So I've been playing a good amount of League of Legends lately, and as I tend to draw inspiration from whatever I happen to be hooked on at the time, I thought I'd try some music based on LoL for a bit. I've also been meaning to practice writing/arranging orchestral music more, since my pipe dream has always been to compose for Games, Film, or TV, though who knows if that'll ever become a reality.
It may not be a cataclysm mix, but don't worry, I don't plan on stopping my WoW-themed music, this is just a bit different since I've been playing another game a lot lately =). If you guys have any suggestions on where I should start with Catacylsm remixes, feel free to let me know, as there's still a lot of stuff in the expansion I haven't seen.

Xin Zhao & Sona are from Ionia, but they are in leagues with Demacia now. Same with Udyr, who has moved on to the Freljord. Ahri and Jax just didn't fit with any of the segments I was trying to cover. I wanted to include Janna in the Master/Apprentice segment (since she taught Karma), but that didn't work out.

Hey guys! Sorry this project took so long, I underestimated the scope of this project. It took me about 3 months to complete the modeling, set design, texturing, rigging, (hand) animation, and editing. But rendering took almost 2 months including lighting, compositing, and also school. Anyway, I hope you guys enjoyed it! Looking forward to next time.

Cuộc chiến tranh xâm lược của Noxus vào Ionia là một trong những cuộc chiến đẫm máu, chứa chất vô vàn đau thương và nước mắt trong lịch sử chiến tranh thế giới Runeterra từ sau kỷ nguyên của Liên Minh Huyền Thoại. Chiến tranh đã tàn phá và cướp đi sinh mạng của rất nhiều cư dân Ionia, trở thành một hồi ức đau thương không bao giờ phai mờ trong lịch sử Ionia nói chung và mỗi cư dân đã trải qua cuộc chiến. Nhiều năm sau cuộc chiến, cư dân Ionia vẫn luôn khắc cốt ghi tâm bài học về chiến tranh, và tự nhủ rằng họ sẽ không bao giờ để lặp lại chiến tranh một lần nào nữa.
Sau hơn 20 năm xung đột và chiến tranh diễn ra khắp nơi trên thế giới Valoran, các triệu hồi sư đến từ nhiều thành bang khác nhau đã họp lại và đi đến quyết định thành lập ra Liên Minh Huyền Thoại, một tổ chức chính trị có nhiệm vụ điều hướng, lãnh đạo các xung đột chính trị, kiểm soát và kìm hãm bất kỳ giao tranh trên diện rộng nào. Giờ đây, với sự thành lập của Liên Minh Huyền Thoại, xung đột giữa các thành bang nay sẽ được chuyển thành các trận đấu trên các Chiến Trường Công Lý, nơi mà các yếu tố về ma pháp được Liên Minh kiểm soát chặt chẽ. Và từ đây, xung đột vũ trang giữa các thành bang cũng đã dần chấm dứt.
Tuy nhiên, Ionia lại là một ngoại lệ. Từ chối gia nhập Liên Minh, những người lãnh đạo Ionia cho rằng vùng đất vốn thanh bình Ionia không liên quan đến các xung đột chính trị diễn ra trên đại lục địa Valoran. Sự trung lập của Ionia vô tình đã gây ra cho họ một tai họa mới: họ đã bị con thú Noxus khát máu nhòm ngó tới. Và điều gì đến cuối cùng cũng đã đến: một cuộc viễn chinh toàn diện của Noxus bắt đầu đổ bộ lên quần đảo vốn thanh bình này. Chiến tranh đã diễn ra.
Cuộc chiến tranh được bắt đầu với việc toàn bộ lực lượng viễn chinh Noxus tràn vào khu vực phía Nam Ionia. Lực lượng thiện chiến của Noxus dễ dàng đè bẹp sự phản kháng yếu ớt của Ionia ở đây, và họ thành lập căn cứ để bắt đầu các giai đoạn tiếp theo của cuộc viễn chinh xâm lược.
Quân đội Noxus mang theo rất nhiều lính đánh thuê từ thành bang Zaun đến với Ionia. Những thí nghiệm điên cuồng và vô nhân tính của đám khoa học Zaun, cụ thể là Singed và Warwick đã gây ra những thảm cảnh tàn sát, khủng bố và giết chóc khắp nơi chúng đi qua. Và sự căm hờn của toàn bộ thành bang Ionia đã đẩy tới giới hạn: toàn bộ thành bang đã vùng dậy phản kháng quân xâm lược Noxus. Mặc cho những cố gắng của quân và dân Ionia, binh đoàn thiện chiến của Noxus đã đẩy lùi sự phản kháng của lực lượng kháng chiến Ionia đến tận thủ phủ của Ionia, lâu đài Placidium. Và trận quyết chiến đã diễn ra, định đoạt số phận của toàn bộ đất nước.
Lực lượng kháng chiến, dưới sự lãnh đạo của Irelia, đã kiên cường chống lại từng đợt công kích của quân thù. Thanh kiếm của Irelia vung lên, và từng lớp từng lớp lính Noxus ngã xuống, chết như ngả rạ dưới chân cô. Không may, giữa lúc chiến trận đang diễn ra khốc liệt, Irelia đã trúng phải một đòn đánh hiểm độc. Có lẽ cô sẽ ngã xuống nếu như không có sự cứu rỗi của Soraka. Dùng toàn bộ năng lượng của mình, Soraka hồi sinh cho Irelia. Và trong khoảnh khắc cận kề cái chết, Irelia điều khiển thanh gươm của cha mình đánh thẳng vào giữa hàng ngũ quân Noxus. Quân Noxus hoảng loạn trước khí phách phi thường của vị nữ tướng này. Chẳng mấy chốc, đội ngũ quân Noxus tan rã hoàn toàn, và đám tàn quân buộc phải tháo chạy khỏi Placidium. Cuộc kháng chiến của quân dân Ionia đã thắng lợi.

