In this final series of videos, from Day Four of NAMM 2016, we went on a search for the ULTIMATE Guitar Tone! We only had a few hours to do so and were not able to include all of the guitar amp manufacturers that we would have liked to!
But, for the manufacturers we visited - ENGL, BOGNER, FRIEDMAN, MORGAN & MARSHALL - we were greatly pleased by the results presented by these five (5) incredible amp builders!

The ENGL A101 Acoustic amp song!
The ENGL A101 is a 150 W all-round acoustic amplifier, designed to fulfill the needs of every performing artist. This amp is not only for acoustic guitars, but also for vocals and all other acoustic instruments. It is even possible to connect instruments with higher outputs to it like keyboards. This makes it the perfect tool for smaller gigs and even makes rehearsing wherever you are a totally new and impressive experience.
Meet at your friend’s house, connect one or two guitars (Channels 1-3), a mic (Channel 1-2) or maybe a keyboard (Channel 3) to the A101 and start practicing with a sound that gives you the feeling of being live on stage. Enjoy this great demo of the new Invader 2 by Marco Wriedt (21Octayne/Axxis). He is going through all four channels and gives you an idea of how versatile this amp is. Additionally you can even customize your sound by adding the Z16 Sound Wizard Module to this amp. But this is something we will show you in the next Invader 2 video. In this video Marco is using different guitars and for the delay he is using a XVive delay pedal. The songs Marco is playing to are from the 21Octayne album "Into the open" which was also recorded with the Invader 2. Make sure to check it out!

Adolf Engler
Heinrich Gustav Adolf Engler (March 25, 1844 – October 10, 1930) was a German botanist. He is notable for his work on plant taxonomy and phytogeography, such as Die natürlichen Pflanzenfamilien (The Natural Plant Families), edited with Karl A. E. von Prantl.
Even now, his system of plant classification, the Engler system, is still used by many herbaria and is followed by writers of many manuals and floras. It is still the only system that treats all 'plants' (in the wider sense, algae to flowering plants) in such depth.
Engler published a prodigious number of taxonomic works. He used various artists to illustrate his books, notably Joseph Pohl (1864–1939), an illustrator who had served an apprenticeship as a wood-engraver. Pohl's skill drew Engler's attention, starting a collaboration of some 40 years. Pohl produced more than 33 000 drawings in 6 000 plates for Die naturlichen Pflanzenfamilien. He also illustrated Das Pflanzenreich (1900–1953), Die Pflanzenwelt Afrikas (1908–1910), Monographien afrikanischer Pflanzenfamilien (1898–1904) and the journals Engler's botanische Jahrbücher.
