CEPSI ® COMPREHENSIVE PSYCHOLOGICAL CENTER - RELAXATION MUSIC .
PUT BEFORETHE MUSIC TO A LOW VOLUME !
The best thing for this breathing exercise is that when you focus on listening to the sound of the sea. With practice you can do the technique in any situation or place .
Put CEPSI music , close your eyes and think of something to give you peace of mind. ( Before starting the technique ) .
already CEPSI ® music put a hand on his chest and the other hand on your stomach. Ensure that the inspired air takes the bottom of the lungs makes this activity very slowly to the sound of music therapy. Avoid moving the chest during breathing.
Second When inspiration, take it out slowly , leading to the stomach area , Relax, this is your moment of peace, slightly inflating the stomach and belly . It is important to maintain the position of the chest without moving and do this activity slowly.
Finally . Release the air slowly , making a hole in the stomach sinking belly without moving your chest . ( Think of things that give you peace - peace ) .
Make this exercise as many times as necessary until you feel at peace .
Then repeat using different natural music the center has for you.

He described the future in many ways and it has become real. In 2001, the computer was able to beat a man at chess, and in the early 2000s the company started to create a space tourism industry. What is the forecast of today?
TEDYouth 2015 is an opportunity for young people to think about the world in 2035, to create their own view of future reality. Tomsk is among more than 150 cities around the globe gathered to explore the event's theme, "Made in the Future" on the 14-15 November 2015. During these two days more than 900 speakers of various professions will talk about their version of the key changes that await humanity in the perspective of 15-20 years.

Music psychology
Music psychology, or the psychology of music, may be regarded as a branch of both psychology and musicology. It aims to explain and understand musical behavior and experience, including the processes through which music is perceived, created, responded to, and incorporated into everyday life. Modern music psychology is primarily empirical; its knowledge tends to advance on the basis of interpretations of data collected by systematic observation of and interaction with human participants. Music psychology is a field of research with practical relevance for many areas, including music performance, composition, education, criticism, and therapy, as well as investigations of human aptitude, skill, performance, intelligence, creativity, and social behavior.
Music psychology can shed light on non-psychological aspects of musicology and musical practice. For example, it contributes to music theory through investigations of the perception and computational modelling of musical structures such as melody, harmony, tonality, rhythm, meter, and form. Research in music history can benefit from systematic study of the history of musical syntax, or from psychological analyses of composers and compositions in relation to perceptual, affective, and social responses to their music. Ethnomusicology can benefit from psychological approaches to the study of music cognition in different cultures.

Put CEPSI music , close your eyes and think of something to give you peace of mind. ( Before starting the technique ) .
already CEPSI ® music put a hand on his chest and the other hand on your stomach. Ensure that the inspired air takes the bottom of the lungs makes this activity very slowly to the sound of music therapy. Avoid moving the chest during breathing.
Second When inspiration, take it out slowly , leading to the stomach area , Relax, this is your moment of peace, slightly inflating the stomach and belly . It is important to maintain the position of the chest without moving and do this activity slowly.
Finally . Release the air slowly , making a hole in the stomach sinking belly without moving your chest . ( Think of things that give you peace - peace ) .
Make this exercise as many times as necessary until you feel at peace .
Then repeat using different natural music the center has for you.

What is the forecast of today?
TEDYouth 2015 is an opportunity for young people to think about the world in 2035, to create their own view of future reality. Tomsk is among more than 150 cities around the globe gathered to explore the event's theme, "Made in the Future" on the 14-15 November 2015. During these two days more than 900 speakers of various professions will talk about their version of the key changes that await humanity in the perspective of 15-20 years.
