To show that Sweden does not have an extremely high amount of rape crimes that stands out from the rest of the world.
I'm sure that most people are rather interested of finding "the cause" of the rape crimes in general. To blame an ethnic group of people for being over represented as perpetrators.
But that is another subject in my opinion, as the statistics barely touch that subject.
In 4:46 - The question says "Who commits the sexual offences?" and her first respond to it is that they have a "limited information" about it.
As far as I know, Sweden does not measure (at least not publish) crime statistics where they divide demographic groups in religion nor ethnicity.
The only similar to such statistics is between native born and foreign born.
So I found it unnecessary to even make an international attention about an amount of rape crimes which aren't even unique.
Also to make a world wide attention where they blame the rape crimes of Sweden on ethnic groups when there are no statistics about it.
I mean. Why don't you focus on the rape crimes of Jamaica, India etc instead, rather of Sweden?
Why don't you focus on the ethnic statistics of USA instead, who have crime statistics divided in skin colour?

Somalia’s Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Mr. Abdirahman Yussuf Aynte signed a four year multi – million agreement with Sweden statistics to help Somalia with evidence based decisions such as National census and economic planning.
The agreement is important to the government of Somalia especially in the coming elections which needs an accurate figure of the country’s population. The agreement will also see the revival of the Statistics center of the Ministry of Planning of Somalia.
Minister Aynte termed the agreement beneficial to the government of Somalia and thanked the Swedish government for its role in Somalia’s reconstruction efforts. His Swedish counterpart Isabella Lövin said that the signing of the agreement will strengthen ties between the two countries. Somalia has signed several international agreements with different countries. Analysts say most agreements are not implemented to the letter do to constant changes in the Government of Somalia.

The impact INSPIRE will have on increased accessibility and use of geospatial information is still not fully recognized, but one thing is clear: INSPIRE promotes cooperation between data producers both on a national and a transnational level. The mapping authorities take the lead as national contact points, other authorities with a focus on spatial and environment data have also been involved in the progress of INSPIRE for some time. As the implementation of thematic information according to Annex III is approaching INSPIRE also involves authorities that perhaps have only a limited amount of spatial data - or authorities like a National Statistical Institute which have a vast amount of data, but what should be regarded as INSPIRE data?
During the autumn 2011 a pilot study was carried out at Statistics Sweden, SCB, with the aim to clarify how the authority could fulfil its obligations as responsible for certain INSPIRE themes1. The pilot study resulted in recommendations for implementation work during 2012 and 2013 and covered topics as how to optimize view- and download services, what data storage and data portal solutions is required, how to maintain metadata and reuse existing metadata and how to enable payment for download services. One important task during the pilot study was also to benchmark and try to find out if the results from other obligations, like the work with the census, could be re-used also within INSPIRE.
The study had a technical focus and didn't aim to solve the question what should be regarded as INSPIRE data, but it states that SCB will continue to use the Swedish Statistical Database as main channel for statistics on municipality and county level. Spatial data at SCB are considered to be data on a detailed regional level, like grids or census districts, and various territorial units like localities. This implies on a larger scale that INSPIRE should create added value primarily by making existing spatial statistics available that is not already reported to Eurostat and published in their Regional databases. It is also important to make sure that if there are existing European datasets they should be used as much as possible, to avoid unnecessary duplication of work.
There are several initiatives right now on how to make better use of geospatial information together with statistics and the need for more spatial information is underpinned by Eurostat, OECD and UN. The integration of spatial data like land cover, road networks, location of key infrastructure and services with socio-economic data on population distribution and population/workflows is essential to give the policymakers new knowledge to address various policy questions. To better understand regional growth and the difference between urban and rural areas there is an increasing demand for statistics with a geospatial dimension.
INSPIRE supports these efforts, but there is still a lot of work that needs to be done to make INSPIRE known and fully recognized in the statistical society. In Sweden the INSPIRE directive has resulted in a number of activities of which the data and service sharing already is working with lots of benefits for a National Statistical Institute. A special Geodata Cooperation Agreement was put in place in 2011 and the authorities that are parties in the cooperation offer each other their spatial data for official use to an annual fee.
Statistics Sweden is one of the public sector organisations that share spatial information and by doing so has been able to access new spatial information from the Swedish mapping, cadastral and land registration authority. Some examples of quality improvements are better accuracy in the delimitation of localities and the update frequency of cadastral information to the system of registers at SCB.
The quality benefits that a national statistical institute can gain from a spatial data infrastructure will become more evident in the coming years, as the possibilities to combine data sources and integrating data increase with easy accessible view- and download services.

