Welcome to Part 5 in our series of nine prenatal meditation videos for mothers-to-be portraying the stages of pregnancy through visualizations with soothing background harp music containing a soft heartbeat.
Each video portrays a general developmental stage -- beginning from conception, and culminating with childbirth. A representative visualization card is shown on-screen during the gentle narrative explanation of what is occurring during that stage of your baby's fetal development and growth (and yours, too!). :-)
Each video also offers a color therapy recommendation, a musical meditation and some positive affirmations for the relaxation and upliftment of your heart and mind during that development stage of your baby.
We wrap-up this series with a tenth closing video containing a short interview with the founders of Right Brain Kids -- Pamela Hickein and Wennie Sun -- about our program called TweedleWink, an accelerated right brain learning program for younger children up to about six years of age, that you can start prenatally even before your baby is born.
This video is entitled "Part 5: Sensorial Awakening," and covers your baby's development from approximately Week 21 through Week 24.
The color therapy recommendation of this "Part 5" video is the color green. Some positive feelings, traits and qualities are suggested that can be inspired and invoked by meditating on this color.

Self Realization is the awakening of the Kundalini through the central channel, piercing through the six chakras above the sacrum bone and emerging at the top of the head (fontanel bone area) as a gentle "fountain" of coolness. The word fontanelle itself means "little fountain" which shows again the ancient knowledge about this phenomenon of Self Realization.
Self Realization has always been the ultimate goal of all religions and spiritual traditions of the world, but was extremely difficult to attain in the past. It has now become a mass phenomenon achieved effortlessly through Sahaja Yoga, which is Shri Mataji's invaluable gift to humanity.
Man in his search of joy and happiness is running away from his Self, which is the real source of joy. He finds himself very ugly and boring because he doesn't know his Self. A human being seeks joy in money or possessions, in power or human limited love, and ultimately in religion that is also outside. The problem is how to turn one's attention inward.
The inner being, which is our awareness, is an energy. I call it the energy of Divine Love. All evolution and the manifestation of material energy is guided by the supreme energy of Divine Love. We do not know how powerful and thoughtful this unknown energy is. The silent working of awareness is so automatic, minute, dynamic, and precious that we take it for granted. After Self-realization, this energy appears to us as silent throbbing vibrations flowing through our being. But we have been unable to achieve Self-realization because we cannot fix our attention on something that lacks form (abstract Being). Instead, our attention wanders outside on forms.

I am not really sure I have physically seen this painting before.....or it is a magnificent vision in my head......it keeps coming to me.....in flashes.....everyday I see it more and more...The painting is about 4ft high and 3 ft wide.....the majority of the painting exists, a very large hand.....with the index finger slightly curled upward......This hand has the markings of an old soul.......and human life lines.....markings...imprints.....the nails are clean....rounded....beautiful pink and white....older looking somehow.....the hand makes you feel, as you look at it in detail....that it is safe....gentle....warming sensations sweep over you...like soft waves from the ocean....as this feels like it is asking you...to come forward....in the top right corner is a rainbow.....the colors, as if you had never seen color so deepening before....it was reminding you of joy.......the colors made you feel......joyous......free....vibrant.....the colors so vibrant it feels like you meld together......on the left top corner you see a sun.....bright....almost blinding you....however you look past that and into the incredible warmth you are feeling...looking at this sun.....like times of playfulness, peacefulness,and unknown.....you bask in its healing.....in its knowingly love.....on the bottom of the painting I see you...as a representative for all....representing thousands of years....you see this come like a flash across your eyes....as you look...stare if you must.....you see all of history , comes flowing out of the painting ....this beautiful wonderful art.....showing you the tragedies-triumph, the suffering-healing, the tug-pull of life time of experiences.....all of different times ....but all merely the same....you feel all of this in your body...your heart...then through your soul.....a kind of physical terms....an orgasm....a body explosion....waves of expression of energy....you move through this centuries of time in seconds..

I spent the night at my parents house and woke up next to my mothers dog, a Pittbull who I call "piggy", who essentially startled me as it felt like some unknown person was lying next to me on the dark... Undisturbed and less than amused piggy, still very sleepy as a testament to the gentle nature of this misunderstood breed.

I am not really sure I have physically seen this painting before.....or it is a magnificent vision in my head......it keeps coming to me.....in flashes.....everyday I see it more and more...The painting is about 4ft high and 3 ft wide.....the majority of the painting exists, a very large hand.....with the index finger slightly curled upward......This hand has the markings of an old soul.......and human life lines.....markings...imprints.....the nails are clean....rounded....beautiful pink and white....older looking somehow.....the hand makes you feel, as you look at it in detail....that it is safe....gentle....warming sensations sweep over you...like soft waves from the ocean....as this feels like it is asking you...to come forward....in the top right corner is a rainbow.....the colors, as...

Awakening of the frog dog
I spent the night at my parents house and woke up next to my mothers dog, a Pittbull who I call "piggy", who essentially startled me as it felt like some unknown person was lying next to me on the dark... Undisturbed and less than amused piggy, still very sleepy as a testament to the gentle nature of this misunderstood breed.

