Eric
The given name Eric, Erik, or Erick is derived from the Old Norse name Eiríkr (or Eríkr in Eastern Scandinavia due to monophthongization). The first element, ei- is derived either from the older Proto-Norse *aina(z) meaning "one" or "alone" or from Proto-Norse *aiwa(z) meaning "ever" or "eternal". The second element -ríkr derives either from *rík(a)z meaning "ruler" or "prince" (cf. Gothic reiks) or from an even older Proto-Germanic *ríkiaz which meant "powerful" and "rich". The name is thus usually taken to mean "one ruler", "autocrat", "eternal ruler" or "ever powerful", "warrior", and "government".
The most common spelling in Scandinavia is Erik. In Norway, another form of the name (which has kept the Old Norse diphthong) Eirik is also commonly used. In Finland, the form Erkki is also used. The modern Icelandic version is Eiríkur, while the modern Faroese version is Eirikur. Éric [eʁik] is used in French, and in Germany Eric, Erik and Erich are used.
Although the name was in use in Anglo-Saxon England, its use was reinforced by Scandinavian settlers arriving before the Norman Invasion. It was an uncommon name in England until the Middle Ages, when it gained popularity, and finally became a common name in the 19th century. This was partly because of the publishing of the novel Eric, or, Little by Little by Frederick William Farrar in 1858.

Erik (singer)
Erik is the stage name of singer Erica Harrold. She began her career as a session singer for artists such as M People, Tom Jones, Swing Out Sister, Jason Donovan, Vic Reeves, and Errol Brown. She was the featured vocalist in the 1991 dance single "Unity", by the group of the same name. It was a club hit and peaked at #64 in the UK charts.
In 1993 she started her solo career. She signed to PWL Records and released the Mike Stock & Pete Waterman-produced single "Looks Like I'm In Love Again", which peaked at #46 in the UK charts. Her next single, "The Devil And The Deep Blue Sea", was never officially released. In 1994, she released a cover of the Cheryl Lynn classic "Got To Be Real", which became her biggest hit. Later that year she released her last single, "We Got The Love", which peaked at #55, originally recorded by Lindy Layton.
Nowadays, she works as a vocal coach and enjoys family life.
In January 2010, an album titled Real, including her work recorded at PWL Studios during 1993-1994 was released through iTunes. It includes 8 previously unreleased songs.

【你，好不好？】MV特地邀請曾入圍第二十五屆金曲獎「最佳音樂錄影帶獎」的導演JIZO執導筒，劇情講述一位老先生回憶與已逝妻子年兩人相處的點滴，懷念遙想美好片段的遺憾心情。
Eric周興哲扮演年輕時的老先生。因應劇中高中時期，Eric周興哲首次穿上了台灣的高中制服、背書包，對從小在國外求學、沒穿過制服的他而言，感覺相當新鮮有趣。穿上制服的Eric周興哲一股青春氣息油然而生，毫無違和感，相當自在。然而拍攝當天氣候不佳，開拍不到三小時立刻下起滂礡大雨，導演靈機一動，不但沒有暫停拍攝，反而利用下雨的唯美感，用細膩的畫面語言營造出更深刻的互動情節，只是苦了Eric周興哲與女主角，先是差點被大太陽曬昏頭，接著為了達到導演的要求，又淋了好一陣子的雨，全身都濕透，相當辛苦，所幸MV成果十分感人，和歌曲緊密貼合，勢必能再創話題及翻新YouTube點擊率最高紀錄！

《永不結束的情人節》說的是一位甜點烘焙師（郭雪芙飾演）與律師（由王陽明飾演）的一段甜蜜的愛情故事。烘焙師在與妹妹（何思靜飾演）新店開幕的第一天，災星上門，剛剛出爐的甜點被趕著出庭的律師給碰倒一地。然而這意外的相遇也牽引出兩人之間如手工甜點般濃醇的緣分。「只要你幸福，是我的特權」，在聖誕節的鐘聲響起之前，讓我們隨著音樂，感受這份專屬於愛的甜蜜與溫暖。

"Endless Valentine" tells the sweet love story between a dessert baker (played by Annie Guo) and a lawyer (played by Sunny Wang). On the first day of opening her new shop with her sister (played by He Si-jing), disaster strikes: the freshly baked desserts are knocked over by a lawyer rushing to court. However, this unexpected encounter sparks a connection as rich and warm as handcrafted desserts.

畢竟只要有你在身旁，再平凡的一天也會被愛包圍，幻化成永不結束的情人節。
《永不結束的情人節》說的是一位甜點烘焙師（郭雪芙飾演）與律師（由王陽明飾演）的一段甜蜜的愛情故事。烘焙師在與妹妹（何思靜飾演）新店開幕的第一天，災星上門，剛剛出爐的甜點被趕著出庭的律師給碰倒一地。然而這意外的相遇也牽引出兩人之間如手工甜點般濃醇的緣分。「只要你幸福，是我的特權」，在聖誕節的鐘聲響起之前，讓我們隨著音樂，感受這份專屬於愛的甜蜜與溫暖。
Have you ever thought that meeting the right person at the wrong time might actually be a blessing? Because from that moment on, happiness will always stay with us.
After all, as long as you're by my side, even the most ordinary day becomes wrapped in love, transforming into an endless Valentine’s Day.
"Endless Valentine" tells the sweet love story between a dessert baker (played by Annie Guo) and a lawyer (played by Sunny Wang). On the first day of opening her new shop with her sister (played by He Si-jing), disaster strikes: the freshly baked desserts are knocked over by a lawyer rushing to court. However, this unexpected encounter sparks a connection as rich and warm as handcrafted desserts.