At 450,295 square kilometres (173,860 sq mi), Sweden is the third-largest country in the European Union by area, with a total population of over 9.8 million. Sweden consequently has a low population density of 21 inhabitants per square kilometre (54/sq mi), with the highest concentration in the southern half of the country. Approximately 85% of the population lives in urban areas. Southern Sweden is predominantly agricultural, while the north is heavily forested. Sweden is part of the geographical area of Fennoscandia.
Germanic peoples have inhabited Sweden since prehistoric times, emerging into history as the Geats/Götar and Swedes/Svear and constituting the sea peoples known as the Norsemen. Sweden emerged as an independent and unified country during the Middle Ages. In the 17th century, it expanded its territories to form the Swedish Empire, which became one of the great powers of Europe until the early 18th century. Swedish territories outside the Scandinavian Peninsula were gradually lost during the 18th and 19th centuries, beginning with the annexation of present-day Finland by Russia in 1809. The last war in which Sweden was directly involved was in 1814, when Norway was militarily forced into personal union.

Statistics Sweden
Statistics Sweden (Swedish: Statistiska centralbyrån, SCB) is the Swedish government agency responsible for producing official statistics regarding Sweden. National statistics in Sweden date back to 1686 when the parishes of the Church of Sweden were ordered to start keeping records on the population. SCB's predecessor, the Tabellverket ("office of tables"), was set up in 1749, and the current name was adopted in 1858.
As of 2008, the agency had approximately 1,400 employees. The offices of the agency are located in Stockholm and Örebro. Statistics Sweden publishes the Journal of Official Statistics.

As far as I know, Sweden does not measure (at least not publish) crime statistics where they divide demographic groups in religion nor ethnicity. The only similar to such statistics is between native born and foreign born. So I found it unnecessary to even make an international attention about an amount of rape crimes which aren't even unique. Also to make a world wide attention where they blame the rape crimes of Sweden on ethnic groups when there are no statistics about it. I mean. Why don't you focus on the rape crimes of Jamaica, India etc instead, rather of Sweden? Why don't you focus on the ethnic statistics of USA instead, who have crime statistics divided in skin colour? The agreement is important to the government of Somalia especially in the coming elections which needs an accurate figure of the country’s population. The agreement will also see the revival of the Statistics center of the Ministry of Planning of Somalia. Minister Aynte termed the agreement beneficial to the government of Somalia and thanked the Swedish government for its role in Somalia’s reconstruction efforts. His Swedish counterpart Isabella Lövin said that the signing of the agreement will strengthen ties between the two countries. The impact INSPIRE will have on increased accessibility and use of geospatial information is still not fully recognized, but one thing is clear: INSPIRE promotes cooperation between data producers both on a national and a transnational level. The mapping authorities take the lead as national contact points, other authorities with a focus on spatial and environment data have also been involved in the progress of INSPIRE for some time. As the implementation of thematic information according to Annex III is approaching INSPIRE also involves authorities that perhaps have only a limited amount of spatial data - or authorities like a National Statistical Institute which have a vast amount of data, but what should be regarded as INSPIRE data? During the autumn 2011 a pilot study was carried out at Statistics Sweden, SCB, with the aim to clarify how the authority could fulfil its obligations as responsible for certain INSPIRE themes1. The pilot study resulted in recommendations for implementation work during 2012 and 2013 and covered topics as how to optimize view- and download services, what data storage and data portal solutions is required, how to maintain metadata and reuse existing metadata and how to enable payment for download services. One important task during the pilot study was also to benchmark and try to find out if the results from other obligations, like the work with the census, could be re-used also within INSPIRE. The study had a technical focus and didn't aim to solve the question what should be regarded as INSPIRE data, but it states that SCB will continue to use the Swedish Statistical Database as main channel for statistics on municipality and county level. Spatial data at SCB are considered to be data on a detailed regional level, like grids or census districts, and various territorial units like localities. This implies on a larger scale that INSPIRE should create added value primarily by making existing spatial statistics available that is not already reported to Eurostat and published in their Regional databases. It is also important to make sure that if there are existing European datasets they should be used as much as possible, to avoid unnecessary duplication of work. There are several initiatives right now on how to make better use of geospatial information together with statistics and the need for more spatial information is underpinned by Eurostat, OECD and UN. The integration of spatial data like land cover, road networks, location of key infrastructure and services with socio-economic data on population distribution and population/workflows is essential to give the policymakers new knowledge to address various policy questions. To better understand regional growth and the difference between urban and rural areas there is an increasing demand for statistics with a geospatial dimension. INSPIRE supports these efforts, but there is still a lot of work that needs to be done to make INSPIRE known and fully recognized in the statistical society. In Sweden the INSPIRE directive has resulted in a number of activities of which the data and service sharing already is working with lots of benefits for a National Statistical Institute. A special Geodata Cooperation Agreement was put in place in 2011 and the authorities that are parties in the cooperation offer each other their spatial data for official use to an annual fee. Statistics Sweden is one of the public sector organisations that share spatial information and by doing so has been able to access new spatial information from the Swedish mapping, cadastral and land registration authority. Some examples of quality improvements are better accuracy in the delimitation of localities and the update frequency of cadastral information to the system of registers at SCB. The quality benefits that a national statistical institute can gain from a spatial data infrastructure will become more evident in the coming years, as the possibilities to combine data sources and integrating data increase with easy accessible view- and download services. by M. To show that Sweden does not have an extremely high amount of rape crimes that stands out from the rest of the world.
I'm sure that most people are rather interested of finding "the cause" of the rape crimes in general. To blame an ethnic group of people for being over represented as perpetrators.
But that is another subject in my opinion, as the statistics barely touch that subject.
In 4:46 - The question says "Who commits the sexual offences?" and her first respond to it is that they have a "limited information" about it.
As far as I know, Sweden does not measure (at least not publish) crime statistics where they divide demographic groups in religion nor ethnicity.
The only similar to such statistics is between native born and foreign born.
So I found it unnecessary to even make an international attention about an amount of rape crimes which aren't even unique.
Also to make a world wide attention where they blame the rape crimes of Sweden on ethnic groups when there are no statistics about it.
I mean. Why don't you focus on the rape crimes of Jamaica, India etc instead, rather of Sweden?
Why don't you focus on the ethnic statistics of USA instead, who have crime statistics divided in skin colour?

