Sentimental (Spanish: Sentimental (requiem para un amigo)) is a 1981 Argentine crime film directed by and starring Sergio Renán. It was entered into the 12th Moscow International Film Festival.

Music video

The video starts off with actor Omar Epps, who stars as her ex. He is seen entering a restaurant where she is to be performing. She is shown backstage, getting ready, where she is unaware of his presence. She then goes onstage and performs, and the crowd loves it. She then goes backstage afterwards and continues singing until she drops her head. He appears in the doorway and she looks up and sees him.

Chart performance

The song peaked on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 at #27 and the Hot R&B Singles chart at #4.

Sentimental (Los Hermanos song)

"Sentimental" is the second single extracted from the album "Bloco do Eu Sozinho" band Los Hermanos. It is the second song signed by the singer Rodrigo Amarante to consider working range. The first was "Quem Sabe", the debut album "Los Hermanos", 1999.

Video clip

The band won a conceptual video clip in black and white and shot in film, directed by Nilson Primitivo and Sergio Barbosa Lutz, same directors of the first documentary about the band, called "Ventura", 2005. The clip follows a non-linear script , based on a short film guitarist Rodrigo Amarante, called "Jorge Manager", camouflaging the band on ordinary occasions. The protagonist is the director himself Nilson Primitivo. Although respected, the clip did not have a good number of views on music programming, for the album "Bloco do Eu Sozinho" was facing internal problems with the then Abril Music label regarding the disclosure of their working groups.

Family Π

Family Π is a group of New Testament manuscripts. Belonging to the Byzantine text-type, it is one of the textual families of this group. The name of the family, "Π" (pronounced in English as "pie"), is drawn from the symbol used for the Codex Petropolitanus. One of the most distinct of the Byzantine sub-groups, it is very old and the third largest. The oldest Byzantine manuscripts belong to this family.

Hermann von Soden designated this group by the symbol "K^a". According to him, its text is not purely Byzantine.

Codices and manuscripts

Soden included the following in this group of codices: Cyprius (K), Petropolitanus (Π), 72, 114, 116, 178, 265, 389, 1008, 1009, 1079, 1154, 1200, 1219, 1346, and 1398. Lake added to this group of manuscripts: 489, 537, 652, 775, 796, 904, 1478, 1500, 1546, 1561, 1781, 1816. Soden also associated Codex Alexandrinus with this group. Wisse lists about 150 witnesses of the family, but the majority of them belong to this family only in some parts of their text. The Peshitta, in the Gospels, represents this family.

Family was a cult band from Spain in the 1990s. Although initially unsuccessful, Family gradually acquired a fanbase and is now highly recognised in the Spanish underground pop scene.
