The abuse of children is a terrible thing. We don't need to mislead people with questionable statistics to make it seem worse than it is, nor to try to blame any particular group for political means.
What we do need are better data gathering tools and better, more refined, definitions of abuse that include both genders equally to stop children falling between the cracks so we can wipe out child abuse for good.

More information than you ever wanted about genital cutting!
Cutting someone else's genitals without consent is not a good idea outside of reasons of valid medical intervention. It is not a women's issue, it is not a men's issue, it is a people issue and must be approached as such. Stop gendering ungendered problems and stop spreading misinformation and relying on knee jerk emotional propaganda to manipulate people into ignoring the real issue.

This mini series [After Hours] used to be on my second (backup) channel as an excuse to actually use that channel and to add some extra after thoughts on videos that get left on the cutting room floor, thoughts that happen after the event or to follow up on some of the more interesting comments left on the video.
It was originally separated from the main channel because I thought it might be annoying for people to get extra content on basically the same thing they watched before. However, after some consideration the content isn't different enough from the main channel content to be worth its own dedicated channel so I'm transferring it to the main channel.

TL;DR, short for "too long; didn't read", is an expression used in Internet culture to say that some text being replied to has been ignored or as a signifier for a summary of an online post or news article. It originates in Internet slang, where it is often used in quoted responses to indicate parts of the text skipped as too lengthy.
The abbreviation is based on the principle that, if the writer does not invest the time to convey their message concisely, the reader is justified not investing the time to read it.
