After making this video Niantic has shut down all GPS location services that allow you to find a pokemon near you. This is really unfortunate but I understand what they are doing. They are trying to make the game the way it is intended to play. Ill keep you guys up to date with what is next.

Although this was a huge hit, Francis only had one other national hit single with his orchestra, "Beg Your Pardon", a few months following "Near You". I have also posted "Beg Your Pardon". "Near You" was a surprise hit on a small label, with Billboard initially predicting that it might be a hit in local markets where Francis Craig's Orchestra was known, not realizing the whole country would soon take to the record.
"Near You" was also #3 for Alvino Rey and His Orchestra in September 1947, #2 for the Andrews Sisters in September 1947, #4 for Elliot Lawrence and His Orchestra in October 1947, #3 for Larry Green and His Orchestra in October 1947, #12 for Dick Two Ton Baker and His Music Makers in October 1947 and #1 for George Jones and Tammy Wynette on the Country chart in 1977.

Francis Craig
Francis Craig (September 10, 1900 – November 19, 1966) was an American songwriter and leader of a Nashville dance band. His works included "Dynamite" and "Near You". He was also a disc jockey at radio station WSM (AM) in Nashville, Tennessee.
Craig was born in Dickson, Tennessee, United States, and educated at Vanderbilt University, Nashville. "Dynamite!" now the official fight song of Vanderbilt University, was written by Craig in 1922, when Craig was an undergraduate student. It is played mainly at football games, basketball games, and at other Commodore sports events.
His own recording of "Near You" was released by Bullet Records as catalog number 1001. It first reached the Billboard Best Seller chart on August 30, 1947, and lasted 21 weeks on the chart, peaking at #1. It held the number one spot for 12 straight weeks. It eventually sold over two and a half million copies, and was awarded a gold disc by the RIAA. Various recordings by other persons have followed.
Other works included "Beg Your Pardon" with Beasley Smith.

"Near You" was a surprise hit on a small label, with Billboard initially predicting that it might be a hit in local markets where Francis Craig's Orchestra was known, not realizing the whole country would soon take to the record.
"Near You" was also #3 for Alvino Rey and His Orchestra in September 1947, #2 for the Andrews Sisters in September 1947, #4 for Elliot Lawrence and His Orchestra in October 1947, #3 for Larry Green and His Orchestra in October 1947, #12 for Dick Two Ton Baker and His Music Makers in October 1947 and #1 for George Jones and Tammy Wynette on the Country chart in 1977.

Many are just shouty acronyms – YOLO (you only live once), FOMO (fear of missing out), and the infuriatingly impatient initialism TL; DR (too long; didn't read) sum up the collective attention deficit disorder of our youthful neologists ... So "bee tee dubs" is BTW (by the way); "ceebs" is CBA (can't be arsed), which is deliciously meta – youing people can't even be arsed to say "can't be arsed" ... If you made it this far, congrats....
