My initial assumptions that the image is of a hut in ‘Thieves Landing’, however according to the Reddit post, nobody can confirm if it’s in the original game and more so, it was taken from a GTAForums thread where an ex-Rockstar employee had issues with posting permissions ... And where a remaster is possible, it could also be some sort of Virtual Reality spin-off, taking Rockstar Games and Take-Two down another path....