Chúng ta là ai? Cuộc sống thực sự có nghĩa là gì? Theo đuổi như vậy rất ít thời gian cho những suy nghĩ của chủ nghĩa đế quốc và người Ionia là những người yêu hòa bình

Ionia
Ionia (Ancient Greek: Ἰωνία or Ἰωνίη; Turkish: İyonya) is an ancient region of central coastal Anatolia in present-day Turkey, the region nearest İzmir, which was historically Smyrna. It consisted of the northernmost territories of the Ionian League of Greek settlements. Never a unified state, it was named after the Ionian tribe who, in the Archaic Period (600–480 BC), settled mainly the shores and islands of the Aegean Sea. Ionian states were identified by tradition and by their use of Eastern Greek.
Ionia proper comprised a narrow coastal strip from Phocaea in the north near the mouth of the river Hermus (now the Gediz), to Miletus in the south near the mouth of the river Maeander, and included the islands of Chios and Samos. It was bounded by Aeolia to the north, Lydia to the east and Caria to the south. The cities within the region figured large in the strife between the Persian Empire and the Greeks.
According to Greek tradition, the cities of Ionia were founded by colonists from the other side of the Aegean. Their settlement was connected with the legendary history of the Ionic people in Attica, which asserts that the colonists were led by Neleus and Androclus, sons of Codrus, the last king of Athens. In accordance with this view the "Ionic migration", as it was called by later chronologers, was dated by them one hundred and forty years after the Trojan War, or sixty years after the return of the Heracleidae into the Peloponnese.

Katheryn Elizabeth "Katy" Hudson (born October 25, 1984), known professionally as Katy Perry, is an American singer, songwriter, and actress. Chiến tranh đã tàn phá và cướp đi sinh mạng của rất nhiều cư dân Ionia, trở thành một hồi ức đau thương không bao giờ phai mờ trong lịch sử Ionia nói chung và mỗi cư dân đã trải qua cuộc chiến. Nhiều năm sau cuộc chiến, cư dân Ionia vẫn luôn khắc cốt ghi tâm bài học về chiến tranh, và tự nhủ rằng họ sẽ không bao giờ để lặp lại chiến tranh một lần nào nữa. Sau hơn 20 năm xung đột và chiến tranh diễn ra khắp nơi trên thế giới Valoran, các triệu hồi sư đến từ nhiều thành bang khác nhau đã họp lại và đi đến quyết định thành lập ra Liên Minh Huyền Thoại, một tổ chức chính trị có nhiệm vụ điều hướng, lãnh đạo các xung đột chính trị, kiểm soát và kìm hãm bất kỳ giao tranh trên diện rộng nào. Giờ đây, với sự thành lập của Liên Minh Huyền Thoại, xung đột giữa các thành bang nay sẽ được chuyển thành các trận đấu trên các Chiến Trường Công Lý, nơi mà các yếu tố về ma pháp được Liên Minh kiểm soát chặt chẽ. Và từ đây, xung đột vũ trang giữa các thành bang cũng đã dần chấm dứt. Tuy nhiên, Ionia lại là một ngoại lệ. Từ chối gia nhập Liên Minh, những người lãnh đạo Ionia cho rằng vùng đất vốn thanh bình Ionia không liên quan đến các xung đột chính trị diễn ra trên đại lục địa Valoran. Sự trung lập của Ionia vô tình đã gây ra cho họ một tai họa mới: họ đã bị con thú Noxus khát máu nhòm ngó tới. Và điều gì đến cuối cùng cũng đã đến: một cuộc viễn chinh toàn diện của Noxus bắt đầu đổ bộ lên quần đảo vốn thanh bình này. Chiến tranh đã diễn ra. Quân đội Noxus mang theo rất nhiều lính đánh thuê từ thành bang Zaun đến với Ionia. Những thí nghiệm điên cuồng và vô nhân tính của đám khoa học Zaun, cụ thể là Singed và Warwick đã gây ra những thảm cảnh tàn sát, khủng bố và giết chóc khắp nơi chúng đi qua. Và sự căm hờn của toàn bộ thành bang Ionia đã đẩy tới giới hạn: toàn bộ thành bang đã vùng dậy phản kháng quân xâm lược Noxus. Và trận quyết chiến đã diễn ra, định đoạt số phận của toàn bộ đất nước. Lực lượng kháng chiến, dưới sự lãnh đạo của Irelia, đã kiên cường chống lại từng đợt công kích của quân thù. Thanh kiếm của Irelia vung lên, và từng lớp từng lớp lính Noxus ngã xuống, chết như ngả rạ dưới chân cô. Không may, giữa lúc chiến trận đang diễn ra khốc liệt, Irelia đã trúng phải một đòn đánh hiểm độc. Có lẽ cô sẽ ngã xuống nếu như không có sự cứu rỗi của Soraka. Dùng toàn bộ năng lượng của mình, Soraka hồi sinh cho Irelia. Và trong khoảnh khắc cận kề cái chết, Irelia điều khiển thanh gươm của cha mình đánh thẳng vào giữa hàng ngũ quân Noxus. Quân Noxus hoảng loạn trước khí phách phi thường của vị nữ tướng này. Chẳng mấy chốc, đội ngũ quân Noxus tan rã hoàn toàn, và đám tàn quân buộc phải tháo chạy khỏi Placidium. Cuộc kháng chiến của quân dân Ionia đã thắng lợi. -