The impact INSPIRE will have on increased accessibility and use of geospatial information is still not fully recognized, but one thing is clear: INSPIRE promotes cooperation between data producers both on a national and a transnational level. The mapping authorities take the lead as national contact points, other authorities with a focus on spatial and environment data have also been involved in the progress of INSPIRE for some time. As the implementation of thematic information according to Annex III is approaching INSPIRE also involves authorities that perhaps have only a limited amount of spatial data - or authorities like a National Statistical Institute which have a vast amount of data, but what should be regarded as INSPIRE data?
During the autumn 2011 a pilot study was carried out at Statistics Sweden, SCB, with the aim to clarify how the authority could fulfil its obligations as responsible for certain INSPIRE themes1. The pilot study resulted in recommendations for implementation work during 2012 and 2013 and covered topics as how to optimize view- and download services, what data storage and data portal solutions is required, how to maintain metadata and reuse existing metadata and how to enable payment for download services. One important task during the pilot study was also to benchmark and try to find out if the results from other obligations, like the work with the census, could be re-used also within INSPIRE.
The study had a technical focus and didn't aim to solve the question what should be regarded as INSPIRE data, but it states that SCB will continue to use the Swedish Statistical Database as main channel for statistics on municipality and county level. Spatial data at SCB are considered to be data on a detailed regional level, like grids or census districts, and various territorial units like localities. This implies on a larger scale that INSPIRE should create added value primarily by making existing spatial statistics available that is not already reported to Eurostat and published in their Regional databases. It is also important to make sure that if there are existing European datasets they should be used as much as possible, to avoid unnecessary duplication of work.
There are several initiatives right now on how to make better use of geospatial information together with statistics and the need for more spatial information is underpinned by Eurostat, OECD and UN. The integration of spatial data like land cover, road networks, location of key infrastructure and services with socio-economic data on population distribution and population/workflows is essential to give the policymakers new knowledge to address various policy questions. To better understand regional growth and the difference between urban and rural areas there is an increasing demand for statistics with a geospatial dimension.
INSPIRE supports these efforts, but there is still a lot of work that needs to be done to make INSPIRE known and fully recognized in the statistical society. In Sweden the INSPIRE directive has resulted in a number of activities of which the data and service sharing already is working with lots of benefits for a National Statistical Institute. A special Geodata Cooperation Agreement was put in place in 2011 and the authorities that are parties in the cooperation offer each other their spatial data for official use to an annual fee.
Statistics Sweden is one of the public sector organisations that share spatial information and by doing so has been able to access new spatial information from the Swedish mapping, cadastral and land registration authority. Some examples of quality improvements are better accuracy in the delimitation of localities and the update frequency of cadastral information to the system of registers at SCB.

The old town's most dominant building is the royal castle of Kungliga Slottet. Larger than London's Buckingham Palace, it contains 608 rooms.
The Stadshuset is one of the city's landmarks and was designed in Medieval style eith a tower that is almost 106 metres tall. The most important artists of the time were engaged in the creation of the Blue Hall in which the Noble Prize ceremony now takes place each year.
Those who appreciate museums will not be disappointed by Stockholm as it boasts more than 50! The National Museum, located on the Strömmen Canal, contains countless works of art. Due to the passion for art of various Swedish royal families and also generous public donations, the museum has a truly outstanding collection of French paintings that date back to the 18th century.
Six kilometres south of Stockholm is a cemetery that has been designated as a World Heritage Site by Unesco, the Skogskyrkogarden, the final resting place for many of Stockholm's past inhabitants and also some of its most famous, including Greta Garbo. This extraordinary complex took 30 years to build and is unique in the world.
Since 1998, this centuries-old Hanse city has also been the cultural capital of Europe. This city of the Vikings is a true architectural gem!