A representative visualization card is shown on-screen during the gentle narrative explanation of what is occurring during that stage of your baby's fetal development and growth (and yours, too!). :-)
Each video also offers a color therapy recommendation, a musical meditation and some positive affirmations for the relaxation and upliftment of your heart and mind during that development stage of your baby.
We wrap-up this series with a tenth closing video containing a short interview with the founders of Right Brain Kids -- Pamela Hickein and Wennie Sun -- about our program called TweedleWink, an accelerated right brain learning program for younger children up to about six years of age, that you can start prenatally even before your baby is born.
This video is entitled "Part 5: Sensorial Awakening," and covers your baby's development from approximately Week 21 through Week 24.
The color therapy recommendation of this "Part 5" video is the color green. Some positive feelings, traits and qualities are suggested that can be inspired and invoked by meditating on this color.

Self Realization has always been the ultimate goal of all religions and spiritual traditions of the world, but was extremely difficult to attain in the past. It has now become a mass phenomenon achieved effortlessly through Sahaja Yoga, which is Shri Mataji's invaluable gift to humanity.
Man in his search of joy and happiness is running away from his Self, which is the real source of joy. He finds himself very ugly and boring because he doesn't know his Self. A human being seeks joy in money or possessions, in power or human limited love, and ultimately in religion that is also outside. The problem is how to turn one's attention inward.
The inner being, which is our awareness, is an energy. I call it the energy of Divine Love. All evolution and the manifestation of material energy is guided by the supreme energy of Divine Love. We do not know how powerful and thoughtful this unknown energy is. The silent working of awareness is so automatic, minute, dynamic, and precious that we take it for granted. After Self-realization, this energy appears to us as silent throbbing vibrations flowing through our being. But we have been unable to achieve Self-realization because we cannot fix our attention on something that lacks form (abstract Being). Instead, our attention wanders outside on forms.

As awakening descends from mind to heart to body, we are called into an uncompromising embracement of both the ocean of inner stillness and the waves of phenomenal expression. One of the most frequent questions on the spiritual path is “How can we wholeheartedly meet the world without getting lost in it?” In other words, “How can we embrace the mystery and mess of the human experience without getting entangled in it?”
The capacity of impersonal awakeness to be deeply intimate with what is, is a beautiful paradox of nondual awareness. A whole new dimension of spiritual maturity opens up to us when we recognize that absolute and relative are one, as inseparable as the waves from the ocean. Awakening most often happens in the mind as a recognition of the absolute truth of emptiness in which a separate “me” does not exist. Whilst this realization is undoubtedly a profoundly transformative experience, living this truth is more of a challenge. The adventure begins, not in the rarified atmosphere of transcendence, but in the midst of the turbulence of life. Self Realization has always been the ultimate goal of all religions and spiritual traditions of the world, but was extremely difficult to attain in the past. It has now become a mass phenomenon achieved effortlessly through Sahaja Yoga, which is Shri Mataji's invaluable gift to humanity.
Man in his search of joy and happiness is running away from his Self, which is the real source of joy. He finds himself very ugly and boring because he doesn't know his Self. A human being seeks joy in money or possessions, in power or human limited love, and ultimately in religion that is also outside. The problem is how to turn one's attention inward.
The inner being, which is our awareness, is an energy. I call it the energy of Divine Love. All evolution and the manifestation of material energy is guided by the supreme energy of Divine Love. We do not know how powerful and thoughtful this unknown energy is. The silent working of awareness is so automatic, minute, dynamic, and precious that we take it for granted. After Self-realization, this energy appears to us as silent throbbing vibrations flowing through our being. But we have been unable to achieve Self-realization because we cannot fix our attention on something that lacks form (abstract Being). Instead, our attention wanders outside on forms.

Man in his search of joy and happiness is running away from his Self, which is the real source of joy. He finds himself very ugly and boring because he doesn't know his Self. A human being seeks joy in money or possessions, in power or human limited love, and ultimately in religion that is also outside. The problem is how to turn one's attention inward.
The inner being, which is our awareness, is an energy. I call it the energy of Divine Love. All evolution and the manifestation of material energy is guided by the supreme energy of Divine Love. We do not know how powerful and thoughtful this unknown energy is. The silent working of awareness is so automatic, minute, dynamic, and precious that we take it for granted. After Self-realization, this energy appears to us as silent throbbing vibrations flowing through our being. But we have been unable to achieve Self-realization because we cannot fix our attention on something that lacks form (abstract Being). Instead, our attention wanders outside on forms.

Self Realization is the awakening of the Kundalini through the central channel, piercing through the six chakras above the sacrum bone and emerging at the top of the head (fontanel bone area) as a gentle "fountain" of coolness. The word fontanelle itself means "little fountain" which shows again the ancient knowledge about this phenomenon of Self Realization.
Self Realization has always been the ultimate goal of all religions and spiritual traditions of the world, but was extremely difficult to attain in the past. It has now become a mass phenomenon achieved effortlessly through Sahaja Yoga, which is Shri Mataji's invaluable gift to humanity.

My political awakening, if it can indeed be called such, happened in 2010, at the time of the UK General Election. I'd just turned eighteen, my mum had enrolled me on the voting register, and my sixth-form was handing out brochures listing side-by-side policies of the main parties ... scrapping university tuition fees ... All Brits know how that story ends ... And then I forgot all about it ... My real political awakening has taken place this year ... ....