So I've been playing a good amount of League of Legends lately, and as I tend to draw inspiration from whatever I happen to be hooked on at the time, I thought I'd try some music based on LoL for a bit. I've also been meaning to practice writing/arranging orchestral music more, since my pipe dream has always been to compose for Games, Film, or TV, though who knows if that'll ever become a reality.
It may not be a cataclysm mix, but don't worry, I don't plan on stopping my WoW-themed music, this is just a bit different since I've been playing another game a lot lately =). If you guys have any suggestions on where I should start with Catacylsm remixes, feel free to let me know, as there's still a lot of stuff in the expansion I haven't seen.

Hey guys! Sorry this project took so long, I underestimated the scope of this project. It took me about 3 months to complete the modeling, set design, texturing, rigging, (hand) animation, and editing. But rendering took almost 2 months including lighting, compositing, and also school. Anyway, I hope you guys enjoyed it! Looking forward to next time.

Cuộc chiến tranh xâm lược của Noxus vào Ionia là một trong những cuộc chiến đẫm máu, chứa chất vô vàn đau thương và nước mắt trong lịch sử chiến tranh thế giới Runeterra từ sau kỷ nguyên của Liên Minh Huyền Thoại. Chiến tranh đã tàn phá và cướp đi sinh mạng của rất nhiều cư dân Ionia, trở thành một hồi ức đau thương không bao giờ phai mờ trong lịch sử Ionia nói chung và mỗi cư dân đã trải qua cuộc chiến. Nhiều năm sau cuộc chiến, cư dân Ionia vẫn luôn khắc cốt ghi tâm bài học về chiến tranh, và tự nhủ rằng họ sẽ không bao giờ để lặp lại chiến tranh một lần nào nữa.
Sau hơn 20 năm xung đột và chiến tranh diễn ra khắp nơi trên thế giới Valoran, các triệu hồi sư đến từ nhiều thành bang khác nhau đã họp lại và đi đến quyết định thành lập ra Liên Minh Huyền Thoại, một tổ chức chính trị có nhiệm vụ điều hướng, lãnh đạo các xung đột chính trị, kiểm soát và kìm hãm bất kỳ giao tranh trên diện rộng nào. Giờ đây, với sự thành lập của Liên Minh Huyền Thoại, xung đột giữa các thành bang nay sẽ được chuyển thành các trận đấu trên các Chiến Trường Công Lý, nơi mà các yếu tố về ma pháp được Liên Minh kiểm soát chặt chẽ. Và từ đây, xung đột vũ trang giữa các thành bang cũng đã dần chấm dứt.
Tuy nhiên, Ionia lại là một ngoại lệ. Từ chối gia nhập Liên Minh, những người lãnh đạo Ionia cho rằng vùng đất vốn thanh bình Ionia không liên quan đến các xung đột chính trị diễn ra trên đại lục địa Valoran. Sự trung lập của Ionia vô tình đã gây ra cho họ một tai họa mới: họ đã bị con thú Noxus khát máu nhòm ngó tới. Và điều gì đến cuối cùng cũng đã đến: một cuộc viễn chinh toàn diện của Noxus bắt đầu đổ bộ lên quần đảo vốn thanh bình này. Chiến tranh đã diễn ra.
Cuộc chiến tranh được bắt đầu với việc toàn bộ lực lượng viễn chinh Noxus tràn vào khu vực phía Nam Ionia. Lực lượng thiện chiến của Noxus dễ dàng đè bẹp sự phản kháng yếu ớt của Ionia ở đây, và họ thành lập căn cứ để bắt đầu các giai đoạn tiếp theo của cuộc viễn chinh xâm lược.
