Thank You for watching my Tour Kuna Idaho video. I had lots of fun making it going to the Initial Point, Swan Falls, Kuna Caves and along the Kuna Green Belt.
The Initial Point is the center for everything in Idaho. There are tons of trails out in the area to ride dirt bikes, razors, four wheelers and side by sides.
Many people sight in their guns out there and shoot rabbits and whistle pigs
The Swan Falls Dam boasts many activities from boating, fishing , pic nics and the museum.
Kuna Caves was somewhat of a disappointment because the roads leading to it were extremely rutted and not fun to drive on. Not only was the ground beaten badly the cave has been through quite a bit of destruction from people dumping trash and vandalism.
There are a multitude of dairy's around Kuna and even one of the largest slaughterhouses in the nation lays just outside the town.
The Kuna GreenBelt and the Indian Creek run right through town and provides tons of activities from hiking to biking and floating the creek.
My name is Isaac Crace. I was born and raised in Nampa Idaho and first hand have seen this valley go from cornfields and tractors to crowded sidewalks and suburbs. From growing up here in Nampa Idaho I know this valley like the back of my hand. Nampa Idaho & Idaho in general has shaped me into an avid outdoorsman with a great love for the outdoor life that the Idaho has to offer with the most public land in the world. If you're thinking of moving to Boise Idaho, one city you might consider is Kuna Idaho. Kuna is about 30 mins from Boise, but is becoming more and more popular due to the high population of people living in Boise.
In this video I talk about the pros and cons of living in Kuna Idaho. If you're interested in knowing if Kuna is a good place to live, this video is for you!
Specifically, I mention five positive things about living in Kuna:
1) It's a small city, but still near enough to Boise that one could live in Kuna, but work in the capital.
2) Since Kuna is not part of Boise, it doesn't deal with the issues that big cities deal with.
3) Kuna is more community oriented than Boise.
4) The city has everything you need.
5) Kuna has nice parks and open spaces.
As for what makes living in Kuna Idaho a bit less attractive, I mention the following:
1) House prices are not that much cheaper in Kuna.
2) The city does not have much night life.
3) Distance is an issue if you are working in Boise.
4) Kuna can be windy.
5) The Kuna school district is nothing to write home about.

From wikipedia: Kuna Caves are an underground lava tube cave found south of Kuna, Idaho. There is currently one publicly known entrance to the cave, an opening in the ground with a caged ladder leading down into the cave.
The caves are about 50 feet (15 m) deep and run about a quarter mile north and around 1,000 feet (300 m) south from the entrance. The southern portion of the cave requires you to crawl through a trench dug out of the clay floor of the cave leading to a small space approximately 4 feet (1.2 m) long by 3 feet (0.91 m) wide by 3 feet (0.91 m) high in which you can turn around to return to the main cavern.
The official Bureau of Land Management stance on the cave is that it should not be visited by the general public.

Kuna, Idaho
Kuna is a city in Ada County, Idaho, United States. It is part of the Boise City–Nampa, Idaho Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 15,210 at the 2010 census.
Kuna is one of the fastest-growing areas in Idaho, having nearly tripled in population between 2000 and 2010.
Geography
Kuna is located at 43°29′35″N 116°25′8″W / 43.49306°N 116.41889°W / 43.49306; -116.41889 (43.493092, -116.418936) at an elevation of 2,694 feet (821 m) above sea level. Kuna's business center is approximately 18 miles (29 km) southwest of downtown Boise, the state capital.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 18.18 square miles (47.09 km2), of which, 18.08 square miles (46.83 km2) is land and 0.10 square miles (0.26 km2) is water.
South of Kuna is located the Kuna Caves, an underground lava flow cave.
A small seasonal creek, Indian Creek, runs through the city. It is now used as an irrigation canal, filled by the New York Canal from the Boise River Diversion Dam. One of the few small floatable waterways in the region, Indian Creek is a favorite swimming spot for local residents.

Fires (Nerina Pallot album)
Fires is the second album by London-born singer-songwriter Nerina Pallot. First released in April 2005 on her own independent record label, Idaho Records, Fires was met with much critical acclaim but did not gain commercial recognition.
After working as a support act for artists such as Sheryl Crow and Suzanne Vega, Pallot was signed up to 14th Floor Records, who were impressed with the audience response and after-show sales of her album. Thus, Fires was reissued in late April 2006 with revamped artwork and some slight remixes on some of Pallot's songs. The album entered at UK #41 and later, on the strength of the popular single "Everybody's Gone to War", made it as far as #21.
To date, the album has been certified gold in the UK for sales of over 100,000, and has earned Pallot a nomination at the 2007 BRIT Awards for Best British Female. As of 4 October 2009, the album has sold 138,563 copies in the UK.

