an average density of 1,052.3 per square mile (406.3/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 95.6% White, 0.8% African American, 0.1% Native American, 2.5% Asian, 0.2% from other races, and 0.7% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.3% of the population.
There were 4,989 households of which 21.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 61.0% were married couples living together, 7.7% had a female householder with no husband present, 3.2% had a male householder with no wife present, and 28.1% were non-families. 24.8% of all households were made up of individuals and 14.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.36 and the average family size was 2.82.

A hill is a landform that extends above the surrounding terrain. It often has a distinct summit, although in areas with scarp/dip topography a hill may refer to a particular section of flat terrain without a massive summit (e.g. Box Hill, Surrey).

The distinction between a hill and a mountain is unclear and largely subjective, but a hill is universally considered to be less tall and less steep than a mountain. Mark L. Fine -- was President of America Nevada Corporation guiding the development of Green Valley for 17 years. During his tenure, Green Valley was rated one of the nation’s fastest growing communities. Mr. Fine was a builder who sought to create communities in which neighbors would take a sense of pride. To create this social environment in Green Valley, inspiration was drawn from the Shaker Heights neighborhood in Cleveland, Ohio, where Mr. Fine grew up. Open spaces, parks, public art, schools and libraries have always been priorities in his developments. Mr. Fine’s public art program, which featured outdoor sculpture throughout Green Valley, was embraced by the community and was rated “Best of the Best” by the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
Robert E. Campbell – was Senior Vice President and General manager of the Green Valley development from 1981 to 1985. He brought with him a wealth of experience in public administration, having held prior positions in school administration and City Management. He was the Director of Transportation for the Columbia Missouri Public Schools as well as City Manager in Booneville and Excelsior Springs, Missouri and in Henderson, Nevada before his work guiding aspects of the Green Valley development. Mr. Campbell’s memories of the challenges involved in coordinating private and public interests in such a massive venture as the Green Valley project will add a great deal of interest to the presentation, “Desert to Green Valley”.
Brad Nelson – was COO Development/Senior Vice-President of America Nevada Corporation, 1984 to 1999 during which time he completed the master planning, entitlements, as well as development and sales of Green Valley, Green Valley Ranch and Seven Hills in Henderson, totaling over 15,000 residential units and 450 acres of commercial, office and industrial areas on 9,700 acres. Mr. Nelson has photos including aerials of the region that will remind us of how things have changed in our desert during these past thirty some years.