Quân đội Noxus mang theo rất nhiều lính đánh thuê từ thành bang Zaun đến với Ionia. Những thí nghiệm điên cuồng và vô nhân tính của đám khoa học Zaun, cụ thể là Singed và Warwick đã gây ra những thảm cảnh tàn sát, khủng bố và giết chóc khắp nơi chúng đi qua. Và sự căm hờn của toàn bộ thành bang Ionia đã đẩy tới giới hạn: toàn bộ thành bang đã vùng dậy phản kháng quân xâm lược Noxus. Mặc cho những cố gắng của quân và dân Ionia, binh đoàn thiện chiến của Noxus đã đẩy lùi sự phản kháng của lực lượng kháng chiến Ionia đến tận thủ phủ của Ionia, lâu đài Placidium. Và trận quyết chiến đã diễn ra, định đoạt số phận của toàn bộ đất nước.
Lực lượng kháng chiến, dưới sự lãnh đạo của Irelia, đã kiên cường chống lại từng đợt công kích của quân thù. Thanh kiếm của Irelia vung lên, và từng lớp từng lớp lính Noxus ngã xuống, chết như ngả rạ dưới chân cô. Không may, giữa lúc chiến trận đang diễn ra khốc liệt, Irelia đã trúng phải một đòn đánh hiểm độc. Có lẽ cô sẽ ngã xuống nếu như không có sự cứu rỗi của Soraka. Dùng toàn bộ năng lượng của mình, Soraka hồi sinh cho Irelia. Và trong khoảnh khắc cận kề cái chết, Irelia điều khiển thanh gươm của cha mình đánh thẳng vào giữa hàng ngũ quân Noxus. Quân Noxus hoảng loạn trước khí phách phi thường của vị nữ tướng này. Chẳng mấy chốc, đội ngũ quân Noxus tan rã hoàn toàn, và đám tàn quân buộc phải tháo chạy khỏi Placidium. Cuộc kháng chiến của quân dân Ionia đã thắng lợi.

Ionia là thành phố dành cho những ai tìm kiếm sự thông tuệ trong tâm trí, sự uyên thâm trong tâm linh. Tìm kiếm sự giác ngộ và khai sáng. Dân cư ở đây đa phần là những con người bình thường, nhưng cũng có một số ít những sinh vật kì lạ của những phép thuật cổ xưa.
Khác với Piltover, Ionia đa phần có nhiều trường học, tu viện, Thư viện, Nhà thờ, nhưng nơi bạn có thể tìm kiếm sự giác ngộ của bản thân, và khai sáng trong tiềm thức và để tìm ra câu trả lời cho những câu hỏi như: Tại sao chúng ta ở đây? Chúng ta là ai? Cuộc sống thực sự có nghĩa là gì? Theo đuổi như vậy rất ít thời gian cho những suy nghĩ của chủ nghĩa đế quốc và người Ionia là những người yêu hòa bình
Các vị tướng của Ionia trong Chiến trường công lý gồm:
- Ahri: Hồ ly sống tại khu rừng phía nam Ionia
- Irelia: Thống soái bảo hộ Ionia
- Karma: Sinh ra tại 1 ngôi làng nhỏ thuộc Ionia, sau này trở thành người bảo hộ của Ionia trước sự tấn công của Noxus
- Lee Sin: Sinh ra trong 1 ngôi làng nhỏ ở Ionia, người sau này đã hủy diệt cả ngôi làng vì sai lầm khi sử dụng thuật triệu hồi của bản thân. Sau đó Leesin trở thành 1 thầy tu tại tu viện Shojin để sám hối.
- Master Yi: 1 trong số ít thành viên còn sót lại và là người luyện thành công kiếm thuật Wuju ở Ionia
- Soraka: 1 thực thể thần thánh của những vì sao sống tại Grove Astral
- Varus: Người trông coi ngôi đền thiêng ở Ionia
- Shen: Người đứng đầu hội Kinkou
- Akali: Thành viên của Kinkou
- Zed: Kẻ phản bội lại Kinkou và đứng đầu Hội Bóng Đêm
