Plot: It is the summer of 1854 and a violent cholera outbreak has decimated the unseemly district of Soho, London. While the source of the outbreak remains unclear, the leading medical authorities blame the miasma, or poisonous air, which emanates from the filthy sewers and nearby bone boiling establishments. When an unlikely physician, Dr. John Snow, employs his newly developed disease mapping techniques, he uncovers an entirely different theory - that the outbreak is stemming from a public water source known as the Broad Street Pump. After his impulsive attempts to shut down the pump are thwarted by unknowing residents, he desperately seeks the aid of his medical colleagues. Snow's outlandish theory is then ridiculed by the politically motivated and devout miasmist, Dr. Paris, who is charged by the Queen to put an end to the crisis. Snow realizes that he must face the Board of Governors alone, the only body that can authorize the closing of a local public utility. With the clock ticking and residents dying, he must piece together a scientific puzzle that will culminate in one historic moment, anointing Dr. John Snow as "Father of Modern Epidemiology".

Plot: While on the run from the reformatory, a 12 year old boy named Municipality finds and saves a two day old abandoned baby from becoming the prey to a ferocious street dog. Failing to find any takers among the people whom he deemed responsible and respectable, Municipality takes up the onus of finding the mother of that abandoned baby himself. Municipality's rock steady determination ultimately helps him emerge a winner against all odds as he reaches that baby's mother but in bargain he loses his most precious possession, the flawless and god-like image of a mother he used to see in his dreams and probably the hope that he'll ever find his own mother again.

Plot: The film (the third of the Reding brothers) is about a German teenager following his identity crisis. The boy, transformed by the usual down-trodden socio-economic conditions of contemporary Europe, becomes a skin head, following the first one's lead. On the other side he befriends with a leftist (a punk) who is gay. This causes more and more conflicts which eventually leads to an atrocious end for the punk. The film offers scenes of homophobic violence by skinheads, and the whole relationship between the skinhead and gay movements (in Germany gay skinheads represent a substantial subculture).