Thank You for watching my Tour Kuna Idaho video. I had lots of fun making it going to the Initial Point, Swan Falls, Kuna Caves and along the Kuna Green Belt.
The Initial Point is the center for everything in Idaho. There are tons of trails out in the area to ride dirt bikes, razors, four wheelers and side by sides.
Many people sight in their guns out there and shoot rabbits and whistle pigs
The Swan Falls Dam boasts many activities from boating, fishing , pic nics and the museum.
Kuna Caves was somewhat of a disappointment because the roads leading to it were extremely rutted and not fun to drive on. Not only was the ground beaten badly the cave has been through quite a bit of destruction from people dumping trash and vandalism.
There are a multitude of dairy's around Kuna and even one of the largest slaughterhouses in the nation lays just outside the town.
The Kuna GreenBelt and the Indian Creek run right through town and provides tons of activities from hiking to biking and floating the creek.
My name is Isaac Crace. I was born and raised in Nampa Idaho and first hand have seen this valley go from cornfields and tractors to crowded sidewalks and suburbs. From growing up here in Nampa Idaho I know this valley like the back of my hand. Nampa Idaho & Idaho in general has shaped me into an avid outdoorsman with a great love for the outdoor life that the Idaho has to offer with the most public land in the world. I can always be found outside be it hunting and fishing or floating the river in the summer. To fuel my lifestyle I got in the family business making me a 3rd generation Realtor in the Nampa Idaho area. If you're thinking of moving to Boise Idaho, one city you might consider is Kuna Idaho. Kuna is about 30 mins from Boise, but is becoming more and more popular due to the high population of people living in Boise.
In this video I talk about the pros and cons of living in Kuna Idaho. If you're interested in knowing if Kuna is a good place to live, this video is for you!
Specifically, I mention five positive things about living in Kuna:
1) It's a small city, but still near enough to Boise that one could live in Kuna, but work in the capital.
2) Since Kuna is not part of Boise, it doesn't deal with the issues that big cities deal with.
3) Kuna is more community oriented than Boise.
4) The city has everything you need.
5) Kuna has nice parks and open spaces.
As for what makes living in Kuna Idaho a bit less attractive, I mention the following:
1) House prices are not that much cheaper in Kuna.
2) The city does not have much night life.
3) Distance is an issue if you are working in Boise.
4) Kuna can be windy.
5) The Kuna school district is nothing to write home about.

The caves are about 50 feet (15 m) deep and run about a quarter mile north and around 1,000 feet (300 m) south from the entrance. The southern portion of the cave requires you to crawl through a trench dug out of the clay floor of the cave leading to a small space approximately 4 feet (1.2 m) long by 3 feet (0.91 m) wide by 3 feet (0.91 m) high in which you can turn around to return to the main cavern.
The official Bureau of Land Management stance on the cave is that it should not be visited by the general public.

Thank You for watching my Tour Kuna Idaho video. I had lots of fun making it going to the Initial Point, Swan Falls, Kuna Caves and along the Kuna Green Belt.
The Initial Point is the center for everything in Idaho. There are tons of trails out in the area to ride dirt bikes, razors, four wheelers and side by sides.
Many people sight in their guns out there and shoot rabbits and whistle pigs
The Swan Falls Dam boasts many activities from boating, fishing , pic nics and the museum.
Kuna Caves was somewhat of a disappointment because the roads leading to it were extremely rutted and not fun to drive on. Not only was the ground beaten badly the cave has been through quite a bit of destruction from people dumping trash and vandalism.
There are a multitude of dairy's around Kuna and even one of the largest slaughterhouses in the nation lays just outside the town.
The Kuna GreenBelt and the Indian Creek run right through town and provides tons of activities from hiking to biking and floating the creek.
My name is Isaac Crace. I was born and raised in Nampa Idaho and first hand have seen this valley go from cornfields and tractors to crowded sidewalks and suburbs. From growing up here in Nampa Idaho I know this valley like the back of my hand. Nampa Idaho & Idaho in general has shaped me into an avid outdoorsman with a great love for the outdoor life that the Idaho has to offer with the most public land in the world. I can always be found outside be it hunting and fishing or floating the river in the summer. If you're thinking of moving to Boise Idaho, one city you might consider is Kuna Idaho. Kuna is about 30 mins from Boise, but is becoming more and more popular due to the high population of people living in Boise.
In this video I talk about the pros and cons of living in Kuna Idaho. If you're interested in knowing if Kuna is a good place to live, this video is for you!
Specifically, I mention five positive things about living in Kuna:
1) It's a small city, but still near enough to Boise that one could live in Kuna, but work in the capital.
2) Since Kuna is not part of Boise, it doesn't deal with the issues that big cities deal with.
3) Kuna is more community oriented than Boise.
4) The city has everything you need.
5) Kuna has nice parks and open spaces.
As for what makes living in Kuna Idaho a bit less attractive, I mention the following:
1) House prices are not that much cheaper in Kuna.
2) The city does not have much night life.
3) Distance is an issue if you are working in Boise.
4) Kuna can be windy.
5) The Kuna school district is nothing to write home about.

Kuna, Idaho
Kuna is a city in Ada County, Idaho, United States. It is part of the Boise City–Nampa, Idaho Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 15,210 at the 2010 census.
Kuna is one of the fastest-growing areas in Idaho, having nearly tripled in population between 2000 and 2010.
Geography
Kuna is located at 43°29′35″N 116°25′8″W / 43.49306°N 116.41889°W / 43.49306; -116.41889 (43.493092, -116.418936) at an elevation of 2,694 feet (821 m) above sea level. Kuna's business center is approximately 18 miles (29 km) southwest of downtown Boise, the state capital.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 18.18 square miles (47.09 km2), of which, 18.08 square miles (46.83 km2) is land and 0.10 square miles (0.26 km2) is water.
South of Kuna is located the Kuna Caves, an underground lava flow cave.
A small seasonal creek, Indian Creek, runs through the city. It is now used as an irrigation canal, filled by the New York Canal from the Boise River Diversion Dam. One of the few small floatable waterways in the region, Indian Creek is a favorite swimming spot for local residents.