Can a doctor who saves lives ever heal her own love that always ends before it begins? If every relationship is destined to end, perhaps the best beginning is one that never starts.
"tells the poignant love story between a cardiologist (played by Chang Chun-ning) and a genius composer (played by Lin Bo-hong).
The composer falls into a coma due to illness, and upon being rescued from the brink of death, he finds himself falling deeply in love with the cardiologist who saved him. While the doctor spends her days tirelessly navigating the line between life and death, the composer brings warmth and companionship with his endless romantic gestures. Despite the vast gap between their worlds—one full of high-pressure intensity and the other imbued with creativity and romance—they try to bridge the divide.
Just as their feelings start to align, their differing rhythms in life seem to pull them apart again...

《想念你想我》說的是一個廚藝教室的老師（陳意涵飾演），與一個單親爸爸（傅孟柏飾演）的一段動人的愛情故事。每個人心底深處都有一個思念至深的人。 而城市裡的相聚與離開，往往也是放不下，亦或者不得不放下。「不怕你幸福，就怕你忘了我」這兩個受傷的靈魂，究竟能不能放下心中的枷鎖，走向彼此⋯

How does one embrace regret? Or is it by being embraced by another regret?
"Thinking of You Thinking of Me" tells the touching love story between a cooking class instructor (played by Ivy Chen) and a single father (played by Fu Meng-po).
Deep down, everyone has someone they miss profoundly. In a bustling city, encounters and farewells often revolve around what we can’t let go of—or what we must let go of. “I’m not afraid of your happiness; I’m afraid you’ll forget me.”

Eric周興哲扮演年輕時的老先生。因應劇中高中時期，Eric周興哲首次穿上了台灣的高中制服、背書包，對從小在國外求學、沒穿過制服的他而言，感覺相當新鮮有趣。穿上制服的Eric周興哲一股青春氣息油然而生，毫無違和感，相當自在。然而拍攝當天氣候不佳，開拍不到三小時立刻下起滂礡大雨，導演靈機一動，不但沒有暫停拍攝，反而利用下雨的唯美感，用細膩的畫面語言營造出更深刻的互動情節，只是苦了Eric周興哲與女主角，先是差點被大太陽曬昏頭，接著為了達到導演的要求，又淋了好一陣子的雨，全身都濕透，相當辛苦，所幸MV成果十分感人，和歌曲緊密貼合，勢必能再創話題及翻新YouTube點擊率最高紀錄！

《永不結束的情人節》說的是一位甜點烘焙師（郭雪芙飾演）與律師（由王陽明飾演）的一段甜蜜的愛情故事。烘焙師在與妹妹（何思靜飾演）新店開幕的第一天，災星上門，剛剛出爐的甜點被趕著出庭的律師給碰倒一地。然而這意外的相遇也牽引出兩人之間如手工甜點般濃醇的緣分。「只要你幸福，是我的特權」，在聖誕節的鐘聲響起之前，讓我們隨著音樂，感受這份專屬於愛的甜蜜與溫暖。

"Endless Valentine" tells the sweet love story between a dessert baker (played by Annie Guo) and a lawyer (played by Sunny Wang). On the first day of opening her new shop with her sister (played by He Si-jing), disaster strikes: the freshly baked desserts are knocked over by a lawyer rushing to court. However, this unexpected encounter sparks a connection as rich and warm as handcrafted desserts.

《我們沒開始》說的是心臟專科醫師（張鈞甯飾演）與天才作曲家（林柏宏飾演）的一段動人的愛情故事。
作曲家因病昏迷，在脫離險境之際，也對搶救他的心臟科醫生陷入了愛河。醫生每天在病人生與死之間疲於奔命，而作曲家總是用自己的浪漫下，溫暖陪伴。儘管兩人生活有巨大的鴻溝，一個高壓、一個浪漫，但他們總是努力跨越。然而就當感情即將好轉之際，這相異的步伐好像又走不到一起 ......

The composer falls into a coma due to illness, and upon being rescued from the brink of death, he finds himself falling deeply in love with the cardiologist who saved him. Eric
The given name Eric, Erik, or Erick is derived from the Old Norse name Eiríkr (or Eríkr in Eastern Scandinavia due to monophthongization). The first element, ei- is derived either from the older Proto-Norse *aina(z) meaning "one" or "alone" or from Proto-Norse *aiwa(z) meaning "ever" or "eternal". The second element -ríkr derives either from *rík(a)z meaning "ruler" or "prince" (cf. Gothic reiks) or from an even older Proto-Germanic *ríkiaz which meant "powerful" and "rich". The name is thus usually taken to mean "one ruler", "autocrat", "eternal ruler" or "ever powerful", "warrior", and "government".
The most common spelling in Scandinavia is Erik. In Norway, another form of the name (which has kept the Old Norse diphthong) Eirik is also commonly used. In Finland, the form Erkki is also used. The modern Icelandic version is Eiríkur, while the modern Faroese version is Eirikur. Éric [eʁik] is used in French, and in Germany Eric, Erik and Erich are used.
Although the name was in use in Anglo-Saxon England, its use was reinforced by Scandinavian settlers arriving before the Norman Invasion. It was an uncommon name in England until the Middle Ages, when it gained popularity, and finally became a common name in the 19th century. This was partly because of the publishing of the novel Eric, or, Little by Little by Frederick William Farrar in 1858.
